Location: Voya Beach is a luxury Ultra All Inclusive hotel, located next to one of the most famous Bulgarian ports, Marina Dinevi, on the first sea line in Saint Vlas. Located in the central part of the town of Sveti Vlas and less than a 5-minute drive from the center of Sunny Beach, Voya Beach Resort combines the Black Sea paradise off the coast of Bulgaria with beautiful beaches, mountainous areas for hiking, as well as world-class restaurants in the restaurants of the Voya Beach Hotel.
Beach: Sandy, the beach is in front of the hotel. The sea floor is flat, with smooth access.
Aquapark: Enjoy the lovely Aquapark, featuring 5 water slides and numerous other fun activities that will delight the whole family during your summer holiday. Тhe height limit is 120 cm. Accommodation: Most of the 350 brand new rooms and suites offer spectacular views of the Sveti Vlas and Nessebar coastline from private balcony or terrace. Built in 2022 the hotel has 6 floors and 10 elevators.

DBL 2+1: The Double rooms have approximate area of 30 - 35 m2. The modern and spacious design, complemented with the charming and exciting details, combines everything you need to enjoy a comfortable and luxurious stay in our Ultra All Inclusive resort. These rooms have a King Size bed (180×200) cm, a Sofa Bed (90×190), satellite TV, Safety box, Air Condition, Minibar, Capsule coffee machine and a relaxing seating area. Also Double rooms have a bathroom with a shower, hairdryer, bath towels, bathrobes (upon request), a cosmetic mirror, shower gel and shampoo from the Italian brand Acqua dell'Elba. Maximum occupancy is 2 adults and 1 child or 3 adults.
DBL 2+1 SEA: Approximate area of 30 - 35 m2. These rooms feature an extra-large verandah – 14 m2. They have King Size bed (180×200) cm, Sofa Bed (90×190), satellite TV, Safety box, Air Condition, Minibar, Capsule coffee machine and a relaxing seating area. In addition, Double Sea View rooms have a bathroom with a shower, hairdryer, bath towels, bathrobes(upon request),, a cosmetic mirror, shower gel and shampoo from the Italian brand Acqua dell'Elba. Maximum occupancy is 2 adults and 1 child or 3 adults.
DBL 3+1 FAMILY SEA: These 40 m² rooms have King Size bed (180×200) cm, two Sofa Beds (90×190), satellite TV, Safety box, Air Condition, Minibar, Capsule coffee machine and a relaxing seating area. In addition, Double Sea View rooms have a bathroom with a shower, hairdryer, bath towels, bathrobes, a cosmetic mirror, shower gel and shampoo from the Italian brand Acqua dell'Elba. Maximum occupancy is 3 adults and 1 child or 2 adults and 2 children.
*It is allowed to accommodate one baby up to 1,99 y.o. over the maximum occupancy of the rooms.

Baby cot is provided free of charge upon request.
Pets are not allowed.
There are two adapted double rooms. They are located on the most central wing, where is the main entrance, reception, lobby bar, etc and next to the elevator. All of the facilities are wheelchair accessible. The adapted room should be requested when booking as it is upon availability.
About the hotel: Voya Beach Resort disposes of thematic restaurants - Blanca and Noble, 2 pool bars – Sotto and The Bar, Lobby bar and The Spot Bar, also Chef`s Market - Main Buffet Restaurant and Catch Snack Restaurant.
