 Location : Spa Hotel "Villa Aspa" is located in Banya, in the central part of the Razlog valley, among the beautiful mountains of Rila, Pirin and Rhodopi, near the hot springs that feed the hotel, 5 km from the gondola. Natural resources and climatic conditions in the region attract tourists in all seasons: winter vacation, summer holidays, spa treatment.

Mineral water from Banja is slightly mineralized, naturally pure. It is recommended for prophylaxis and treatment of disorders of bone and muscle systems, skin and peripheral nervous, as well as gynecological, kidney and biliary tract diseases.

Thermal mineral water reaches up to 57 °C at the point of capture and is recognized for its healing powers, especially helping to diseases of the musculoskeletal system, peripheral nervous system and skin disorders. Mineral water is also used for osteoporosis prophylaxis. The waters of The Aspa Vila hotel are famous for their energizing effect on the body, and these characteristics are found only in the mineral waters of the famous resort of St Moritz (but also in those mineral water has a lower temperature and concentration than in Banja).

The conference room with a capacity of 80 seats is modernly equipped, offering Internet access, being suitable for various types of seminars, conferences, business meetings and professional training courses
