Location: in the centre of Varna, close to many tourist, cultural and art attractions in Varna, as well as just a kilometre away from the beach and the Seaside Park. The Cathedral, The Opera House and Drama Theatre, museums, galleries, monuments and other places of interest are a just a few minutes’ walk away. tT he residence is close to the District Court of Varna, major bus stops, all banks’ branches, solicitors’ offices and notary publics, to name a few. Close you can find any number of cafes and clubs offering a variety of foods, drinks and experiences. You can count on nearby coffee shops such as Costa Coffee and Starbucks for your breakfast and morning cup of coffee. Several minutes away is the city’s High Street, with its small and large shops providing everything you can think of.

Facilities: A small five-unit building in the centre of Varna houses the clean, luxury and comfortable K-APARTMENTS. It offers quality accommodation in 4 wonderful flats furnished in different styles and catering for a different number of guests. There is a convenient access by lift to each of the apartments, with Paradise Apartment having a direct access from the lift.

Room facilities:  The Romance Apartment and The Modern Apartment are the smaller residences with a maximum capacity of 4 people. The Mediterranean Apartment is larger and sleeps a maximum of 6 people. The Paradise Suite is a fabulous maisonette with sauna and a maximum capacity of 5 guests.

The Modern Apartment has a floor area of 70 sqm and includes a bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a spacious living room with kitchen, a bathroom + WC. The sofa bed in the living room is comfortable for sleeping and increases the accommodation capacity to 4 people. The fully-fitted kitchen  provides the full range of electrical appliances, needed in a household (oven, hot plates, microwave oven, toaster, coffee machine, electric kettle, washing machine), as well as cooking and eating utensils, cutlery, glasses. In this modern-style, clean and furnished apartment  we have also provided for you an iron with ironing board, hair dryer, TV-set, towels, house slippers, toiletries, etc. The apartment is suitable for a family with no children, or with 1 or 2 children, as well as for two families with no children.

The Romance Apartment has a floor area of 70 sqm – one of our smaller solutions, suitable for sleeping a maximum of 4 people. It includes a bright and spacious bedroom, functional living room with kitchen, an elegant bathroom with a bath and WC. The living room has a dining table with 6 chairs, TV set, a large armchair and a comfy sofa-bed.
The kitchen is fully fitted with all the appliances needed in a household – hot plates, oven, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, extractor fan, etc. You will also find cooking utensils, dining cutlery, etc. The guests will have at their disposal: towels, slippers, iron and ironing board, hair-dryer, washing machine and toiletries.

The Mediterranean Apartment has two lovely bedrooms with double beds and storage space for your clothes and accessories, a spacious living room with a sofa bed, two bathrooms with WC. The apartment sleeps maximum 6 people. The kitchen is well equipped with cutlery and crockery for dining and cooking, and fully fitted with all the necessary appliances – oven, hot plates, fridge, washing machine, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, extractor fan, iron and ironing board, hair dryer. There are also towels, slippers and toiletries for your personal use. The living room has a large dining table with 6 chairs, to bring the whole group around the table for some food and socialising.

The Paradise Apartment is spacious and well lit, with a total floor area of 221 sqm and a sleeping capacity for 5 guests. The first floor includes a living room with kitchen, two bedrooms with a king-size double bed, two bathrooms with WC, and a sauna. The living room has a sofa for a well-deserved rest. The kitchen Is both elegant and very practical. It has a large dining table with 6 chairs. The second floor is amazing! Here you have a room with a large sofa (queen size, can be used for sleeping), a book case, a TV-set and a huge terrace. In fact, there is a total of three terraces, with cosy furnishings for a complete relaxation in the fresh air. The sauna will provide the calm and recreation your body and senses need.It has fridge, washing machine, hot plates, oven, dish-washer, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, fireplace TV set, iron with ironing board, a hair dryer, free toiletries, house slippers.

Parking: private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs aprox 10 BGN per day.
