Location: Hotel Gradina is a hotel complex situated about 200 meters from the sea and about 900 meters from the center of the resort.
Beach: Sandy, about 200 meters away from the hotel, 5 minutes walk. The sea floor is flat, with smooth access.
Accommodation: The hotel has 80 double rooms, 53 family rooms and 7 apartments. The hotel has 9 floors. The elevator starts from 4-th floor up. The reception is on 1-st floor. From 1-st to 4-th floor the move up is via the stairs only.
The hotel was partially renovated in 2022.
DBL 2+0: Approximate area 18 sq.m. There are 2 regular beds or 1 double bed. There is air conditioning, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, mini bar (it is empty and guests can use it), telephone, bathroom with shower, balcony. Maximum occupancy of 2 adults and baby
up to 1.99 years.
FAM 2+1: Approximate area 30 sq.m. Consists of one room with 2 regular beds (or 1 double bed), 1 sofa and 1 extendible arm-chair. If needed the hotel can supply one camp bed. There is air conditioning, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, mini bar (it is empty
and guests can use it), telephone, bathroom with shower, balcony. Maximum occupancy for 4 adults + baby.
APP 2+3: Approximate area 45 sq.m. Two - rooms separated by a transitional door: a living room with a kitchenette and a bedroom with a double bed + an additional bed such as a sofa bed or an armchair. There are air conditioning, satellite TV, Wi-Fi,
refrigerator (empty and can be used from guests), telephone, bathroom with shower cabin, balcony. Maximum occupancy for 5 adults and 1 child + baby.
