Accommodation: The complex is built in 2001 and is fully renovated in 2016. In 2023 facades of standard buildings are renovated. It consists of 4 buildings. The hotel has 633 premises, located in Main and Premium buildings - 461 double rooms (standard,
with pool or sea view), 15 apartments (with sea or pool view), 40 family suits (with park view), 20 single rooms and 91 double family rooms. Main Buildings are 3 to 4 store high (incl. ground floor) with no lift. Premium building is 6 store high (incl. ground
floor ) and have 5 lifts.
DBL 2+1: Approximate area of 26 m2. It has double or twin beds. The extra bed is extendable bed/sofa-bed, individual air conditioning, furnished balcony or terrace, mini fridge, flat screen TV, WC, shower and hairdryer. Those rooms are available in the
main buildings with no lift. The maximum occupancy is 2 adults and 1 child or 3 adults.
DBL 2+1 POOL: Approximate area of 26 m2. It has double or twin beds and an extendable sofa-bed. All the rooms have: individual air conditioning, furnished balcony or terrace, mini fridge, flat screen TV, WC, shower and hairdryer. The pool view double
rooms are in block A and C, with no lift. The maximum occupancy is 2 adults and 1 child or 3 adults.
FAMILY SUITE 2+2: Approximate area 39 m2. It consists of two bedrooms, a connecting door and one or two bathrooms (WC and shower). The main bedroom is with double bed, individual air conditioning, flat TV. The living room is with two single beds, air
conditioning, mini fridge and flat TV. There is furnished balcony or terrace and are with garden view. The family suites are located in 3 storey building with no lift, available only with garden view. The maximum occupancy is 2 adults and 2 children (up to
17.99 years old).
DBL 2+2 FAMILY: Approximate area of 28 m2. Double Family room comprises of one large room with decorative wall between the double bed and the children bunk bed, available in the main building with no lift. All double family rooms have individual air
conditioning, furnished balcony or terrace, mini fridge, flat screen TV, WC, shower and hairdryer. The maximum occupancy is 2 adults and 2 children (up to 17.99 years old).
DBL 2+1 PREMIUM: Approximate area of 24 m2. It has double or twin beds and an extendable sofa-bed, all the rooms in premium building have central air conditioning, coffee and tea facilities, furnished balcony, mini fridge, flat screen TV, WC, shower
or bath tub and hairdryer. Premium double rooms are located in block D (Premium building, with lift) with city view. The maximum occupancy is 2 adults and one child up to 11.99 y.o.

either with sea view or with pool view (depends of the availability at the day of arrival ). They have central air conditioning, coffee and tea facilities, furnished balcony, mini fridge, flat screen TV. Apartments are located in block D (Premium building,
with lift). The maximum occupancy is 3 adults and 2 children till 11.99 years old or 4 adults.

Sport and entertainment: DIT Evrika Beach Club has a multifunctional sports field, including two synthetic grass tennis courts and mini football field. There are two playgrounds for the boccia next to the playground of the hotel. For the active sports
