apa in piscina nu s-a inlocuit in 10 zile cat am stat acolo ; Intr-o dimineata am vazut o persoana in piscina care inmuia o perie intr-o galeata cu solutie si curata faianta de pe margina piscinei, care apoi bineinteles se scurgea in piscina , unde peste 30 minute intrau turistii sa faca baie !! Prosoapele de la baie se inlocuiesc numai la cerere ; Hartie igienica primesti numai la cerere, sampon si sapun numai la cerere. am fost la acest hotel de 3 ori pana acum (2018, 2019, 2021) si curatenia in camera se facea cum trebuie, nu duceam lipsa de nimic, acum serviciile lasa mult de dorit !!! In baie miros de canalizare, ingrozitor !!! Nu au facut nici o investitie de ani de zile, mobilier vechi, saltele sparte, televizor sport- mai bine l-ar scoate din camera caci e inutil , racitor foarte murdar ; Preturile au crescut cu 30 % dar calitatea serviciilor a scazut considerabil.

Managerul hotelului a dat dovada de profesionalism i de faptul ca ii respecta clienii .Hotelul este situat intr o zona frumoasa , o padure de stejari, dispune de un parc racoros ideal pt cei cu copii mici .Mancarea este proaspata , diversificata, de calitate.Carne de peste ,pui porc , sarmale, paste , salate .fructe etc. Micul dejun ideala i pentru copii mici (paine cu ou,cereale, gris , etc) Personalul este amabil i respectuos. Camerele sunt primitoare, mari i aranjate cu gust Distanta pana la plaja este de aproximativ 10 min jse coboara pe scari ).

Curaenie nota 10 , o locaie foarte linitita , gazdele foarte ospitaliere in primul rand managerul un tip tanar i foarte amabil ( nota 10)

Mancarea este cam aceeai cu repetare la 2 zile iar din pui, peste i porc nu ne-au scos . Nu a fost varietate iar pe parte de salate cam acelai lucru dar daca nu eti pretenios nu ramai flamand .

Cea mai apropiata plaja amenajata, se afla la 1 km, o plaja salbatica se afla la aprox 500...600 m, f multe scari i greu de urcat datorita faptului ca este zona abrupta. Nu recomand cu carucioare...

Este primul sejur la Hotel Kini, impreuna cu cei 3 copilasi . Mancarea si conditiile sunt bune si parculetul in mica padure este super pentru copii. Distanta dintre hotel si plaja este de 10-15 min insa este binevenita un pic de miscare dupa o masa copioasa. Personalul amabil. Pentru noi , a fost ce ne am dorit. Mancare sanatoasa si buna ptr copii , si un loc de joaca ptr copii cu vegetatie. .

a fost o vacana de vis. toate la superlativ. incepand cu cazarea care a fost de nota 10 gazdele super amabile. Masa foarte gustoasa si diversificata. Padurea de stejar care imprejmuia hotelul si parculetul aduceau un plus de racoare si un aer proaspat. De la balconul camerei se auzea sunetul marii. Cu siguranta vom reveni la anul. E al doilea an consecutiv in care venim la acest hotel si nu suntem dezamagiti. Curatenie zilnica in camere, prosoape schimbate aproape zilnic, chiar daca nu erau lasate pe jos ca semn ca se doreste schimbarea lor aC in camera functional, tv functional, o perioada a mers alb negru, o perioada color, dar ce conteaza :)) Mergea! In plus, prindeam si posturi romanesti. Mancare foarte buna, multa chiar si spre finalul progamului de masa am avut camera cu vedere spre mare desi nu am cerut apa din piscina curata Personal f atent cu clientii la masa, in hotel, la piscina

piscina e un plus; hotelul e aproape de mare (10min mers pe jos); mancare diversificata si destula; bauturi la discretie; personal amabil; contrar altor pareri, n-am avut tantari/paianjeni sau alte lighioane de genul; camerele au aC, balcon, tV, toate functionale, inclusiv in baie.

impresiile negative constau in lucruri de care ne-am putut lipsi. La urma urmei am venit pentru mare. asadar, minusuri: - setul de biliard era incomplet (3 bile lipsa) si bila alba plina de cioturi. am anuntat la receptie, mi s-a spus ca se stie, ca turistii mai joaca, mai pierd, etc. - n-am gasit plaja lor privata. avand in vedere faptul ca am avut destul loc pe plaja libera, dupa prima zi de cautat loc pe plaja, nici n-am mai intrebat de plaja lor, deci nu ne-a deranjat. - televizorului nu ii mergea receiver-ul de IR (telecomanda). asadar dadeam din butoane, dar ne-a "trebuit" tVul doar sa fie galagie in camera, deci prea putin, iar canalul de muzica era al 3lea, deci n-am avut de pedalat prea mult;

Mancarea este buna si proaspata, curatenie

Foarte multi viespi si albine fiind piscina langa o mica padure, probabil au acolo stup, mult de mers pana in centru sau plaja, mancarea este aceiasi in fiecare zi, nu au animatori, nu este muzica la piscina, nu recomand tinerilor care vor sa se distreze.

Un hotel mai mare decat ma asteptam. Foarte curat, in camere se face curatenie zilnic. Locaia este sigura nu ai acces in incinta decat cu cartela. Parcarea cam mica. Parcul hotelului este mare i placut. Mancarea este suficienta dar ciudata, cred ca mai mult pe gustul nemilor. am avut fructe diverse si suficiente. aaaa, sa nu uit: au niste supe foarte gustoase si o sectiune de mancare pt. vegetarieni. In general ne.am simtit chiar foarte bine. as reveni cu siguranta.

Salariaii sunt acri i neplacuti. Minifrigiderul din camera nu e pus in funciune decat daca comanzi bauturi pt. minibar. Mancarea contine multe salamuri - yeah - si sosuri ciudate. Prajiturile si fursecurile de proasta calitate. Painie nu a fost niciodata proaspata ( ce bine ca nu mananc paine ). Noroc ca a fost diversa si gasesti ce sa alegi .

am avut un sejur extraordinar la acest hotel, servicii excelente, mancare buna si foarte diversificata, seri de diverstisment. Hotelul este la 10 minute de coborat spre plaja si la alte 15 minute de centrul statiunii unde este distractie maxima. Hotelul este amplasat intr-o zona foarte linistita, un hotel mic dar curat si servicii hoteliere excelente, personal foarte serviabil. Plaja din fata hotelului curata, nisip fara bucati de soici sau mizerie, fara mucuri de tigari, etc.

Accommodation: It has 4 floors and was renovated in 2002. Hotel Kini Park does not dispose of an elevator and offers accommodation in 144 double rooms, 10 single rooms and in 12 family rooms, equipped with a mini bar, a TV with cable channels, a telephone, a bathroom with a shower cabin, a toilet and a hair dryer and a balcony, air-conditioning.

SGL: This type of rooms is about 20 m2. The SGL rooms dispose of a double bed. All rooms have balcony, air-conditioning and bathroom with shower. Mini bar against extra charge. The maximum occupancy is 1 adult.
DBL 2+1: This room is about 26m2.This room has two bed and one an- extendable sofa All rooms have balcony, air-conditioning and bathroom with shower. Mini bar against extra charge. The maximum occupancy is 3 adults.
