Accommodation: Estreya Residence is a five-storey building, served by 1 elevator and provides cozy accommodation in 60 double rooms and 15 one-bedroom apartments.

DBL 2 + 1: Approximate area of 30 sq. m. Two single beds or 1 double bed + 1 extendible armchair. The double rooms offer the following amenities: shower cabin and/or bathtub, hairdryer, balcony, central air conditioning, telephone, cable TV, safe deposit box, mini fridge. Maximum occupancy of 3 adults.
APP 2 + 2: Approximate area 50 sq. m. There is a door between living room and bedroom. The extra bed is double extendible sofa. Shower cabin and/or bathtub, hairdryer, balcony, central air conditioning, telephone, cable TV, safe, mini fridge. Maximum occupancy for 4 adults.

Baby cot is provided free of charge upon request.

About the hotel: The hotel has an air-conditioned main restaurant with two halls with a capacity of 300
seats and 170 seats on two open terraces, lobby bar, pool bar, Vinopolis winery with 2 halls per 100 pax capacity, wine shop. Multifunctional hall Dobrudja with 200 seats, is suitable for weddings or other events, and Estreya Hall with a capacity of 150 seats, Flora Hall is suitable for cocktails and team buildings, with a capacity of 100 seats.
Sports and Spa: There are an indoor pool with mineral water, two outdoor pools with mineral water.
The Medi-SPA center offers a variety of massages, mud treatments and beauty treatments. The spa
capsule offers the following procedures: steam, infrared, vibratory massage, aromatherapy and herbal
therapy and many other treatments. There is a sauna and jacuzzi.
In the building of Estreya Residence is situated the new ward of the Clinic of Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine to the Hospital "St. Marina "- Varna.
