Location: Located in the southeastern part of the town, in a quiet and peaceful location, close to the northern slopes of the Sarna Sredna Gora, the complex has the largest private park-garden in Pavel Banya.

Accommodation: The four-floor Sevtopolis Medical Spa Hotel is distinguished by a modern and stylish building, has two lifts for the hotel floors and one lift in the medical centre and offers accommodation in 58 double rooms and 4 one-bedroom apartments, all with terraces offering magnificent views of the Balkan Mountains and the Sredna Gora. In 2020 all hotel rooms and suites have been renovated, as well as the Aqua Room in the Thraki Restaurant.

DBL 2+1: Approximate area of 25 m2. The double rooms are spacious, bright and quiet, furnished in warm colours. The rooms have a king-size bed, comfortable sofa and sitting area, individual climate control, mini-bar, LED TV and cable channels, telephone, safe, iron and ironing board, kettle for making hot drinks, bathrobe, slippers, fire system, WiFi. The unique bathroom with a window to the bedroom is equipped with a bathtub and shower (except for two separate rooms for people with disabilities), cosmetics, hairdryer, magnifying mirror. There are rooms with or without balcony.

The one-bedroom apartments consist of a spacious bedroom with one double bed or two single beds and a transitional bathroom with mineral water, hydromassage bathtub, shower, toilet, hairdryer, slippers, bathrobes and cosmetics, living room with sofa, second toilet and terrace overlooking the patio, garden and pool, mini bar, LED TV with cable channels, telephone, WiFi and air conditioning with individual control. The bedroom and living room are separated by a door.

The hotel and its adjacent facilities are accessible for people with disabilities. The hotel has two double rooms adapted for people with disabilities.

About the hotel: Restaurant Thrakite has two halls - main and buffet Aqua. The main hall has a capacity of 115 seats and an additional 110 seats in the summer garden (available during the months from May to October). The restaurant serves a la carte dishes and special daily offers. Buffet Aqua offers a buffet breakfast and dinner included in the standard accommodation package. The Lobby Bar is located in the hotel lobby. It has 25 seats and free WiFi. The pool bar is located in the beautiful garden of the Sevtopolis Medical & Spa Hotel, next to the outdoor mineral pool. There is a park and garden in the hotel with a rich variety of plant species. For the younger guests there is a children's play area, with a separate area in front where parents can watch their children. Just next to the children's area is the hotel's library.

Sport and SPA: Sevtopolis Medical & SPA Hotel has an indoor mineral pool and an outdoor mineral pool. The indoor mineral pool is available to hotel guests all year round. There is also an underwater exercise section in a shallower area. The water temperature is in the range 34 - 36oC. There are sun loungers and a jacuzzi around the pool. The outdoor mineral pool is open during the summer season. The spa has a steam bath, kneipp path, Finnish panoramic sauna, herbal sauna, Turkish bath, relaxation area, lung therapy, massage rooms and a beauty salon. In the Medical Centre of Sevtopolis Medical & Spa Hotel there are diagnostic rooms and sectors of hydrotherapy, lugotherapy, physical therapy, kinesitherapy, therapeutic massages, alternative medicine, unconventional rehabilitation, thermal zone.

In 2023 the wellness area at Sevtopolis Medical & Spa Hotel was renovated with a new steam room and a renovated Kneipp path.
