Location: Hotel Neva is located in Kiten, 100 meters away is one of the most famous beaches in Kiten - Atliman. The place has excellent conditions for rest. The hotel is located 60 km from Sarafovo Airport and 500 m from the center of Kiten.

Accommodation: The hotel consists of three hulls with double and triple rooms. It has 40 rooms with a balcony with park view, where the complex is located. There is no elevator.


DBL 2+1: Approximate area about 16 sq.m. The rooms are equipped with three regular beds, air conditioning, TV, refrigerator and private bathroom. Maximum occupancy 2 adults and 1 child or 3 adults.

DBL 2+1 DELUXE: Approximate area about 16 sq.m. The rooms are equipped with three regular beds, air conditioning, TV, refrigerator, private bathroom, hair dryer. Maximum occupancy 2 adults and 1 child or 3 adults.

STUDIO 3+1: Approximate area about 20 sq. m. The rooms are equipped with four regular beds, air conditioning, TV, refrigerator and private bathroom. Minimum occupancy 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. Maximum occupancy 4 adults.

TRP 3+1: Approximate area about 20 sq. m. The rooms are equipped with tree regular beds, air conditioning, TV, refrigerator and private bathroom. Maximum occupancy 4 adults.

MAISONETTE 4+1/3+3: The premises are on two levels, on the first floor there is a living room, on the second floor there are two bedrooms, one of the bedrooms has three regular beds and the other has two regular beds. Maximum occupancy of 6 adults.

Baby cot is provided free of charge upon prior request.
Pets are allowed. Fees may apply.

There are no suitable facilities for accommodating disabled people.
