Location: The 3* complex is built in 2010, located near Byala town /1 km./. The area is quiet and peaceful, on a plateau over a cliff on a beautiful cape, called „Saint Atanas”, also within the borders of an archaeological complex, where remains of an antique settlement and winery of more than 2000 years were found. At 200 metres from the complex is located an open-air museum with a tourist information centre. A new promenade in front of the complex is leading to the archaeological site. From Byala there are daily bus lines to Varna City, Bourgas, Sunny Beach Resort (35 km.).
Beach: The distance to the secluded, nearby beach and yacht quay is about 300 meters. The sea floor is flat, with smooth access.
Accommodation: The complex comprises a residential building with double rooms and apartments, and semi- detached villas on a separate plot of land.

DBL 2+1: Double rooms consist of with double bed and single or double convertible sofa. Each room has a balcony, an individual air-condition, bathroom/ WC, shower and a hairdryer, a mini fridge, TV - television and a satellite TV. Rooms available with park view. Maximum occupancy of 2 adults and 1 child.
DBL 2+1 / 2+2 SEA: All rooms have a sea-view balcony, individual air conditioning, bathroom with shower, mini fridge, TV with satellite TV. The double room with double bed and single or double convertible sofa for extra bed. Maximum occupancy of 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.
1-BR APP 2+2: All apartments are with partial Park view and have a balcony, individual air conditioning, bathroom / toilet with shower, mini fridge, TV with satellite TV. The apartments consists of a bedroom with double bed, a second bedroom is with two regular beds and double convertible sofa. The premises are without dividing door. Maximum occupancy for 3 adults and 1 child or 4 adults.
APP 2+2 SEA: The apartments are with sea view and have a balcony, individual air conditioning, bathroom / toilet with shower, mini fridge, TV with satellite TV. The apartments consists of a bedroom with double bed, a second bedroom is with two regular beds and double convertible sofa. The premises are without dividing door. Maximum occupancy for 3 adults and 1 child or 4 adults.
VILLA 6+1: The rooms in the villas have the same furniture as those in the main building. The rooms in the villas have bigger balconies. Rooms available with park and sea. The villas are on three or two floors, on the first floor there is a large double room (about 35 sqm) in both types, living room and beds, on the second floor in the two-storey villas there is an apartment with three rooms but with two bathrooms, and in the three-storey there are two rooms with one bathroom and on the third floor in the three-storey there is a double room with bathroom. All rooms have a large balcony, individual air conditioning, satellite TV. Maximum occupancy is 7 adults.

Baby cot is provided free of charge upon prior request.
Pets are not allowed.
There are no suitable facilities for accommodating people with disabilities.
About the hotel: Main restaurant, sky panoramic bar-terrace with beautiful sea view, two outdoor swimming pools /1 in front of the main building with children’s section and 1 in front of the villas/; lobby bar, pool-bar; kids’ playground.  There is a free of charge car park.
Sports and entertainment: Table tennis, chess, darts, water volleyball at the pool, mini-football, volleyball and basketball at the playground, aerobics, water gymnastics, daytime sport animation and games. There is an evening animation programme 6 days a week. Free Wi-Fi access in lobby area.

Food & beverage: In the main panoramic restaurant with show cooking or in a-la-carte restaurant:
Breakfast 8:00 - 10:00 h
Lunch 12:00 – 13:30 h
Dinner 18:30 - 21:00 h
Drinks during lunch and dinner include: domestic soft drinks, domestic beer and domestic wine.
Pool bar 15:00 – 16:00 h  - Coffee, tea and small sweets, pizza and spaghetti.
Variety of locally produced alcoholic drinks (Bulgarian beer, wine, whiskey, vodka, gin, brandy hot and soft drinks are offered free at the lobby bar and pool bar (10.00 – 18:00), at the sky bar: (20:00 - 23:00).
* During lunch and dinner in the main restaurant and a la carte restaurant are served soft drinks, beer and wine.
* All drinks are produced in Bulgaria. Imported alcoholic drinks are available against payment.
* After 22:00 p.m. all drinks are offered at the lobby bar against payment.

* All Inclusive formula starts with light snack on the arrival day and finishes with a lunch on the departure day:
