Location: Located 27 km. from Varna International Airport and 15 km. from Varna - one of the largest Bulgarian cities and a major cultural, commercial, and transport center. The hotel is located in the Chaika/Kabakum area, about 2 km. south of the central part of Golden Sands resort. The location of the hotel predisposes to a peaceful and quiet stay and offers an exceptional atmosphere for a first-class family vacation or corporate event. Situated in a picturesque park, 5 minutes walk from the beach, this is a wonderful place for those who want to combine a relaxing holiday by the sea or by the pool with the many exciting attractions offered by the complex and the resort.

Accommodation: The hotel was built in 1970, and was completely renovated in 2021. It is a 3-storey building consisting of 3 single rooms, 72 double rooms, 13 studios and 15 apartments. The hotel offers its guests free Wi-Fi on-site and accommodation in rooms equipped with Smart TVs. The hotel does not have a lift.
