Hotelul ste primitor in aceasta perioada,aranjat frumos pentru Revelion.

Insa,mancarea nu poate emite pretentii pentru 5 stele,la fel cina festiva din noaptea de Revelion. Barul din holul hotelului era cu plata,asa ca daca vrei sa bei ceva,chiar si bauturi racoritoare,o faci doar in timpul programului de masa.Sau de la supermarchet. Va recomand sa nu luati all inclusive pentru ca acest concept nu se regaseste in acest hotel!

Plaja foarte frumoasa, marea curata ?i cu intrare lina in apa, arhitectura vilelor ?i al hotelurilor, deosebite

Multa vegeta?ie lasata sa creasca in voie, buruieni, spa?iul verde foarte rau ingrijit, terenuri de sport de pe plaja pline de buruieni, nu le folose?te nimeni, apa de la dus ?i toalete foarte urat mirositoare (5 zile nu am putut sa fac un dus, ne spalam pe fata ?i pe din?i cu apa plata din sticle). am avut parte ?i de un virus urat care ne-a trantit la pat pe rand ?i asta a pus capat distrac?iei (care ?i asa nu prea era) Personalul angajat, asa ?i asa...nu prea puteai sa te in?elegi cu ei, doar cei de la recep?ie ?i de la bar vorbeau ceva engleza. Pana ?i cu medicul care a venit sa ne consulte ?i sa ne de-a un tratament, ne in?elegeam doar pe google translator. Pentru consulta?ie am fost taxa?i cu 220 leva (110 euro), recomand asigurare medicala de calatorie pe viitor... au mai fost ?i alte chestii neplacute, dar nu mai vreau sa scriu, ajunge...Intamplarea ca ne-am imbolnavit destul de urat to?i (5 pers) a fost principalul motiv pentru care vacanta nu a fost deloc buna.

Plaja proprie foarte buna, intrare in apa lina - copiii au apreciat la max. am stat la Vila Milano II si cei cazati in vila au un regim aI mai special. Curatenie si confort. Recomandam din toata inima.

Gradinile din jurul vilelor si terasele acestora cam neingrijite. Cred ca la deschidere au fost "de vis" acum un pic cam "uitate".

Raport calitate/pre bun. as reveni oricand, am fost cu toii mulumii. Hotel pe plaja cu nisip, bar contra cost, ezlonguri suficiente. Piscine multiple inclusiv la interior cu apa incalzita. alte servicii spa. Curat, mancare buna, gustoasa i suficienta. Nu ar strica mai multa amabilitate din partea personalului dar inelegem caci e vorba de cultura i educaie... Kranevo pare uitat in timp vreo 20 ani.

Ne-a placut resortul, dei mai trebuie amenajat, piscine frumoase i curate, plaja amenajata cu multe sezloange ( nu S-a intamplat sa nu gasim liber)., camere mari.

Organizarea mesei defectuoasa. 2 restaurante erau goale mai tot timpul i restaurantul principal in care se servea masa era supraaglomerat, locuri la mese putine, mai ales pe terasa. aveau nite mese mari in loc de mai multe mese mici, nu am ineles de ce. Comparativ cu alte locuri in care am fost la capitolul mancare mai au de lucrat, dar am avut totui in fiecare zi din ce alege. Divertisment slab. La ora 10 se inchide barul, la 11 i lumina., toata lumea la culcare!

Peisagistica exterioara a resortului, aranjamentul interior, mobilierul, camere mari, bai mari cu casa i cabina de dus, curaenie, posibilitati de divertisment pt copii, piscina cu jacuzzi exterioara, piscina mare exterioara, cu tobogane cu apa, leagane, casua cu activitai pt copii, bazin acoperit, centru de spa, piscine cu apa de mare pt vile, parcare imensa gratuita, teren de fotbal artificial, teren de tenis i de baschet, instalaii de fitness exterioare, sala de fitness interioara, multe feluri de mancare, meniu diversificat, meniu special pt copii, plaja mare, cu sezlonguri i umbrelue, gratuite.

Multe dati felurile de mancare nu aveau gust! Galagie f mare facuta de copiii nesupravegheai de aduli, care de multe ori bagau mainile in mancare. Luminile se inchideau dupa ora zece pe paliere, ceea ce ingreuna mersul de la lift spre camera. Ore insuficiente pentru masa de pranz.

Hotelul , piscinele si locurile de joaca pentru copii,plaja.

Mancarea stilul bulgaresc de proasta calitate si nediversificata acompaniata de disperarea unora din neamul nostru de a se comporta animalic , un mare minus este pe plaja pentru all inclusiv ca nu sunt bauturi gratuite (ca de aia ii spune all inclusiv ) , este posibil in schimb sa achizitionezi din fonduri proprii si era sa uit am vazut seara la masa carne de porc din conserva direct varsata pe farfurie cu forma aferenta cat si pateu de porc in aceiasi forma iar bufetul de la copii este cel mai slab existent vazut vreodata totul congelat si prajit mai bine comandau de la MC DONaLD'S , parcare gratuita dar neiluminata pe timp de noapte (totusi 5* ai pretentii) , in decursul a 4 zile nimeni din sectia curatenie nu s-a apropiat de camera , trist .

Camera spatioasa,baia atat cu cada cat si cu cabina de dus,apa plata in camera la sticle de 1/2litri,halaye si papuci de buna calitate

apa la piscina interioata putin cam rece,la baia turceasca lipsea recipientul cu care sa torni apa,robineti lipsa,jacuzzi de afara cate era cu apa super buna este de dimensiuni mici si functiona cu intermitente,restaurant de 4 stele cu mancare de 3 stele.iIn restaurantul principal avea loc o intalnire a persoanelor care participau la o conferinta si nu am avut acces,deci am fost redirectionati catre un alt restaurant mult mai mic.Divertisment nu exista,consumatia din loby bar si din barul de pe plaja este contra cost,desi nu mi se pare normal la un hotel de 5 stele.acum doi ani am fost la therma palace si a fost mai bine:mancare mult mai buna:rata,spagheti cu fructe de mare,etc,plus ca in facilitati gratuite intra si salina,sauna cu arome,etc

Resort foarte frumos , plaja privata la mare, piscine foarte frumoase, camere de 5 stele, mult spatiu verde si terenuri de sport. Pozitie foarte buna la 15 minute de mers pe jos pe plaja la albena si 10 min de mers cu masina pina in Nisipuri. Plaja superba foarte libera, intima, curata.

Mancare foarte proasta de maxim 3 stele, in fiecare zi aceeasi mancare, se poate manca maxim 2 zile . Bauturi foarte proaste diluate . Plaja privata la mare cu bar dar contracost. Piscina mare cu topogane dar cu program de 2h pe zi de functionare a topoganelor. La ora 22.30 inchide lumina in tot resortul afara si te trimite la culcare. Personalul bulgar foarte plictisit si ne pregatit profesional. tratament adecvat foarte prost doar pentru turistii romani. Un singur restaurant cu foarte putine mese afara si foarte aglomerat.

Hotelul este dotat cu piscina, topogane, camere personalizate (cu personaje indragite de copii), foarte aproape de plaja.

Mancarea este buna dar nu foarte variata (exista trei feluri principale i restul combinaii de salate). La capitolul curaenie stau foarte prost: am stat 6 zile in care nu s-a schimbat lenjeria, intr-o zi se aspira i atat, intr-o alta zi se curaa baia i cam asta a fost toata curaenia. atenie la taxele suplimentare: accesarea SPa-ului, sala de tenis de masa, bicicletele, pierderea braarii - 10 E, pierderea cardului de acces - 20 E, bauturile i gustarile se pot lua numai din anumite locuri - in rest se platesc!
