Serviciile Direct Booking au fost bune, intrucat si anii trecuti am apelat la danșii. Voucherele in schimb au sosit cu 16 h inainte de zbor, intarziere ce ne a cauzat putin stress. De asemenea zborul de intoarcere a fost schimbat cu unul mai devreme dar am fost inștiințați despre asta, chiar daca nu ne a convenit. așteptăm următoarea vacanta cu direct booking!
