Location: The hotel is located 100 meters from the Kabakum beach and 3-4 km away from Golden Sands Resort.
Accommodation: Two 6-storey buildings. There is lift in each building. The rooms at the hotel can vary in size and design. So, accommodation in one exact or any other unit can not be guaranteed.

STUDIO 2+0: Located in the annex body. Approximate area 22 - 28 square meters. The total number of studios is 9. Five of them have a large balcony with a table and chairs, while the remaining 4 have a balcony of 1 sq. m. without furniture. The view from the studios is determined by the floors - 1st and 2nd floor with park view, and 3rd, 4th and 5th floor have side sea view. The studios are equipped with a kitchenette with ceramic hob, microwave, refrigerator, electric kettle, utensils and dining table with chairs, safe. The bathroom has a shower, individual boiler, hairdryer. There is also a TV and individual air-conditioning. Maximum occupancy is 2 adults.
APP 2+0/2+1 SIDE SEA/2+1 SEA: Approximate area of 30-60 sq. m. The apartments park and side sea are located in the annex building, and app sea are located in the main building. There is one apartment located on the ground floor, at the pool level, but on the other hand it is more richly furnished than the other apartments /washing machine, dishwasher, oven, shower cabin, bathtub/.
The apartments consist of a bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed. There is a dividing door, individual air-conditioning in each room. The apartments are equipped with a kitchenette with ceramic hob, microwave, refrigerator, electric kettle, utensils and dining table with chairs, safe, balcony. The bathroom has a shower, individual boiler, hairdryer. There is also a TV and individual air conditioning. Maximum occupancy is 3 adults or 2 adults + 1 children.
APARMENT 4+1/4+2 SEA: Located in the main building. Approximate area 75-105 sq.m. There are two apartments located on the ground floor, at the pool level, but on the other hand, they have a richer furnishing than the other apartments /washing machine, dishwasher, shower cabin, bathtub/. The two-bedroom apartments consist of 2 bedrooms and a living room with a sofa bed. They are equipped with a kitchenette with ceramic hob, microwave, refrigerator, electric kettle, utensils and dining table with chairs, safe, balcony. The bathroom has a shower, individual boiler, hairdryer. There is also a TV and individual air-conditioning. Maximum occupancy is 4 adults + 2 children or 5 adults.
