Located: Lozenets Resort is located on the southeast coast of the Black Sea, in the village of Lozenets. The complex is located in the center of Lozenets. The distance to the bus station or bus stop is 1 km and Burgas Airport is 47 km away.
Beach: Sandy, 80 meters away from the central beach of Lozenets
Accommodation: Lozenetz Resort is a three-storey building and offers accommodation in 18 apartments with intermediate door and 11 double rooms. There is no elevator.

DOUBLE ROOM 2+1: Approximate area of 20 sq.m.  All rooms are air-conditioned (individual), have a balcony or with a terrace on the ground floor, cable TV, refrigerator, free internet and private bathroom with shower. Maximum occupancy of 2 adults and 1 child.
APARTMENT 2+2: Approximate area of 35 sq.m .They are two rooms with a door between them. Includes a bedroom, a sofa bed, an individual air conditioning, a balcony or a terrace on the ground floor, cable TV, a fridge, free internet and a private bathroom with a shower. Maximum occupancy for  2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults.

Baby cot is provided for a fee of 6 BGN per day and with prior reservation.
No pets are allowed.
There are no suitable facilities for accommodating disabled people.
About the hotel: The hotel has a main garden restaurant, an outdoor pool, free Wi-Fi and paid parking. The large lawn in the courtyard of the complex also allows for sports entertainment.
For children: Children’s are chairs in the restaurant, children's section of the outdoor pool with a separate stationary slide.
