Breakfast / 07:30 - 10:00 / - on buffet in the main restaurant with show cooking - a variety of hot and cold dishes, egg specialties, a variety of dairy products, sausages and cheeses, a selection of bakery products, cereals, fruits. Hot and cold drinks from the machine and fresh juices are included with breakfast.

Dinner / 19:00-21:00 / - on buffet in the main restaurant with show cooking - selection of fresh salads and soups, a wide variety of Bulgarian and international dishes, vegetarian and meat dishes, pasta, selection of bakery products, sweet buffet with a variety of desserts. Drinks are not included during dinner.

Tejas main restaurant (07:30 - 22:30).

Offers breakfast and dinner included in the nightly rate, as well as an a la carte menu for lunch (extra charge). A carefully curated selection of local wines and an artistic atmosphere raise guests' spirits (extra charge).

Breakfast and dinner are buffet-style and offer guests an extensive and multi-ingredient menu. Hot beverages, machine juice and aperitif are included for breakfast, and complimentary beverages are not included with dinner.

Anchor Restaurant (12:00 - 23:00)

The restaurant opens after a major refurbishment with a new menu and cosy interior. It has about 100 seats spread over three levels and 50 seats on the outdoor terrace. The menu offers a variety of food with a focus on Bulgarian traditional cuisine, the products are of high quality and mostly from local producers. Every Friday and Saturday there is a music programme.

Akash Lobby Bar (07:30 - 24:00)

Designed with exceptional care for the mood of the hotel guests. Located on two levels, with a panoramic terrace and piano - a real opportunity to relax and share time with friends. The fireplace and the designer interior create a unique cosiness. On weekend evenings, melodic live music adds to the guest experience.

Outdoor bar The Anchor (09:00 - 19:00)

Open in the summer months and serving hot and cold drinks, as well as sandwiches and grilled fast food (for an extra charge). Located next to the entrance of the complex.

The Cave Water Bar (09:00 - 19:00)

Offers smoothies, fresh juices and drinks. The menu includes salads, sandwiches, and a fast food grill (for an extra charge).
