Hotelul foarte bine amplasat. Zona de spa foarte ok. Mic dejun ok, dar cam identic. Zona de receptie foarte frumoasa si spatioasa. Multe baruri, cluburi, restaurante in apropiere, la maxim 10 minute pe jos. Centrul vechi la circa 15-20 minute pe jos, la pas. Partia de ski direct de la hotel, la circa 25 metri doar, plus poti cumpara ski pass direct langa hotel. tot in hotel centru de inchiriere foarte ok.

Camerele nu sunt in niciun caz de cinci stele. am avut apartament cu doua camere, mobilierul stil masiv, dar vechi si cu evidente deterioari. Baia mica, dusul nu avea scurgere, apa se ducea intr-o scurgere sub vasul de wc, inundand partial baia, ceea ce era chiar de neimaginat la un astfel de nivel. Parcarea mare este la circa 30 metri, dar neamenajata, daca ploua e noroi, nu e ok. Plus se plateste, ceea ce nu am stiut decat la plecare. Circa 10 euro/zi. Masa festiva de Revelion nu tocmai ok, a inceput la 20.30 aproximativ si pana la 11.45 au adus tot, inclus desert, apoi au luat totul de pe mese, inclusiv bauturile, in conditiile in care aveam hainele acolo dar eram afara. Plus meniul mic iar bautura inclusa extrem de putina, totul era extra cost. Daca tot organizezi Revelion, hai sa fie ok.

Hotelul este foarte bine pozitionat, chiar pe partie. Mancarea este excelenta, servirea foarte buna.

Este un hotel foarte ok pentru cei ce doresc sa schieze, ai tot ce iti trebuie in cadrul hotelului, casa pentru cumparare ski pass, centru inchiriere echipament, ski room si cel mai important este langa partie fiind practic un hotel ski in ski out si totodata este foarte aproape de gondola. Camere relativ ok ca si marime si dotari. Incalzite bine, spa ok, mancare ok, personal ok, zona receptie cu semineu ok, bar receptie ok.

Nu e cazul!

Pozitia hotelului - aproape de telegondola, spatiu de depozitare a schiurilor - gratut, curatenia in camera se facea zilnic, se schimbau zilnic produsele de baie si toaleta, piscina curata, apa calda, accesul gratuit la parcarea externa.

Preparatele de la masa se faceau din carne veche, prost gatite, daca la micul dejun gaseai sa incopesti un mic dejun cu branza si rosii, cina era dezastru. Masa de Revelion a fost sub orice critica. Programul de Revelion - un dezastru. Pe langa faptul ca a inceput la 8,30 si s-a sfarsit la 12,00, fara sampanie, fara fructe, fara friptura etc. Nu va recomanda sa achizitionati revelionul la acest hotel.

Restaurant cu mancare variata si de calitate, distanta mica pana la gondola.

am avut un sejur de 8 nopti la Hotel MPM Bansko si din pacate experienta a fost dezamagitoare, spre deosebire de anul trecut. Nu s-a tinut cont de optiunea noastra de a primi camere alaturate, iar intr-una dintre camere nu exista mocheta, era impartita printr-un perete partial in doua spatii mai mici (din care unul era o chicineta) lenjeria de pat nu era schimbata (una din perne era patata si asternutul avea fire de par. Colacele wc-urilor erau patate in ambele camere... Ni s-a facut promisiunea ca se va schimba una din camere, dar se poate abia luni, si nici atunci in camere cu balcon comun asa cum am specificat in luna octombrie cand am facut plata integrala... Iar la final, ne-au fost blocate cardurile de acces in camere, desi mai aveam bagaje in interior si de aceleasi carduri aveam nevoie pentru a ne lua echipamentele din camera de schiuri. Mentionez ca era inainte de ora de check-out.
