Resortul este gandit bine, cu arhitectura frumoasa, camere spatioase. Pentru pretul cerut, ar trebui sa functioneze totusi la standarde de 5 stele.

Din pacate peste conceptul initial valoros, vine un management defectuos privind: 1. Curatenia camerelor : s-au schimbat prosoapele dupa 3 zile, la cererea noastra...nu am mai intalnit asa ceva la un hotel de 5 stele! Lenjeria schimbata o singura data in 6 nopti. 2. Mancarea era in mare parte de calitate medie, dar in principiu gaseai la fiecare masa si ceva mai ok. 3. Piscinele erau toate reci, nu se puteau folosi (mai putin o piscinuta mica in care erau multi copii si nu iti venea sa intri). Spa-ul interior subdimensionat pentru capacitatea hotelului ....cu 4-5 familii se cam umplea piscina si spatiul respectiv. 4. Personalul hotelului amestecat, merita imbunatatita instruirea acestuia.

E al doilea an in care optat pt Reina. Daca prima data am fost impresionat acum ni s-a parut un complex normal. Servicii de curaenie 10...se face curat in fiecare zi in camera, in complex in general este curat. Personalul este f amabil toi tiu engleza. in general este un complex primitor ,cu servicii f bune. toata gama Coca Cola se serveste la sticlue 0 33l. Bere la sticlue 0.33 Carsberg sau tuborg. Mancarea a fost variata dar parca nu la fel ca anul trecut. Exista i o piscina outdoor cu apa incalzita. Spa f curat , piscina indoor de dimensiuni decente.

am gasit un vierme in salata verde Nu e capat de tara, dar trebuie semnalat.. Raportul calitate pre mi se pare in defavoarea clientului. Daca in 3033 am platit 1150 pt 5 nopti, in3023 pt aceeai perioada 1750. Nu vom reveni in 2024

Servicii bune, personal mereu disponibil fara a fi intruziv, am petrecut o vacanta relaxanta si placuta.

Impresii negative despre hotel si servicii nu sunt.Personalul hotelului munceste din greu de la 7 pana la 24 ca sa tina piscina ,sauna,locurile de joaca, restaurantele curate si in ordine. Singura nota negativa este pentru o parte a conationalillor care prin atitudinea lor deranjeaza ceilalti turisti. Unii sintre ei au impresia ca daca au patit >2K eur pentru vacanta si au ajuns la "ultra-all inclusive" au personalul hotelului la dispozitia lor in calitate de valeti personali. altii nu respecta nicio regula ( Ex. prosoapele ude se aduc intre orele ...,nu se parcheaza in fata hotelului, la restaurantele "a-la-carte" e nevoie de rezervare - ospatarul te va conduce la masa,). Discutand cu cativa dintre angajatii hotelului oamenii sunt efectiv exasperati de atitudinea acestor turisti ( deloc putini ) . Probabil in impunerea unor anumite reguli hotelul ar trebui sa dea dovada de mai multa fermitate.

totul super ok de la personalul de serviciu pana la....nu tiu... Cine se ocupa de aa ceva.asta din partea resortului DaR ce ne facem cu "turiti" tinand cont ca aproape 90% erau Romani am vazut ceva ce este legat de sa ii zicem "atitudine"-a fiecaruia i in special ma refer la cei care mergeau la plaja cu ezlonguri la mare lasau ceva de nedescris in momentul cand paraseau locul Mai ROMaNI daca cineva te respecta pai nu ar fi normal i de buna cuviina sa faci la fel .DaR se pare ca acest aspect a disparut din atitudinea unora.as mai avea de comentat pe aceasta tema dar ma opresc aici..........

Hotelul este superb. Privelistea este wow. Mancarea foarte buna zi diversificata. In restaurantele a la carte mancarea este mai gustoasa. Personalul foarte atent la nevoile oaspetilor. Sotul isi serba ziua de nastere pe 19 si ne au facut o surpriza in camera ( sampanie si fructe) iar seara ne au ajutat cu un tort si i au cantat la multi ani. Suntem extrem de multumiti de aceasta alegere avand in vedere ca am fost si cu un copil de 1 an si 5 luni si a avut ce sa manance si s a super distrat. anul viitor am vrea sa rezervam o vila cu piscina.

Un hotel cu adevarat de 5 stele. Camere noi si curate, piscinele foarte ok, plaja la fel. Mancara si bautura foarte bune. Restaurantele a la carte cu o servite foarte rapida si un meniu gustos si diversificat. Ideal pentru familii cu copii pana in 6-7 ani.

am stat la etajul 4 si daca nu intram pana la 6 la dus..intre 6-7 nu aveam presiune la apa mai deloc. Si hotelul nu era nici pe jumatate plin. Nu vreau sa imi imaginez cum ar arata situatia asta la un grad de ocupare de la 80% in sus Lipsa toboganelor pentru copii 6-14 ani

avand in vedere cresterea preturilor, ma asteptam la o calitate mai scazuta a mancarii. a fost insa dimpotriva, foarte buna, diversificata si din belsug. Manager cooperant care a rezolvat profesionist problema pe care am semnalat-o.

as fi dat nota 10 personalului, care o merita din plin. a scazut-o seful barului din lobby care a gasit de cuviinta sa amestece un rest de vin dintr-o sticla cu unul nou.

am fost relocati de la Miramar la Reina del Mar deoarece au preferat sa opereze doar unul din hoteluri in aceasta perioada. totul a fost bine, concediu placut, hotelul foarte bun, vremea nu a prea inut cu noi dar asta este, in septembrie nu poi ti.

Mancare f buna si variata, sucuri si bere la sticlute 0.33 l , prajituri f bune la barul din receptie ca si in main restaurant. Camera spatioasa. 99.5% romani. Chiar daca de obicei evit astfel de locatii, de aceasta data nu am fost deranjat deloc. am vazut exclusiv romani(chiar si romi) foarte civilizati, cu bune maniere, etc.

Gresie in camera, nu mocheta. In prima zi am uitat() o geanta cu incaltaminte in receptie...nu am recuperat-o.

totul a fost perfect, cazare excepionala,mobilierul este modern i funcional, curaenia este ireproabila atat in cazare cat i in complex, mancarea este deosebita de la gust i pana la modul in care era aranjat orice fel de mancare, suc la 0, 25ml, bere stela , cocktailuri. tot personalul foarte amabil de la recepie, barmani, ospatari,animatori. Plaja este foarte curata i frumos amenajata, piscinele sunt curate iar in zona piscinelor eti servit de catre ospatari pe role care trec din 5 in 5 minute sa te intrebe daca mai doreti ceva. totul a fost mai mult decat perfect.

Nimic de reproat! totul la superlativ ; mancare diversificata, bauturi imbuteliate nu la dozator , camera de hotel destul de mare , salteaua de pat confortabila , minibar-ul din camera se umple zilnic (daca se consuma) fara alte costuri , curaenie in camere zilnic . Prosoape pentru plaja ce pot fi schimbate zilnic ; curaenie pe Plaja i la piscine ; 3 restaurante a-la-carte cu rezervare doar pt cina iar a pranz nu este necesara , plaja privata, , echipa de animatori pe timpul zilei dar i seara - minidisco pt copii si loc de joaca ; parcare privata gratuita ! Sala de sport gratuit i SPa - diverse proceduri contra.cost ( sauna i piscina interioara fara costuri ! Noi am ajuns in duminica in jur de ora 9.00-10.00 dar ne -au lasat sa intram incepand cu ora 11.00 ( nu a fost o pb pt ca ne-am dus pe plaja pana atunci ). Personal amabil i serviabil ! Recomand!

Nu este o impresie negativa doar ca sugestie .. ne-ar fi placut ca locul de joaca sa fie mai aproape de hotel/recepie... macar cel din interior,

Camera foarte mare, servicii spa ok , mancare buna. Piscine curatate zilnic

am rezervat o camera sea side view insa cand am ajuns la receptie ne-au zis ca ne-au facut update pe o vila. am intrebat de ce si ne-au zis ca asa au considerat ei, tinand cont de pretul platit. am fost sa vedem vila, si surpriza.. aerul conditionat nu functiona. Nu am acceptat, ne-am intors la receptie de unde am plecat spre o alta camera (au zis ei cea pentru care ati facut rezervarea) ajunsi in camera respectiva, vedem ca era defapt o dubla park view la etaju 5 , de unde se zarea cu greu marea. Dl care ne insotea ne-a zis ca este singura cam disponibila. I-am zis ok, ramanem aici insa dorim sa se rezolve cumva situatia (sa ni se returneze diferenta de bani sau sa ni se dea vouchere pt spa), noi platind pt sea side view room. Cand a auzit, a venit cu propunerea sa mergem din nou la receptie pentru a vedea ce se poate rezolva cu camera. Precizez ca toate drumurile astea s-au facut cu bagajele dupa noi. I-am zis ca nu mai dorim sea side view ci doar o camera de unde sa vedem orice altceva dar nu boschetii de langa hotel, sau cum zic ei park view . Dupa 35 de min de asteptare am fost condusi intr o camera la et 2, vedere spre curtea interioara/mare cu un balcon-terasa f frumos si mare. Din pacate a trebuit sa pierdem o gramada de timp pana s-a rezolvat.. ei incercand sa scape cumva de camerele/vilele mai slabe. am stat doar la piscinele pt copii, unde este o foarte mare problema cu gresia de pe jos. Copilul nostru ca alunecat in primele 5 min si s-a lovit la cap. Pe parcursul sejurului am observat zilnic f multi copii care au alunecat si s-au lovit rau. Macar in zona pt copii, sugerez sa se schimbe gresia pt ca este f periculos. Copiii alearga dintr o piscina in alta si riscul de a cadea este f mare. Serviciile de curatenie in camera au fost aproape 0. am sunat noi sa ne fie aduse produse pt toaleta, in conditiile in care butonul de make up room era aprins de dimineata pana seara. Farfuriile din restaurant erau adesea cu resturi de mancare uscata. ar mai fi multe de spus.. si noi chiar nu suntem cele mai pretentioase persoane. Pretul nu se justifica DELOC.

am revenit pentru a doua oara la acest resort, si a fost la fel de bine ca prima oara. imi place indeosebi plaja, care este foarte mare cu sezlonguri sufieciente la orice ora. Mancare si deserturi foarte bune, bauturile imbuteliate. am avut o camera cu vedere partiala la mare, cu o priveliste minunata. De ziua mea, am primit in camera un cos cu fructe , o sampanie si o felicitare , scrisa de mana din partea hotelului. Cu siguranta este cel mai bun resort din Bulgaria, la care sigur vom mai merge.

Se poate insista un pic mai mult la curatenia din camere. Si mirosul deranjant din baie, mai ales dimineata. Un alt aspect mai putin placut este din partea turistilor, care din pacate la piscina ocupa sezlogurile cu prosoape, si lipseso mare parte din timp de acolo. Pentru noi nu este o problema pentru ca preferam plaja, dar am observat acest lucru.

Curat, liniste si pace! Zile de septembrie minunate, intru-un resort placut si civilizat! Mancarea buna, nu exceptionala, bauturi din import, de calitate si cafeaua foarte buna. Probabil ca in iulie si august mancarea este mult mai diversificata si de o calitate mai buna. totul se rezuma la banii pe care-i platesti in sezon sau in extrasezon! Serviciile sunt in consecinta cu acest aspect dar oricum este foarte placut sa-ti petreci timpul liber aici! Felicitari!

Curatenia se face superficial in camere. Cameristele trag in jos nota hotelului. Nu incarca frigiderul chiar daca sunt articole lipsa in el, nu schimba prosoapele folosite asa cum ar trebui sa faca, pentru un hotel de 5 stele. ar trebui instruite si verificate! Intr-un sejur nu au schimat DELOC lenjeria de pat iar prosoapele o singura data. Frigiderul nu a fost reumplut corespunzator. Desi in camera au fost cazate 3 persoane, au pus la dispozitie consumabile la baie mereu pentru 2 persoane, desi plata a fost incasata ptr 3 persoane. Nu au fost pastrate toate facilitatile din vara si pentru luna septembrie asa incat turistii nu s-au putut bucura de toate beneficiile de sezon. adica rezervari la restaurantele a la cart, spectacolele ce se tineau in aer liber, diversitatea si calitatea felurilor de mancare din sezon! Pacat ca nu se pastreaza aceleasi reguli pana la inchiderea sezonului si se fac diferente!

am avut o vacanta minunata. Camerele mari, dotate cu absolut tot ce este necesar. Un plus pentru aparatul de cafea din camera. Mancarea buna. Micul dejun era acelasi in fiecare zi, dar erau destul de multe sortimente din care sa alegi. Bauturile la sticla, sucuri , bere, vin, fresh de portocale la micul dejun. Personalul amabil. Ne-am inteles cu ei in engleza f bine. In restaurant se intra cu masca, si pentru autoservire erau manusi de unica folosinta. Plaja cu nisip fin, marea curata si sezlonguri suficiente, fara a fi nevoie sa mergi devreme pe plaja. Cu siguranta este un resort la care ne-am intoarce oricand.

Nu am impresii negative. Doar ca un minus, pentru mine, personal, a fost lipsa unei piscine incalzite.

Plaja este frumoasa, restaurante si baruri situate aproape de plaja, piscina pentru copii cu apa incalzita, mancarea diversificata si foarte buna, pentru toate gusturile, bauturi internationale si imbuteliate, nu vrac, camerele mari, curatenie, spa foarte dotat cu piscina interioara, jacuzzi, 4 saune, salina, camera cu gheata etc.

Camerele de la primul nivel au o diferenta de nivel de aprox 80 cm si sunt periculoase pentru copiii mici (am primit o asemenea camera in prima faza). am solicitat sa ne fie schimbata si desi managerul au spus ca ni-o schimba fara probleme, ne-au tinut aproximativ o ora fara sa mai dea niciun semn. Ulterior a refuzat alte discutii transmitand prin receptioneri ca vorbeste la telefon. abia dupa ce am luat legatura cu cei de la directbooking s-a rezolvat imediat. Un alt aspect negativ este legat de sezlongurile de pe plaga. Desi exista regula de a nu fi rezervate, romanii incalcau regula, iar personalul de pe plaja nu luau nicio atitudine.

Prea multe nu sunt de spus, toate fiind de la foarte bine in sus. Hotel nou si frumos, camere foarte spatioase, bai spatioase si foarte bine dotate, curatenie foarte ok, camera fiind aranjata zilnic; prosoapele din camera schimbat zilnic, la fel si minibar-ul completat zilnic. Hotelul este amplasat pe plaja, avand o plaja privata generoasa, cu multe sezlonguri si umbrele cu masute. Piscinele exterioare sunt foarte curate. Personalul este extrem de respectuos si atent. Mancarea la restaurante este foarte variata si gustoasa. In restaurantul principal exista vegan corner si kids corner, unde se gasesc inclusiv diferite sortimente de lapte praf. Bauturile sunt foarte diversificate(majoritatea fiind de import) si toate sunt imbuteliate.

Singurele puncte slabe, sau mai degraba puncte la care se poate mai bine ar fi urmatoarele: 1. exista doar doua dusuri exterioare unde te poti spala/curata de nisipul de la mare in cazul in care doresti sa intri in piscine; 2. capacitatea restaurantului principal este prea mica raportata la numarul de oaspeti. Lucrul acesta este vizibil cel mai des la cina, cand foarte multa lume cauta/asteapta minute bune pentru a gasi o masa libera. Dupa ce se va finaliza si se va deschide si corpul a si vor fi si mai multi clienti, situatia va fi destul de neplacuta in cazul in care nu se va mai deschide eventual si un alt restaurant, non a la carte.

Foarte multumiti de confortul camerei, calitatea mancarii si bauturilor. La micul dejun ar putea sa mai schimbe felurile de mancare, erau fix la fel in fiecare dimineata.

Camerele sunt noi, curaenia in camere se facea zilnic, la masa era de asemenea respectata curatenia, angajaii amabili, saritori imediat veneau sa te serveasca la masa cu bauturi imedat dupa ce te asezai. Un alt plus este barul de la piscina, faceau mereu cocktail-uri cu baututa de calitate, apa si sucuri imbuteliate la discretie. Mancarea a fost gustoasa, calamari, crevetii. La cina mai era ceva in plus in rest acelasi meniu in fiecare zi de te saturai dupa a 4 zi de el si nu va ganditi ca aveau o varietate mare la ele,cine a fost la turci la 5 stele la ce ma refer. Personalul foarte amabil si saritor din punctul acesta de vedere nimic de zis. Per total a fost frumos doar ca mai au de lucru la parte cu divertismentul si atmosfera. Hotelul cand va fi finalizat cu sigurana va fi super, dar acum pentru aceeasi bani dati mergi cu avionul in turcia toata familia si nu se compara. Inca nu ii pot intrece bulgarii,pacat ca nu se putea merge atunci, era in zona rosie.

Prima parte negativa a fost din prima intrarea in hotel, nu au recepie si pt fiecare lucru trebuie sa te duci la celalalt hotel Miramar. am avut o plimbare frumoasa cu masinuta, gen de golf, prin spate pe langa bucatarie pana la hotel. Vederea camerelor a fost bineineles minunata, dadea intr-un antier din lateralul hotelului, noroc ca nu am stat in camera. Hotelul e mare doar ca nu exista decat restaurantul principal, grill, restauranul Italian, daca se poate numi asa. am fost o seara a acolo la cina "a la carte", mai au mult pana sa ajunga la acel nivel. Mancarea nu a fost ok la gust, calamarii necuratati si tot asa, mai ales ca era situat pe o terasa acoperita de deasupra hotelului Miramar si nu prea arata ca un restaurant. a doua optiune "a la cart" a fost cina la Grill, la fel nu e ceea ce trebuia, la cat de pompos sunt descrise. Nu tiu unde erau cele 5 restaurante,mai era doar unul cel de la Miramar care era 4 stele si sincer am intrat intr-o seara si am iesit repede asa miros era. Partea cu distractia nu exista, in primele 3zile nu era nici muzica la Barul de la piscina, spectacole seara nu sunt,ziua sunt doar la Miramar. Seara mai era cate un recital de vioara, dans dar si alea foarte seci si de putina durata. a mai fos intr-o seara disco pe plaja dar la fel nu era atractiv si pe urma nu am mai mers. O alta parte putin deranjanta prosoapele puteai sa le schimbi pana in ora 17 si daca voiai sa ma stai la plaja puteai sa le iei in camera, dar daca a 2 zi voiai dimineata sa iti iei prosoape curate nu puteai trebuia la 17 si tot asa. Hotelul este inca in constructie, taiau gresie langa piscina,se grabeau sa termine casuele cu iesirea in piscina,in descriere apare dar nici macar nu sunt finalizate.

Super totul i pt copii piscinele i mancarea.

Personalul dezorganizat total, poate fiind i primul an, la restaurant i bar nu tiau deloc engleza, greu te inelegeai cu ei, am cerut Ice i au adus Icetea , pt un hotel de 5 stele nu e normal. Wi fi praf, mergea bine doar in camera.

Este a doua oara cand ne intoarcem aici. am fost si anul trecut dar la Miramar. Diferenta dintre cele doua complexuri (HVD Miramar si HVD Reina del Mar) o face luxul camerelor si faptul ca la Reina ne erau servite bauturile imbuteliate. In privinta mancarii, este cam aceeasi in ambele locuri, ba chiar mai multe feluri la Miramar. Poate atunci cand tot resortul va fi finalizat vor fi mai multe restaurante la Reina. Deocamdata e unul singur, restul sunt la Miramar (unde aveam si noi acces) Plaja deloc aglomerata, piscina la fel, intr-o perioada eram singurii din toata piscina. Camerele cu vedere la mare ofera o priveliste extraordinara. a fost frumos.

Ramane in continuare cea mai buna varianta de all inclusive pe care am vizitat-o. Cu toate ca din toamna deschiderii s-au mai schimbat un pic lucrurile.

Nu sunt sezlonguri suficiente pe plaja cu toate ca este loc suficient pentru a extinde zona dedicata acestora. apare acel fenomen pe care il intalnesti peste tot. Prosoape care ocupa scaunele la 7 dimineata. Barul are bauturile din import sub tejghea . Pe raft poti vedea doar bauturi locale. Primesti altceva doar daca soliciti si stii ca sunt existente.
