Location: Kamenec Hotel is located in the picturesque bay Atliman in the town of Kiten, 60 km south of Burgas. The complex is located on the first line of the northern beach.
Beach: Sandy, in front of the hotel. The sea floor is flat, with smooth access.
Accommodation: The hotel offers its guests 126 rooms, of which 120 rooms and 6 apartments. There are 2 elevators.
DBL 2+1 NO BALCONY: Approximate area of 18 sq.m. Furnished with twin beds, desk, wardrobe, TV.  The rooms have central air conditioning and ventilation, telephone, refrigerator, hairdryer, bathroom, toilet, bath or shower. Maximum occupancy for 2 adults and 1 child or 3 adults.
DBL 2+2 WITH BALCONY PARK: Approximate area of 20 sq.m. These rooms have been renovated. They are furnished with two beds next to each other, have a dryer, telephone, TV, wardrobe, central air conditioning, suitcase, hairdryer, refrigerator, desk, terrace, bathroom, toilet, bath or shower, terrace with park view. Maximum occupancy for 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults.
DBL 2+2 POOL: Approximate area of 20 sq.m. These rooms have been renovated. They are furnished with two beds next to each other, have a dryer, telephone, TV, wardrobe, central air conditioning, suitcase, hairdryer, refrigerator, desk, terrace, bathroom, toilet, bath or shower. The rooms are with side sea view or with pool view. Maximum occupancy for 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults.
DBL 2+2 PARTIAL SEA: Approximate area of 20 sq.m. These rooms have been renovated. They are furnished with two beds next to each other, have a dryer, telephone, TV, wardrobe, central air conditioning, suitcase, hairdryer, refrigerator, desk, terrace, bathroom, toilet, bath or shower. The rooms are with side sea view or with pool view. Maximum occupancy for 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults.
Babies are not included in the maximum room capacity. Up to 1 additional infant above the maximum occupancy is allowed.

Baby cot is provided  with extra charge 6 BGN per day upon prior request.
Pets up to 5 kg are allowed against extra charge of 20 BGN per day.
The hotel has adapted room common areas for people with disabilities.

About the hotel: The hotel has a restaurant with two halls (outside and inside - a total of 300 seats), lobby bar- 50 seats, which is available to our guests 24 hours, pool bar, 2 outdoor pools (1 for adults and 1 for children), gym, safe at reception, parking, Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, billiards, laundry and ironing, car rental, doctor on call, massage.

Breakfast: 08:00 - 10:00 - various fresh fruits and vegetables, cheeses, cornflakes, croissants, pancakes, eggs, cold and hot drinks.
Late breakfast: 10:30 – 12:00
Lunch: 12:30 – 14:30 - a variety of hot and cold dishes, a variety of dairy products, seasonal fruits, a rich variety of dishes from Bulgarian and international cuisine.
Barbeque: 12:00 – 20:00
Snacks: 15:30 - 18:00
Dinner: 18:30 - 21:00 - a variety of hot and cold dishes, a variety of dairy products, seasonal fruits, a rich variety of dishes from Bulgarian and international cuisine.
*For less than 20 clients accommodated for the same period in the hotel, the feed is on a pre-selected menu.

Parking: Free parking upon availability for reservation in period till 21.06 including and for reservation after 08.09.2024.
Parking is paid from 22.06-08.09.2024, 20 BGN per day, unguarded, limited places. On the day of arrival, check-in and use of parking place is after 15:00. The hotel reserves the right to change the parking price at any time.
