Location: Villas Iglika are situated in the heart of Borovets resort, 100 meters away from the first station of the ski lift. The villas are located right next to Hotel Iglika Palace, and between the two objects there is no warm connection.
Accommodation: At guests’ disposal there are two-bedroom villas, consisting of two separate bedrooms with one double or two single beds in each, a living room with an extendable couch and a kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower and a toilet. There is neither  a verandah, nor a terrace.

VILLA 4+1/4+2: Approximately 30 square meters. The maximum occupancy is 4 adults with 2 children or 5 adults.

Baby cot is free of charge and is available upon prior request.
The villas and their adjoining infrastructure are accessible for people in wheelchairs. There is no villa, adjusted for accommodating of disabled people.
Accommodation with pets is allowed against extra payment of 10 BGN for small dogs /up to 5 kg/ and 20 BGN per day for big dogs.
About the hotel: a restaurant with a capacity of 150 places, which offers dishes from both the Bulgarian and the European cuisine, a Lobby bar with a capacity of 25 places and a Cocktail bar with a capacity of 50 places. Furthermore, guests can use a safe deposit box at the reception desk, a change bureau, a modernly furnished ski wardrobe, wireless internet access in the area of the Lobby bar and an outdoor unguarded parking. For corporate events there is a conference room with a capacity of 90 places.

Sports and SPA: SPA offers are an indoor heated swimming pool and a thermo zone, which includes a Finnish sauna, an herb sauna, a steam bath, a Turkish bath and a massage cabinet.
