Location: Princess Residence Hotel is located directly on the sand dunes in the picturesque bay with the legendary name Atliman (translated from Turkish: at - con, liman - bay), just a few meters from the beach.
Beach: Sandy, a few meters from the hotel. The sea floor is flat, with smooth access. The sand strip is wide. There are no holes in the water and the water is shallow. Since it is a bay located in another bay (the bay of Primorsko), the excitement is weaker than other places along the Black Sea, and because of the shallow and calm water, it is also called the children's beach. The beach is one of the most visited by Bulgarian tourists. 3 years ago, the Ministry of Tourism announced this beach as the best maintained beach on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast.
Accommodation: The hotel has 131 double rooms, 12 studios and 4 two-bedroom apartments, each with individual architectural design. All studios and apartments are stylishly furnished and have intriguing balconies with balustrades, which emphasizes the individual character of the façade and the exterior as a whole. There are 3 elevators.

DOUBLE ROOM 2+1: Approximate area of 32 sq.m. The rooms have a TV set, cable TV, air conditioning, safe, internet and mini bar, balcony with park view. Maximum occupancy 2 adults with 1 child or 3 adults.
DOUBLE ROOM 2+1 SEA: Approximate area of 32 sq.m. There are TV, cable TV, air conditioning, safe, internet, mini bar and balcony with sea view. Maximum occupancy 2 adults with 1 child or 3 adults.
STUDIO 4+0: Approximate area of 67 sq.m. They have a large double bed and two extra beds, which are also suitable for adults. All studios have a large balcony. Maximum occupancy 2 adults and 2 children or 4 adults.
APARTMENT 4+2: Approximate area of 100 sq.m. The apartment consists of two separate bedrooms, living room and two separate bathrooms. Maximum occupancy 5 adults and 1 child.

Baby cot is provided free of charge upon prior request.
The hotel offers accommodation for disabled guests. There is also a specially adapted room.
No pets are allowed.
