Location: Villa List is situated on the central beach of Sozopol, 20 meters from the beach, with unique panoramic view to the bay of the Old Town and the sea.
Beach: Sandy, 20 meters away from the hotel. The sea floor is flat, with smooth access. It is shallow at first and perfect for the little ones.
Accommodation: The five-storey Hotel Villa List has 100 double rooms, 10 apartments and 47 superior rooms. Depending on your preference, guests have the option to choose between rooms with views of the city or the sea. There are 5 elevators for the easy movement of the guests within the hotel.

SGL: Approximate area of 15-18 m2. The single room is cozy and suitable for guests traveling alone. It features one large single bed, a work desk, a wardrobe, a Smart TV with cable channels, a bathroom with a shower, air conditioning, and a balcony. Maximum occupancy of 1 adult.
DBL 2+1 ECONOMY: Approximate area of 18-20 m2. They are located on the ground floor, minibar (paid), with a worse view than standard rooms and no balcony. They have a double bed or two single beds, TV, telephone, armchair/sofa, and central air conditioning, bathroom with hairdryer. Maximum occupancy of 2 adults and 1 child.
DBL 2+1: Approximate area of 18-20 m2. They have a double bed or two single beds, TV, telephone, armchair/sofa, and central air conditioning, minibar (paid), small balcony with city views, terracotta floor and bathroom with hairdryer. Maximum occupancy of 2 adults and 1 child.
DBL 2+1 SEA: Approximate area of 18-20 m2. They have a double bed or two single beds, TV, telephone, armchair/sofa, minibar (paid), central air conditioning, small balcony with sea view, terracotta floor and bathroom with hairdryer. Maximum occupancy 2 adults and 1 child.
DBL 2+1 SUPERIOR / DBL 2+2 SUPERIOR: Approximate area of 30 m2. They are located in the new luxury wing of the hotel. They have two single beds (no double bed), TV, telephone, armchair/sofa, minibar (paid), central air conditioning, small balcony with city views, terracotta floor and bathroom with hairdryer. Maximum occupancy of 3 adults and 1 child.
DBL 2+1 SUPERIOR SEA / DBL 2+2 SUPERIOR SEA: Approximate area of 30 m2. They are located in the new luxury wing of the hotel. They have two single beds (no double bed), TV, telephone, minibar (paid), armchair/sofa, central air conditioning, small balcony with sea view, terracotta floor and bathroom with hairdryer. Maximum occupancy of 3 adults and 1 child.
1-BR APP 2+1: Approximate area of 33 m2. This apartment has a double bed or two single beds, a  balcony, a telephone, armchair/sofa, central air conditioning, minibar (paid),  a seating area and a bathroom with a hairdryer. Only some of the apartments have a separate bedroom and living room with a door. Maximum occupancy of 2 adults and 1 child or 3 adults.
1-BR APP 2+1 SEA: Approximate area of 33 m2. This apartment has a double bed or two single beds, a balcony with sea view, a telephone, minibar (paid), central air conditioning, armchair/sofa, a seating area and a bathroom with a hairdryer. Only some of the apartments have a separate bedroom and living room with a door. Maximum occupancy of 2 adults and 1 child or 3 adults.
* It is possible to accommodate a baby over the maximum capacity of the room, but it is necessary to specify this in advance in the reservation, as some rooms do not have space for a baby cot.

Baby cot is provided free of charge, upon prior request.
There are several rooms that are suitable for accommodation with a pet. Up to 10 kg are allowed for an additional fee of 25 BGN/12,78 EUR per day and on request.
The hotel does not have suitable facilities for people with disabilities.
About the hotel: Stylish lobby with reception, a lobby bar with its terrace overlooking the romantic bay of the Old Town, a sun terrace to an outdoor swimming pool, lawn for loungers right next to the beach. The hotel restaurant offers culinary delicacies from the Bulgarian and European cuisine. For breakfast and dinner you can enjoy the richly arranged buffet. The newly built Apolonia Pontica multifunctional hall allows for the organization of various events - conferences, seminars, team building and celebrations.
Sports and Spa: The hotel has an outdoor and indoor pool. The outdoor pool has a separate section for children, which is of a suitable depth and at a safe distance from the main pool.

Check-in: after 14:00 h.
Check-out: till 12:00 h.
* All inclusive starts with lunch at the day of the arrival and ends with breakfast on the day of departure.

Breakfast on buffet – main restaurant /07:30 - 10:00/ - a variety of hot and cold dishes, egg specialties, a variety of dairy products, sausages and cheeses, pastries, cereals, fruits and vegetables , cold and hot drinks.
Late breakfast on buffet – main restaurant /10:30 - 11:30/ - continental breakfast.
Lunch on buffet – main restaurant /12:30 - 15:00/ - a selection of fresh salads and soups, richly varied from Bulgarian and international dishes, vegetarian and meat dishes, pasta, a selection of bakery products, sweet buffet with a variety of desserts.
Lunch on buffet – main restaurant /12:00 - 15:00/ - pizzas, sandwiches, salads.
Afternoon breakfast – main restaurant /15:00-17:00/ - sandwiches, sweets, ice cream.
Dinner on buffet – main restaurant /18:30 - 21:30/ - a selection of fresh salads and soups, richly varied from Bulgarian and international dishes, vegetarian and meat dishes, pasta, a selection of bakery products, sweet buffet with a variety of desserts.

Drinks:
Мain restaurant /07:30 - 22:00/ - local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks at the hotel restaurants.

Parking: Public parking is possible at a location nearby, 400 meters away from the hotel (reservation is not possible) and against payment: 15 BGN/7,67 EUR per day. You will receive your access card at the reception (a deposit of 50 BGN/25,56 EUR is required). The hotel reserves the right to change the price of the parking at any time.
