Un hotel care ii satisface nevoile. Nu este prima data cand venim aici,este a 3 a oara, am fost mulumii de mancare,nu este un meniu foarte diversificat ,dar gaseti cu sigurana ceva sa ii placa, Camerele curate,partea de spa este bine dezvoltata,ai 3 saune,2 uscate i una umeda, contra cost poi face masaj. Poi inchiria schiuri de la intrarea in hotel,iar cel mai bun lucru este faptul ca ,ai transport de la hotel la partie i invers,acest serviciu este gratuit. Hotel este situat aproape de centru,deci ii poi petrece zilele in care nu schiezi ,plimbandu-te prin statiune,unde mancarea nu este foarte scumpa,depinde de restaurantul ales.

Nu am multe impresii negative faa de serviciile oferite de hotel,unul din ele ar fi ,apa de la piscina,care este cam rece. i personalul care nu vorbete engleza aproape deloc,dar sunt sunt dragui i incearca sa te ajute cu ce ai nevoie. Fiind o vacanta in care am fost intr-un grup cu mai muli copii,ar fi ajutat o incapere in care sa fie un loc de joaca pentru ei.

Super servicii la Lion! Staff bine pregatit si foarte amabil,curat,Demipensiune cu bauturi incluse la cina(spre deosebire de celelalte hoteluri).Erau vreo 15 min de mers in clapari pe jos sau 6 min fara,avea shuttle bus cu soferi amabili.Nici la mese nu eram intrebati de ce luam marul sau cafeaua in camera,foarte orientati spre client(comparativ cu alte hoteluri de 4 * din Bansko,normal).

Ce nu ne-a placut noua: Wi fi doar pe timpul noptii accesibil,extrem de slab,apa la piscina era de 29 grade(f rece pt mine) dar avea podeaua incalzita si prosoape mari,de calitate.Un mare plus care compensa apa din piscina era dat de saune,bine intretinute si extrem de satisfacatoare! atat de putin am sa reprosez acestui hotel...restul a fost SUPER!

Camera foarte mare, curata si calduroasa. Baia foarte mare dotata cu cada. Lenjeriile au fost schimbate des. Zona de SPa este noua si facilitatile sunt ok: temperatura apei in piscina buna, sauna moderna. Fructe bune si proaspete la fiecare masa.

Nu recomandam in cazul in care vrei sa te duci cu copii mici. Calitatea personalului ne-a lasat un gust amar. Fata de alte hoteluri la preturi similare din Bulgaria (inclusiv Bansko) in care am stat, aici nu ne-am simtiti bineveniti. In grupul nostru au fost 3 copii mici (2, 3 si 4 ani) si am avut mai multe neplaceri: - nu exista un loc de joaca pentru copii functional - in seara de revelion a trebuit sa stam cu copii in brate. Nu au prevazut locuri/scaune si pentru copii la mese. Nu ne doream portii de mancare pentru ei, dar macar niste scaune ar fi fost utile. Cu o seara inainte de revelion am cerut detalii privind aranjarea la mese, ni s-a confirmat ca avem o masa prevazuta doar pentru grupul nostru cu tot cu copii, dar finalul a fost: lipsa scaune + alte persoane la masa din afara grupului. In plus, desi se stia din rezervare cati ani au copiii, am fost pozitionati la mesele de langa boxe. - exista o zona de lobby destul de draguta cu 2 seminee (doar unul functional), dar foarte inghesuita. - am cerut o farfurie pentru a spala niste fructe copiilor si nu am primit pe motiv ca nu se poate consuma decat de la ei. alte impresii negative: - trebuie sa platesti halat pentru piscina. - la bar nu se poate plati cu cardul. - mancarea destul de putin diversificata.

curat, mancare buna si multa, personalul (de la receptie, de la masa) stia engleza, piscina ok, lobby unde puteam petrece timpul cu prietenii, garaj cu bariera, shuttle bus

doar o cartela de acces pe camera, frigiderul din camera nu mergea, nu puteai sa dormi mai mult de ora 7:30-8 din cauza galagiei, se facea frig dimineata in camera. Nu toti chelnarii intrebau daca am terminat. O data a plecat putin un prieten de la masa, eu m-am uitat in alta parte si farfuria lui disparuse.

Accommodation: The six-storey Hotel Lion is built in 2005, is renovated in 2016, is serviced by three elevators and offers accommodation in a total of 193 premises. The heating and the warming of water during the winter months is central.

DBL 2+1: Approximately 25 square meters. The double rooms have one double or two single beds, an extendable bed, a TV with cable channels, a telephone, a mini bar and a separate bathroom with a bathtub, a toilet and a hair dryer. Not all double rooms and single rooms have a terrace/balcony. It is upon request and availability. The maximum occupancy is 3 adults.
FAM 2+2: Approximately 30 square meters. The family rooms are one common premise with one double bed, a big extendable couch, a dining table, a TV with cable channels, a telephone, a mini bar and a separate bathroom with a bathtub, a toilet and a hair dryer. Not all family rooms have a terrace. It is upon request and availability. The maximum occupancy is 2 adults with 2 children or 3 adults.
