Location: Santa Marina is located on the first line above the sea, about 1.5 km from the center of Sozopol. The famous Royal Beach and Golden Fish Beach are located just below the village, and the pine forests surrounding Santa Marina make it an even more cozy and relaxing place.
Beach: Sandy, 50 meters away from the hotel, sloping access to the sea
Accommodation: The holiday village consists of 80 three- and -four-storey villas with various apartments and studios, located in a botanical garden with rare and protected species. The villas are located amphitheatrically along the bay and provide unforgettable sea views from most of the apartments. The complex is built in the distinctive architectural style of the Bulgarian Revival of the XIX century. The hotel's last renovation was in 2018.

The apartment consists of a living room with a sofa bed, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchenette, 2 separate bedrooms separated by a door, with double and/or single beds, a bathroom with toilet and a balcony with garden view. The living room and one of the bedrooms are air-conditioned. There is also a microwave, toaster, kettle, TV, telephone, free individual LAN/Wi-Fi, satellite channels, individual air conditioning, sofa, mini fridge, wardrobe, balcony, bathroom with shower, WC and free toiletries. Maximum accommodation 5 adults.
2-BR APP 4+1 SEA: Approximate area from 50-65 m2. The apartment consists of a living room with a sofa bed, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchenette, 2 separate bedrooms separated by a door, with double and/or single beds, a bathroom and a balcony with sea view. The living room and one of the bedrooms are air-conditioned. There is also a microwave, toaster, electric kettle, TV, telephone, free individual LAN/Wi-Fi, satellite channels, individual air conditioning, mini fridge, wardrobe, bathroom with shower, WC and free toiletries. Maximum accommodation 5 adults.

Pets are allowed with prior confirmation by the hotel and additional charge – 25 BGN per day, their access is prohibited in the areas around the swimming pools, at the reception and at the food and entertainment establishments.
There are no suitable conditions for the accommodation of people with disabilities.

Also available are reception, conference room, two mini markets, high speed internet in apartments and restaurants, excursions,  rent a car, medical center, home goods store, drugstore, reception desk, golf inland trolleys and electric in elbows moving along the route in the complex, a bridge with an elevator leading to one of the two beaches of the complex, named Golden Fish Beach.
