Location: Hotel is located in the center of Sunny Beach resort, only 200m away from the beach.
Accommodation: Hotel is built in 2004/2005 and last renovated in 2019. Since 2016 the hotel has new annex building. The 5 storey hotel has 105 double rooms, 35 studios, 36 family deluxe rooms, 10 family superior rooms. The hotel has 3 lifts in the main building and 1 in the annex building.

DBL 2+1/3+0: All rooms are with twin beds and one extendable sofa , central air conditioning, TV, mini fridge, hairdryer, balcony, telephone, safe, WC, bathroom with shower. The maximum occupancy is 3 adults.
DBL 2+1/3+0 HIGHER FLOOR: All rooms are with twin beds and one extendable sofa, central air conditioning, TV, mini fridge, hairdryer, balcony, telephone, safe, WC, bathroom with shower. The maximum occupancy is 3 adults.
STUDIO 2+2/3+0: All studios are with 2 regular beds and one double size extendable sofa bed or 2 sofa beds, central air conditioning, TV, mini fridge, hairdryer, balcony, telephone, WC, bathroom with shower. The maximum occupancy is 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.
FAM 3+1/4+0 DELUXE: All of them are only in the new building, they have 1 king size bed, 1 standard regular bed and 1 extendible sofa, central air conditioning, TV, mini fridge, hairdryer, balcony, telephone, safe, WC, bathroom with shower. The maximum occupancy is 4 adults.
FAM 2+3/ 3+2 / 4+1 SUPERIOR: All of them are only in the new building, they have 4 regular beds and one extendable sofa, central air conditioning, TV, mini fridge, hairdryer, balcony, telephone, safe, WC, bathroom with shower. The maximum occupancy is 4 adults and 1 child.

Baby cot is provided free of charge with prior request.
The hotel has adapted rooms for disabled, located in the new wing of the hotel.
Pets are not allowed.
About the hotel: The hotel has a main restaurant, lobby bar, outdoor swimming pool with children`s zone, indoor swimming pool with slide, mini golf, outdoor and indoor fitness, Wi-Fi on the ground floor of the hotel, in-room safe, parking, sauna.

* All inclusive basis starts with dinner at the day of the arrival and ends with a lunch on the day of departure.

Food and drinks in the Main restaurant:
Breakfast  07:30 – 10:00 buffet, show cooking in middle and high season, drinks: water, juice and hot drinks
Lunch: 12:30 – 14:00 buffet, drinks: water, juice.

Afternoon snack: 15:30 – 17:00 sweets, snacks, (donuts, hot dog- different  type every day)
Dinner 18:30- 20:30  buffet, show cooking in mid and high season, included drinks: water, draft juice
Culinary thematic buffets for dinner – 1 Bulgarian dinner every Friday.
Local alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks included in the price are served on the:
Pool bar: 10:00 – 22:00 – local draft wine -  red and white, beer, vodka, whisky, rum, menta, mastika, jin, brandy, schnapps, coca cola, Fanta, sprite, tonic and gas water
