Location: Hotel Neva is located in Kiten, 100 meters away is one of the most famous beaches in Kiten - Atliman. The place has excellent conditions for rest. The hotel is located 60 km from Sarafovo Airport and 500 m from the center of Kiten.

Accommodation: The hotel consists of three hulls with double and triple rooms. It has 40 rooms with a balcony with park view, where the complex is located. There is no elevator.

DOUBLE ROOM 2 + 1: Approximate area about 19 sq. m. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning, a TV, a fridge and private bathroom. Maximum occupancy of 2 adults and 1 child or 3 adults.

TRIPLE ROOM 3 + 1: Approximate area about 20 sq. m. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning, a TV, a fridge and private bathroom.  Minimum accommodation 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. Maximum occupancy for 4 adults.

TRIPLE ROOM 2 + 2: Approximate area about 20 sq.m. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning, a TV, a fridge and private bathroom. Minimum occupancy of 2 adults and 2 children.

Baby cot is provided free of charge upon prior request.
Pets with built-up habits are allowed for a fee of 5 BGN per day with prior confirmation from the hotel.
There are no suitable facilities for accommodating disabled people.

About the hotel: On the territory of the hotel there is a restaurant with outdoor and indoor part, outdoor bar, use of swimming pool, sun beds and umbrellas at the pool (upon availability), Wi-Fi internet access, unguarded free parking (limited places) and sports court.

During the main meals of the bar, the main restaurant offers Bulgarian alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages including soft drinks (coffee, juice, table water and machine drinks), alcoholic beverages (white and red wine, draft beer, vodka, brandy, gin, mint, mastic, etc.), hot drinks such as tea, milk, coffee.
Pool bar from 8:30 to 22:30: Bulgarian alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are available.
After 22:30 all drinks are paid!
