Colaborarea cu agentia destul de deficitara, la telefon nu raspunde nimeni. Doar cand am scris email mi s-a raspuns, dar partial la intrebari despre hotel. Faptul ca am achizitionat un pachet ce imi oferea si plaja privata a fost o mare gresala deoarce la hotel nu iti garantau transportul pana la plaja ce se afla la 3 km distanta. Dezamagita de colaborare.
