Accommodation: The hotels have a total of 245 double rooms. The eight-storey Andalusia building is served by 4 elevators.

There are two single beds (possible to be joined as a double bed or to be separated) and extensible arm-chair and/or extra bed, desk, telephone, TV, cable TV, air conditioning, mini fridge, hairdryer, bathroom with shower or bath-tub, a balcony or terrace with park view. Maximum occupancy for 2 adults and 1 child.

All guests of Royal Castle must provide a European green COVID certificate.
All guests on the All Inclusive board must be identified by their plastic bracelets. Bracelets must be returned when leaving the hotel. The lost bracelet is charged 30.00 BGN for a new one.

How to book A la cart restaurant:  A-la-carte restaurants become a part of the All-Inclusive program with a minimum of 4-nights stay. To use this service a preliminary booking is required. Reservations are made in the mornings till 11:00 h at the reception desk and it is upon availability. The number of visits included in your package depends on the length of your stay:
From 4 to 7 nights - 1 visit
From 8 to 15 nights - 2 visits
Over 15 nights - 3 visits
Important: A la carte restaurants seats are limited and are subject to availability.

Aqua Park Atlantida: 10:00 – 18:00 h (01.06 – 10.09) - Part of the concept - complementary aqua park access with 4 slides and separate kids' section with proper age slides. Aquapark has 3 outdoor pools with complimentary sunbed and umbrella /subject to availability/.
