Location: Tiva del Mar Hotel is located in the Robinson area, in close proximity to the town of St. Vlas. It is situated on the first line, right next to the beach. The hotel is located where the mountain air meets the sea breеze. Their meeting results in a specific ionization of the air masses, which has a proven beneficial effect in the prevention and treatment of various lung diseases, asthma, allergies and others. The air here is saturated with iodine vapor, oxygen and trace elements, which stimulate the immune barrier of the respiratory tract. The location of the hotel – direct on the beach - gives the unique opportunity for morning walks when the saturation of the air with iodine vapor is greatest (about 5-6 h). In addition, walking along the shore with soaking feet to the knee joints are useful for varicose veins. Sea water contains a rich palette of various trace elements - iodine, bromine, zinc, fluorine, cobalt, manganese and others, a large amount of oxygen and some biostimulants, which make it an indispensable healing power known to people for centuries. Accommodation: The hotel complex is divided into two parts connected to each other underground (connected with elevators and stairs) and has 89 premises (6 of them are adapted for people with disabilities). The first part: Block B, is built in the rock and is located on the sandy beach itself (in B are located studios and apartments) and the second block A (with double rooms and apartments, also restaurant, reception desk, fitness, swimming pool) is located at the level of the neighboring hotel with a connection to the road. Both units have an exceptional view of the sea and each of them has 5 floors. The last renovation was made in 2023.

DBL 2+1: Approximately 47 square meters. The double rooms are comfortably furnished with two single beds and an extendable sofa, equipped with central air-conditioning, a telephone, a TV, mini fridge, carpet and dispose of spacious bathrooms with a shower cabin and a hair dryer and a terrace. Maximum occupancy of 2 adults with 1 child or 3 adults.

Studios give to their clients the freshness of the sea breeze, the unforgettable view towards the Old Nessebar and Sunny Beach bay, combined with the spacious and comfortable equipped studios which dispose of:  2 single beds and an extendable sofa, a kitchenette with microwave (without utensils), TV, telephone, air-condition, parquet, a spacious bathroom with a shower cabin, hair-dryer, fire-warning. All studios have balconies. Maximum occupancy of 2 adults with 1 child or 3 adults.
1-BR APP 2+2 SEA SIDE: Approximate area of 75 sq. m. Each of these apartments has one bedroom with two single beds, one extensible sofa and a camp bed (if it is necessary), a kitchenette with micro wave (without utensils), TV, telephone, air conditioning, parquet, spacious bathroom with shower, hair dryer, fire alarm. The premises in the apartment are separated by a door or without (optically separated bedroom). Maximum occupancy 3 adults and 1 child and 4 adults.
2-BR APP 3+3/4+2: Approximately 90 square meters. The two-bedroom apartments consist of two bedrooms with two single beds in each, a spacious living room with a sofa bed and an extendable bed, a kitchenette with microwave (without utensils), parquet, a bathroom with a shower cabin and a hair dryer and a terrace and offer views of the vast beauty of the sea, a TV, a telephone and an air-conditioner. The bedrooms and the living room are separated by doors. Maximum occupancy of 5 adults with 1 child or 6 adults.
* Rooms are cleaned every day and the bed clothes are changed 2 times a week.
