Cel mai ok aqua Park in care am fost Curaenie OK peste tot (am fost cazai in cladirea principala). Pre OK Personalul OK

La amplasarea resortului fata de nota care am dat 10 , e o mica contradicie ca tot ce este in afara gardului lasa de dorit, dar tiam unde mergem "exista google" , deci am acceptat. Distana de la mare -ieire pe poarta din spate- e cam aprox. cat scrie pe site, dar am mers pentru aqua Park.

aquapark-ul a fost experienta frumoasa, ne-am distrat. Erau cozi foarte mari la unele tobogane, noi am ales sa ne dam pe cele mai puin aglomerate. Pe cele care se aglomerau, mergeam doar cand intram in aquapark, la inceputul programului. Exista i un colt in care se pot servi gratuit (pt oaspetii hotelului) bauturi draft i mancare la amiaza. Sunt multe baruri amplasate in incinta, contracost. Se aspira zilnic in camera i se schimbau prosoapele. Distanta pana la mare nu a fost deranjanta, 12 min din curtea hotelului pana la plaja. Plaja destul de mica, dar nu foarte aglomerata. Intrarea in mare destul de abrupta, alge destul de puine.

Nu suntem persoane pretenioase, insa va fi prima si ultima oprire la acest hotel. Din pacate, experienta noastra cu hotelul nu pot spune ca a fost una placuta. in prima zi la micul dejun, am avut neplacerea de a gasi un vierme in bacon. Responsabilul de sala a raspuns cu un oh, my God, si-a cerut scuze, a luat baconul si a plecat. Pe balconul camerei am avut un cuib de viespi, cei de la intreinere au acoperit teava in care erau dar nu au dat cu nici o soluie pentru a-i alunga. Balconul nu a mai putut fi folosit, motiv pentru care a doua zi am primit alta camera. Mai multe neplaceri in a doua camera: in baie un gandac i-a gasit locul pe prosopul de picioare, la fel i in camera pe perdea am mai gasit unul. Miros urat in camera, aerul condiionat nu funciona. au trimis un tehnician, au curaat puin filtrele, astfel ca temperatura a coborat intr-un final pana la 24 de grade. Exista piscine i la hotel, insa apa e foarte rece.

Programul de la parcul acvatic este prea scurt,17.30 fiind o ora la care inca te mai poi distra deoarece soarele nu mai este la fel de puternic i te poi bronza fara riscul arsurilor

am fost doua familii cu cate 2 copii mici fiecare, in perioada 23.08-30.08.2021. am fost placut impresionai de ospitalitatea personalului de la recepie, care ne-au repartizat imediat camerele, acestea fiind situate una langa cealalta. Camerele au fost foarte spaioase, curate, avand un pat matrimonial i o canapea, aer condiionat, conexiune wifi, frigider/racitor. in fiecare zi s-a facut curat in camere i au fost schimbate prosoapele, personalul fiind foarte amabil. Hotelul a avut parcare proprie i gratuita. Mancarea a fost foarte diversificata i buna, putand satisface cu siguranta poftele i celor mai pretenioi. Bauturile au fost marci locale dar suficiente i diversificate. Un mare plus pentru copii a fost aqua Park-ul care este dotat cu foarte multe tobogane pentru toate categoriile de varste. Vom reveni cu sigurana!!!

apa din piscinele hotelului a fost destul de rece, copiii preferand mai mult sa mergem la aqua park sau la mare, care este la o distanta de 800-1000m fata de hotel. Distanta pana la mare nu sunt sigur daca a fost un minus sau un plus avand in vedere diversitatea culinara...

Mancare destul de buna si in general suficienta, insa nu pentru cei pretentiosi; merita aqua park-ul si piscinele

Miros de urina in baile comune, care la numarul de turisti erau insuficient curatate; nu au atM, platesti comision daca ai card; pe terasa la 23:00 se stinge lumina(!), raman doar 3 veioze aprinse; cam plin de romani si nesimtirea lor (manele dupa miezul noptii, picioare goale pe mese, infiltrari in coada celor ce-si asteapta frumos randul, unii fara pic de engleza, dar cu tupeu imens); piscinele se inchid la 18:00

Camera spatioasa cu aer conditionat, vedere spre aqua parc si piscine, frigider si seif in camera, baie spatioasa.

Internet nefunctional ( putea sa te conectezi la reteaua wifi, dar fara acces la internet), personalul de la curatienie dar proseoape schimba si aranja patul. In 8 zile nu au fost schimbate lenjeria de pat, aspirat covorul, sters gresia pe terasa si baie.

Hotel imens i foarte modern, arata foarte bine. Mancarea i serviciile sunt excelente! are 4 piscine exterioare mari i mai multe baruri i restaurante. Serviciile de divertisment in toata ziua i in fiecare seara au spectacole. aquapark- ul e imens i are tobogane i facilitai pentru toate gradele de curajoi :D E cel mai bun hotel la care am stat in Bulgaria.

totul la superlativ, servire, atitudine angajati si ospitalitate. Recomand atat pt familie copii mici si mati. aici gasesti activitati atat pt adulti cat si pt copii. Mancare diversificata, curatenie, in fiecare zi schimbau prosoapele si cerceafurile, apa din piscine curata, intrare inclusa la aqua park. Sunt multe de enumerat, cu siguranta ne vom reintoarce.

Este un hotel foarte frumos, nou, camera destul de spatioasa,cu balcon, a.c.,t.v.,la baie de asemenea gasii toate cele necesare( gel de du, sapun lichid,hartie). Mancarea foarte buna si multa, ai de unde alege,gasii cateva feluri de fructe si prajituri de asemenea. La piscina de asemenea ai acces la toate, bauturi i snackuri. a fost o vacanta frumoasa.

Faptul ca nu am avut inclus nimic la aqua parc, macar ceva de baut,acolo se platete tot.

Hotelul, mancarea si personalul au fost peste asteptari. Curatenie impecabila, mancarea diversificata, comunicare perfecta cu personalul. Ofertele de cina/pranz personalizate au fost o surpriza foarte placuta. aqua Park-ul este un mare plus. activitatile zilnice de la piscina atat cat si cele seara au fost neasteptat de antrenante si amuzante

Resort mare, bine amenajat i gandit, , cu spaiu suficient ptr toi turitii, spaiu mare in restaurant i bine gandit ptr direcia de servit masa, mancare suficienta, foarte buna, bine gatita, acopera nenumarate cerine i gusturi i preferine! Camere foarte mari, luminoase, confortabile, dotate cu bai moderne, paturi confortabile, aere condiionate in ambele camere i tV plasma in ambele camere - noi am ocupat un apartament. Curaenie perfecta, zilnic schimbate prosoapele din camera, lenjerii schimbate la doua zile, bai igienizare i curaate zilnic fara sa solicitam curaenia din camera. Spaiu mare in interiorul resortului bine gandit, spaiu suficient ptr toi turitii! terasa mare frumos amenajata, cu un ambient placut ptr a te racori cu-un suc sau o ingheata, un loc ideal de a servi o cafea gustoasa peste zi! Curaenie maxima peste tot : bar, recepie, toalete, lifturi, culoare, piscine! Personal bine pregatit i foarte amabil cu turitii, receptivi imediat ptr a rezolva orice problema. Spaiul exterior resortului super ingrijit : gradini ingrijite i udate in permanena, trotuare 8straduele resortului spalate zilnic! O zona distractiva la piscina frumos amenajata, multe ezlonguri i prosoape destinate uzului in zona de piscina. Doua baruri mari dotate cu vesela de carton gros ptr pahare de suc, bere, cafea, lucrul acesta ptr a evita cioburi in zona de piscina evident un accident in urma spargerii unei ceti/pahar! Un resort curat i spaios, confortabil i modern, bine gandit i cu spaiu suficient pentru toi turitii! Voi reveni cu sigurana!

Nu are ieire la mare i aceasta este singurul minus! Iar zona!/aleea care duce spre plaja ar mai trebui puin amenajata cu un rand de pomi, zona inconjuratoare este o noua zona pe care se tot construiete!

Hotelul este relativ nou, modern, camerele spatioase si mobilate cu gust. Intreaga proprietate este bine intretinuta. Mancarea acceptabila, gaseai cate ceva pentru fiecare masa.

Desi este all Inclusive, ofera o singura sticla de 2 L cu apa in camera, la sosire. a trebuit sa fac reclamatie pe acest subiect si apoi au mai adus cateva sticle. Stiam ca toate bauturile sunt locale, dar sunt un dezastru, de la cafea pana la vin (tot la dozator). apa din piscina interioara era foarte rece, desi ei informeaza ca in aceasta perioada este incalzita. In mod normal nu as fi ajuns acolo, dar cum vremea este instabila, a fost o zi ploioasa in care nu aveai altceva de facut. a fost imposibil sa intru in apa. Un alt aspect greu de inteles programul de acces la piscina interioara: 2 ore dimineata si 2 ore seara. La piscinele exterioare, accesul in apa era permis pana la ora 18. Greu de inteles si acest aspect, ar fi putut sa le tina pana la 19 sau chiar 20. am platit Splash pentru a avea regimul ,,all inclusive'' si la aqua Park, mare greseala, total nejustificat. Se ofera acces la un colt mic rezervat celor cazati in hotel, unde gaseai aceleasi bauturi rasuflate, iar gustari de la ora 12, ceva de genul fast food, nimic care sa merite.

Ce mi-a placut : -Foarte bun raportul calitate-pre. -Mancarea destul de variata i gustoasa. -Curaenie impecabila atat in camere cat i in restul hotelului. -apa calda din piscina. -camerele bine antifonate. Nu se aude nimic dintr-o camera in cealalta. -acces facil la aquapark. -activitaile extra pe timp ploios: ping-pong, biliard, sala de jocuri, piscina interioara, spa, spectacolele inute inauntru. -exista magazin in hotel, langa recepie.

-La capacitatea plina a hotelului, restaurantul nu are suficiente mese. -daca nu faci rezervare din prima zi la celelalte restaurante a la carte, nu mai gaseti locuri. -nimic in frigiderul din camera. Se primete doar o sticla de apa de 2 l la sosire i atat.

Camere mari, foarte curate, curatenie zilnica Piscine foarte bune. Impartite in doua zone, una cu animatie, muzica, alta mai linistita. Optiuni diverse de joaca pt copii. Echipa de animatori foarte amabila. Mancarea destul de buna, aici depinde de gusturi. Spa bun. Un resort complet si cu servicii calitative. La toate acestea se adauga un aqua parc minunat.

In orele de varf, era mai dificil de prins mese pt grup de minim 6 persoane. Dar cu putina rabdare si atentie in 5-7 min se gasea ceva liber.

Un pret corect pentru ceea ce ofera hotelul, inclusiv accesul la aqua park, personalul amabil si constient de contextul pandemic, spre deosebire de majoritaea turistilor, camere mari, curate si confortabile.

aqua park-ul destul de dezorganizat in general - nu vreau sa ma gandesc cum ar fi in plin sezon; mai multe situatii in care turistii stateau la coada si urcau pana la punctul de start al unei curse pentru a fi informati ca s-a inchis; ar putea sa inchida accesul jos si sa inchida dupa ultimul turist aflat la coada. Mancarea ar putea fi mai diversa. Bautura inclusa in pachetul "all inclusive" este de proasta calitate indiferent ca vorbim de bauturi alcoolice sau non-alcoolice. Un pachet utra all inclusive ar fi foarte util.

aici se aplica o politica Covid ciudata. De fapt cred ca au redus personalul si nu se deschid toate topoganele in acelasi timp din lipsa de personal. In acest fel se produc cozi mari la topoganele deschise.

Ravda is a small resort developed in continuation of the larger Nessebar resort. It is located only 6 km from Sunny Beach. In Ravda there are several hotels, four, three and two stars and several villas or private houses that offer accommodation.
