Accommodation: Complex Kamelia consists of one 11-storey building, has 3 elevators and offers accommodation in a total of 115 modernly projected and furnished one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, each of which with living room with kitchenette, extendable couch and dining area, TV, internet access, telephone, fireplace (against extra payment) and bathroom with shower cabin and toilet. All apartments are with terraces.

1-BR APP 2+1/2+2: Approximately 60 square meters. The one-bedroom apartments consist of bedroom with wardrobe, nightstands, night lamps and dressing table, living room with kitchenette (fridge, microwave oven, stove, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle), extendable couch and dining area, bathroom with luxurious shower cabin and terrace and have TV, internet access, telephone and fireplace. Maximum accommodation of 2 adults with 2 children or 3 adults.
2-BR APP 4+1/4+2: Approximately 90 square meters. The two-bedroom apartments consist of two bedrooms, living room with kitchenette (fridge, microwave oven, stove, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle), extendable couch and dining area, bathroom with luxurious shower cabin and terrace and have TV, internet access, telephone and fireplace. Maximum accommodation of 4 adults with 2 children or 5 adults.
3-BR APP 6+1/6+2: Approximately 130 square meters. The three-bedroom apartments consist of three bedrooms, living room with kitchenette (fridge, microwave oven, stove, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle), extendable couch and dining area, two bathrooms with luxurious shower cabin and terrace and have TV, internet access, telephone and fireplace. Maximum accommodation of 6 adults with 2 children or 7 adults.

Baby cot is available free of charge, upon prior request.
The complex and its adjoining infrastructure are accessible for people in wheelchairs. The complex has 2 apartments, adjusted for accommodating people with mobility difficulties.
Accommodation with pets is not allowed.
