The complex is a five-storey building, serviced by three elevators and offers accommodation in 30 double rooms, 15 studios, 30 one-bedroom apartments and 10 two-bedroom apartments, equipped with a kitchenette with a ceramic stove, an electric kettle, plates and glasses (saucepans, frying pans and a microwave oven are available against extra payment of 10 BGN). The heating during the winter is via pellets and the water is heated centrally.

DBL 2+2: Approximately 25 square meters. The double rooms dispose of one double or two single beds, one double extendable couch, a kitchenette, a fridge, a mini bar, a dining table with four chairs, a TV with digital cable channels, Wi-Fi internet access, a telephone, a bathroom with a bathtub or a shower cabin and a toilet and a terrace. The maximum occupancy is 2 adults with 2 children or 3 adults.
STUDIO 2+2: Approximately 35 square meters. The studios dispose of one double or two single beds, an extendable double couch, a kitchenette, a fridge, a mini bar, a dining table with four chairs, a TV with digital cable channels, Wi-Fi internet access, a telephone, a bathroom with a bathtub or a shower cabin and a toilet and a balcony. The maximum occupancy is 3 adults with 1 child.
APP 2+2: Approximately 55 square meters. The one-bedroom apartments consists of a bedroom with one double bed, a spacious living room with an extendable couch, a kitchenette, a fridge, a mini bar, a dining table with four chairs and a coffee table, a bathroom with a bathtub or a shower cabin and a toilet and a terrace and dispose of a TV with digital cable channels, Wi-Fi internet access and a telephone. The bedroom and the living room are separated by a door. The maximum occupancy is 4 adults.
APP 4+2: Approximately 75 square meters. The two-bedroom apartments consist of one bedroom with one double bed, a second bedroom with two single beds, a spacious living room with an extendable couch, a kitchenette, a fridge, a mini bar, a dining table with four chairs and a coffee table, a bathroom with a bathtub or a shower cabin and a toilet and a terrace and dispose of a TV with digital cable channels, Wi-Fi internet access and a telephone. The bedrooms and the living room are separated by doors. The maximum occupancy is 6 adults.

Baby cot is available free of charge and upon prior request.
The hotel and its adjoining infrastructure are accessible for people in wheelchairs.
Accommodation with pets with built-in habits and up to 5 kg is allowed free of charge and upon prior request. Accommodation with pets above 5 kg is allowed against extra payment of 10 BGN per day.
