DBL 2+2 DELUXE SEA: Approximate area 40 m2. This room type is the newest and fully renovated for the 2024 season with a terrace overlooking the beach in front of the hotel. The rooms have a king size bed and an extendable armchair or an extendable sofa. These rooms have a 20 m2 terrace equipped with umbrella and sun bed and with a ladder to the beach. There is a 55`` LCD digital TV, central air conditioning, WiFi, telephone, mini bar, emergency system, bathroom with bathtub, toiletries and hairdryer.

Maximum accommodation 3 adults and 1 child.
DBI 4+1/2+3: Approximate area of 50 m2. These are the newest type of rooms in the hotel for the 2025 season. Located on the 6th floor with park view , but no terrace. They consist of one bedroom with a king size bed with a high quality mattress and with a transitional glass door that separates the second bedroom with a double extendable sofa. There is a 55`` LCD TV with digital TV, central air conditioning, WiFi, telephone, mini bar, emergency system, bathroom with bath, toiletries and hairdryer.
Maximum accommodation 4 adults and 1 child.

A baby cot is provided free of charge.
Pets are not allowed.
The hotel is not suitable for people with disabilities.
About the hotel: The main restaurant "Sirius" with is a capacity of 180 seats indoors and 180 seats on the terraces with a wonderful sea view. Sky restaurant "Babylon" is with a capacity of 150 seats, located on the 9th floor above the sea with 360 degrees panoramic view.
Sports and SPA: Guests can enjoy an outdoor jacuzzi with BIO mineral thermal water - 6-seats on the beach; indoor mineral thermal pool with jacuzzi and waterfalls, contrast showers and relaxation area, 2 outdoor BIO THERMAL mineral pools on the beach with natural warm water without any chemical treatment with sun beds and umbrellas at the spa, sauna and aroma sauna, steam bath and Turkish bath, salt room , contrast shower and infrared sauna. A natural mineral spring 30 m from the hotel with BIO thermal water, which feeds all the pools of the SPA Sirius - without additional water treatment, thus preserving the exceptional healing qualities of the water the same as in Pavel Banya. The pools are fed from the thermal source on a flow principle, thus the water is constantly warm 38 degrees. There is also a seasonal large outdoor pool with a children's section and a Jacuzzi.

Breakfast /08:00 - 10:00/ - on buffet - offers a wariety of sausages, cheeses, eggs, pastries, croissants, cereals, seasonal fruits and vegetables, hot drinks from a coffee machine, water from a dispenser; juices from a machine.
Lunch /12:30-14:30/ - on buffet - international cuisine, including a wide range of fresh salads, appetizers, soups, main dishes, fruits and desserts and vegetarian menu.
Dinner /6:30-8:30/ - on buffet - includes international cuisine with a wide assortment of fresh salads, hot appetizers, vegetarian dishes, chicken and pork entrees, grilled meats, fish, side dishes, sauces, breads, fruits and desserts.
*For less than 35 people in the hotel meals are individually served per portion with all meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) reserved.

- From 01.10.2024 to 30.04.2025 the parking lot at the Sirius Hotel will be at the price of BGN 10,00 per day.
- From 01.05.2025 to 30.09.2025 the parking at the Sirius Hotel will be at the price of BGN 15,00 per day.
The hotel reserves the right to change the parking price at any time.
