Location: Hotel Kempinski Grand Arena is situated in the centre of the mountain resort Bansko, right in front of the first station of the cabin lift.
Accommodation: The hotel is built in 2005, undergoes last renovation in 2018 (of the Spa) and offers accommodation in a total of 157 premises from which 110 double deluxe rooms, 21 double executive rooms, 14 standard junior suites, 7 deluxe apartments and 3 alpine suites. Located on different floors from building 1 to building 5, all rooms are equipped with individually controlled air-conditioners, a flat screen TV, a telephone with a voice mail, a safe deposit box, a desk, a mini bar and high speed Wi-Fi internet access. An electric kettle as well as free of charge coffee and tea are at disposal in all rooms. The bathroom includes a bathtub, a separate shower cabin and a hairdryer. All rooms have a separate balcony that offers a view either to the mountain or to the city and are furnished with one double or two single beds. All apartments dispose of a separate balcony with a view either to the mountain or to the city and a DVD player. There is an electric kettle as well as free of charge coffee and tea in every apartment. Guests, accommodated in apartments get VIP equipment in the room on arrival day.

With a total area of 1200 square meters, the new SPA center is one of the largest and most modernly equipped in the country, offering a variety of seasonal treatments, exclusive cosmetics and authentic healing eastern practices. Kempinski the SPA is a journey, inspired by the changing seasons. There are authentic Thai and seasonal massages, face and body procedures as well as couple’s massages being offered. The traditional procedure is called “Arbū Rose Garden” – organic therapy for face or for body. The SPA center’s working hours are 08.00 – 21.00.
