Location: Guesthouse Bordo is located in a new neighborhood of Obzor, near two large city parks, shopping street and small restaurants for food, in a quiet location. The distance to the center is about 500 meters.
Beach: Sandy beach, 200 meters from the guesthouse. The sea floor is flat, with smooth access to the water.
Accommodation: Guesthouse Bordo has been up and running since 2010 and was renovated in 2019. The house has 9 double rooms, 2 double large rooms with possibility of extra bed and 3 apartments and 1 studio.  The house has three floors, there is no elevator. The rooms are with carpet. All rooms have a terrace - there are plastic table and chairs on the terrace and a clothes dryer. Some rooms have a partial sea view.

DBL 2+0: Approximate area of 13 sq.m. Double rooms have two single beds which can be used as a double bed. The room disposes of air conditioning, flat screen TV, mini fridge, hot water jugs, tea cups and soft drinks. Maximum accommodation 2 adults.
DBL 2+1 LARGE: Approximate area of 15sq.m. They have two single beds) and an additional extra bed - single sofa bed. The room has air conditioning, flat screen TV,mini fridge, hot water jugs, tea and soft drink cups. Maximum occupancy 3 adults.
STUDIO 2+1: Approximate area of 20 sq.m. The studios consist of a bedroom and a living room. The bed in the bedroom is a double bed with dimensions 164/190 and in the living room there is a single bed. In the living room there is a separate kitchenette - with fridge, stove, aspirator, toaster, kettle. The apartment is equipped with all the necessary household utensils -pans, pans,bowls, dinner service, coffee service, tea and soft drink cups and cutlery. There is also a dining area. There is also air conditioning, flat screen TV, mini fridge. Maximum accommodation - 2 adults and 1 child or 3 adults.
1-BR APP 2+1 / 2+2: Approximate area of 45 sq.m. The apartment consists of a bedroom and a living room/bedroom. The bed in the bedroom is 2 single beds put together and the bed in the living room is a sofa bed. In the living room there is a separate kitchenette - with fridge, stove, extractor fan, toaster, kettle. The apartment is equipped with all the necessary household utensils -pans, pans,bowls, dinner service, coffee service, tea and soft drink cups and cutlery. There is also a dining area. The appartment also has an air conditioning, flat screen TV,mini fridge. Maximum accommodation - 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults.

A baby cot is available free of charge upon prior request.
The hotel and its adjoining facilities are not accessible to people with disabilities. The hotel does not have facilities adapted to accommodate people with disabilities.
Pets are not allowed.
About the house: At guests’ disposal is a reception desk on the first floor, there is an outdoor summer place with a BBQ and a stove – the clients can cook outside. Also there are tables, benches and utensils. For children – there are a slide and a swing.
