Accommodation: A total of 80 rooms (162 regular beds) welcome unidivable guests, corporate clients and large groups. There are 67 double rooms with separate beds (with collection option), 2 junior suites, 10 one-bedroom apartments and 1 two-bedroom apartment. The four-storey building is served by one elevator.

DOUBLE ROOM 2+1: Approximate area of 20 sq.m. The rooms have two beds, bedside tables, work desk, wide-screen TV with a variety of programs, free wireless internet access, bathroom with shower, hairdryer and cosmetic set. Most double rooms have terraces. Maximum occupancy of 3 adults.
JUNIOR SUITE 2+2: Approximate area of 30 sq.m. Maximum occupancy for 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults.
APARTMENT 4+1: Approximate area of 80 sq.m. Consists of a spacious panoramic apartment with two bedrooms and a living room separated by a door. The beds are bedside tables, work desk, LCD TV with a variety of Bulgarian and foreign channels, free wireless internet, bathroom with shower and hairdryer. Maximum occupancy of 4 adults and 1 child or 5 adults.

Baby cot is provided free of charge and upon prior request.
Pets are allowed on request and 15 BGN per day.
There are no suitable facilities for accommodating disabled people.
