Location: Kamenec Hotel is located in the picturesque bay Atliman in the town of Kiten, 60 km south of Burgas. The complex is located on the first line of the northern beach.
Beach: Sandy, in front of the hotel. The sea floor is flat, with smooth access.
Accommodation: The hotel offers its guests 126 rooms, of which 120 rooms and 6 apartments. There are 2 elevators.
DBL 2+1/2+2 NO BALCONY: Approximate area of 18 m2. Furnished with two single beds and 1 sofa bed (suitable for children under 12 years old), desk, wardrobe, TV.  The rooms have central air conditioning and ventilation, telephone, refrigerator, hairdryer, bathroom, toilet, bath or shower. Maximum occupancy for 2 adults and 1 child or 3 adults.
DBL 2+1/2+2 WITH BALCONY: Approximate area of 20 m2. They are furnished with two single beds, possibility for 2 extra beds (extendable armchair, suitable for children up to 12 years), have a dryer, telephone, TV, wardrobe, central air conditioning, suitcase, hairdryer, refrigerator, desk, terrace, bathroom, toilet, bath or shower, terrace with park view. Maximum occupancy for 2 adults and 2 children.

The rooms are with side sea view or with pool view. Maximum occupancy for 2 adults and 2 children.
DBL 2+1/2+2 PARTIAL SEA Approximate area of 20 m2. They are furnished with two single beds, possibility for 2 extra beds (extendable armchair, suitable for children up to 12 years, have a dryer, telephone, TV, wardrobe, central air conditioning, suitcase, hairdryer, refrigerator, desk, terrace, bathroom, toilet, bath or shower. The rooms are with side sea view or with pool view. Maximum occupancy for 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults.
* It is not allowed to accommodate a baby over the maximum occupancy of the room.

Baby cot is provided with extra charge 10 BGN per day, upon prior request.
Pets up to 5 kg are allowed for an additional fee of BGN 40 per day /payment at reception upon check-in/. Pets are not allowed in the restaurant, lobby bar and around the pool.
The hotel has adapted room common areas for people with disabilities.

About the hotel: The hotel has a restaurant with two halls (outside and inside - a total of 300 seats), lobby bar- 50 seats, which is available to our guests 24 hours, pool bar, 2 outdoor pools (1 for adults and 1 for children), gym, safe at reception, parking, Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, billiards, laundry and ironing, car rental, doctor on call, massage.
Sport and Spa: Pool for adults size 25/10, 1.70cm depth , fitness. Children's pool and playground with toys.

Check-in: after 14:00 h.
Check-out: till 11:00 h.
* All Inclusive plus starts with lunch at the day of the arrival and ends with breakfast at the day of departure.
** On the day of departure, the stay in the rooms after 11:00 is charged.

Food and drinks in the main restaurant:
Breakfast /08:00 - 10:00/ - a variety of hot and cold dishes, egg specialties, a variety of dairy products, sausages and cheeses, pastries, cereals, fruits and vegetables , cold and hot drinks.
Late breakfast: 10:30 - 12:00 h.
Lunch /12:30 - 14:30/ - a selection of fresh salads and soups, richly varied from Bulgarian and international dishes, vegetarian and meat dishes, pasta, a selection of bakery products, sweet buffet with a variety of desserts, а selection of imported and Bulgarian alcoholic beverages, non-alcoholic beverages, hot drinks from the machine.
Barbeque: 12:00 - 20:00 h.
Snacks /15:30 - 18:00/ - sandwiches, pizza, fruits, biscuits.
Dinner /18:30 - 21:00/ - a selection of fresh salads and soups, richly varied from Bulgarian and international dishes, vegetarian and meat dishes, pasta, a selection of bakery products, sweet buffet with a variety of desserts, а selection of imported and Bulgarian alcoholic beverages, non-alcoholic beverages, hot drinks from the machine.
* For less than 20 guests accommodated for the same period in the hotel, the meal is based on a pre-selected menu.
** Taking food and beverages outside the dining area is subject to a charge.

Drinks on the pool bar /10:00 - 22:00/ - A selection of imported and Bulgarian alcoholic beverages, non-alcoholic beverages, hot drinks from the machine.
* After 22:00 all drinks are paid.
