Accommodation: The five-storey building Pirin of Aparthotel Terra Complex has two elevators and offers accommodation in nicely furnished double rooms, one-bedroom apartments, two-bedroom family apartments, two-bedroom standard apartments and three-bedroom apartments. The double rooms have a TV with cable channels, a telephone, Wi-Fi internet access, a desk, a mini bar and a bathroom with a shower cabin, a toilet, a hair dryer and toiletries, and the apartments consist of one, two or three bedrooms with one double or two single beds in each, a living room with furniture, a kitchenette with an oven, stoves and an aspirator (could be stocked with dishes for cooking and for eating upon prior request), a coffee table, a laundry machine and a coffee machine, a bathroom with a bathtub or a shower cabin, a toilet, a hair dryer and toiletries and a balcony. The kitchen appliances are turned on request. Aparthotel Terra Complex offers a possibility for accommodation in a premise with a view to the mountain against extra payment of 5.50 EUR per day (upon availability and payable on spot).

Living room with a convertible sofa and coffee table, TV with cable TV, telephone, wireless internet access, minibar, coffee machine, washing machine. Bathroom with bath, toiletries, hair drier. Balcony, flooring: parquet in the living room, fitted carpet in the bedroom. Central heating. The maximum occupancy is 2 adults with 2 children or 3 adults.
FAMILY SUITE 4+1: Approximately 85 square meters. The family suites consist of one bedroom with two separate or adjoined beds. A second bedroom or sleeping area with two separate or adjoined beds, desk. Living room with a convertible sofa and coffee table. TV with cable TV, telephone, wireless internet access, minibar, coffee machine, washing machine. One or two bathrooms with bath or shower, toiletries, hair drier. Balcony. Flooring: parquet in the living room, fitted carpet in the bedrooms, central heating.  The maximum occupancy 4 adults and 1 child or 5 adults.

The maximum occupancy is 4 adults and 1 child or 5 adults.

3 -BR APP 6+1: Approximately 140 square meters. Three bedrooms with two separate or adjoined beds, desk. Living room with a convertible sofa and coffee table, TV with cable TV, telephone, wireless internet access, minibar, coffee machine, washing machine. Two or three bathrooms with bath or shower, toiletries, hair drier, balcony. Flooring: parquet in the living room, fitted carpet in the bedrooms central heating. The maximum occupancy is 6 regular and 1 extra bed or 7 adults.
 
On request – cutlery/plates, iron and ironing board, cooking utensils.

Baby cot is available free of charge and upon prior request.
The complex and its adjoining infrastructure are not accessible for people in wheelchairs. The hotel does not have premises, adjusted for accommodating people with mobility difficulties.
Accommodation with pets is not allowed.

It is possible to pay extra for mountain view upon availability for 5,50 euro per room per day.

Sports and SPA: The relax zone of Aparthotel Terra Complex is equipped with a Finnish sauna, a steam bath, a Turkish bath (upon prior request), a Jacuzzi, an indoor swimming pool (20x7 meters) with a water temperature of 31оC during the winter and of 28 оC during the summer, an outdoor swimming pool (12x5 meters) with new kids arеа umbrellas and sunbeds by the pools and cabinets for SPA therapies and massages.
