Beach: At about 200 meters from the hotel there is a beach that is reached by stairs. Kabakum beach is about 500-600 m from the hotel and reached by a steep street.
Location: in the region Chaika / Kabakum, about 4 km. south of the central part of the Golden Sands Resort.
Accommodation: The hotel is built in 1970 and last reconstructed in 2012. It is a 3-storey building, 72 dbl rooms, 14 studios, 12 apartments. There is NO internet in the rooms!
DOUBLE ROOM 2+1: about 15 sq. m., two separate beds, extra extendible bed, individual air conditioning, satellite TV, telephone, refrigerator (only cool), bathroom with shower, balcony. Maximum occupancy of 3 adults.
TRIPLE ROOM 3+1: total area about 35 sq. m. Three separate beds, extendible sofa bed, individual air conditioning, telephone, satellite TV, refrigerator (only cool), bathroom with shower, balcony. Maximum occupancy of 4 adults.
STUDIO 2+3: total area of about 35 sq. m. It is only one unit consists of double bed and a corner with a sofa bed, air conditioning, satellite TV, telephone, bathroom with shower and separated WC, refrigerator (only cool), balcony. Maximum occupancy of 4 adults with 1 child.
APARTMENT 2+3: total area about 35 sq. m. Bedroom and living room with sofa bed (two separate rooms), air conditioning, satellite TV, telephone, bathroom with shower cabin and separated WC, refrigerator (only cool), balcony. Maximum occupancy of 4 adults with 1 child.
Towels are changed twice a week.
Bed linen is changed twice a week.
Baby cot - free, upon advance request.
