Location: Hotel Neva is located in Kiten, 100 meters away is one of the most famous beaches in Kiten - Atliman. The place has excellent conditions for rest. The hotel is located 60 km from Sarafovo Airport and 500 m from the center of Kiten.
Beach: Public, sandy, 250 meters away from the hotel. The seafloor is flat.
Accommodation: The hotel consists of three buildings and offers accommodation in double, triple, and quadruple rooms, as well as maisonettes with a capacity of up to 5 people. There are 38 renovated rooms and 25 standard rooms available, all featuring a balcony and a private bathroom with shower, and equipped with air conditioning, TV, and refrigerator. Most of the rooms offer park views, as the complex is situated within a park. The rooms have 3 standard beds. Please note: Тhe hotel does not have an elevator!

DBL 2+1: Approximate area about 16 m2. The rooms are equipped with three regular beds, air conditioning, TV, mini fridge and private bathroom. Maximum occupancy 2 adults and 1 child or 3 adults.
DBL 2+1 DELUXE: Approximate area about 16 m2. These rooms are renovated. They are equipped with three regular beds, air conditioning, TV, mini fridge, private bathroom, hair dryer. Maximum occupancy 2 adults and 1 child or 3 adults.
STUDIO 3+1: Approximate area about 20 m2. The rooms are equipped with four regular beds, air conditioning, TV, mini fridge and private bathroom. Minimum occupancy: 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 child. Maximum occupancy: 2 adults and 2 children, or 3 adults and 1 child.
MAISONETTE 4+1:  Approximate area about 45 m2. All maisonettes are spread over two levels, with a living room on the first level and two bedrooms on the second level (one bedroom with three standard beds and the other with two standard beds). They are equipped with air conditioning, TV, mini fridge, a bathroom with shower, and a balcony. Maximum occupancy: 4 adults and 1 child, or 5 adults.
* It is allowed to accommodate one baby over the maximum occupancy of the room.

Baby cot is provided free of charge, upon prior request.
Pets with built-up habits and small are allowed for a fee of 10 euro/19.56 BGN per day with prior confirmation from the hotel.
The Hotel doesn’t have adapted rooms for people with disabilities.
