Accommodation: The complex has 300 newly built apartments. All are air-conditioned and modernly furnished, ready to welcome their guests. The complex consists of 7 sections, each with individual entrance and individual elevator.
STUDIO 2+1: Approximate area of 40 m2. The studios are furnished with two regular beds, the extra bed is a folding bed covered with mattress, TV, air conditioning, refrigerator, washing machine, oven with two hotplates, utensils, private bathroom with
shower, balcony. The maximum occupancy is 3 adults.
APARTMENT 2+2: Approximate area of 60 m2. These apartments consist of one bedroom with a king size bed, a separate living room with an extendable sofa bed and a kitchenette with a dining area. They also have a private balcony or an outdoor yard. Amenities
include a TV, air conditioning, a refrigerator, an oven with two hotplates, a washing machine and a private bathroom with shower. The maximum occupancy is for 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults and 1 child.
APARTMENT 4+2: Approximate area of 100 m2. These apartments consist of 2 double bedrooms with king size beds, a separate living room with an extendable sofa bed and a kitchenette with a dining area. They have a private balcony or an outdoor yard. Amenities
include a TV, air conditioning, a refrigerator, an oven with two hotplates, a washing machine and a private bathroom with shower. The maximum occupancy is for 4 adults and 2 children or 5 adults.
Baby cot is provided free of charge upon prior request.
Pets are not allowed.
The hotel does not have adapted rooms for disabled.
