Location: The four-star Hotel Perla Sun Beach is situated at the Southern beach in Primorsko, in a close proximity to the Devil river, as well as to the Royal Oak forest, 300 meters away from the centre and 200 meters away from the sports hall and from Aqua Park Aqua Planet Primorsko.
Beach: Sandy, 20 meters away. The sea floor is flat, with smooth access.
Accommodation: Hotel Perla Sun Beach offers accommodation in double rooms and in apartments and disposes of an elevator.

DBL 2+1: Approximately 20 sq.m. The double rooms dispose of one big double bed, an extendable couch, a TV with cable channels, a telephone, a mini bar, a bathroom with a bathtub or a shower, a toilet and a hair dryer and a terrace with city or pool view. Accommodation in a room with a sea view is possible for an additional fee at the reception. The maximum occupancy is 2 adults and 1 child.
1-BR APP 2+2: Approximately 30 sq. m. The apartments consist of two separate rooms, connected with a door and dispose of two single beds, one big double bed, a TV with cable channels, a telephone, a mini bar, a bathroom with a bathtub or a shower, a toilet and a hair dryer and a terrace with city or pool view. Accommodation in a suite with a sea view is possible for an additional fee at the reception. The maximum occupancy is 2 adults and 2 children or 4 adults.

Baby cot is available against payment of 10 BGN per day and upon prior request.
Accommodation with pets is allowed till 8 kg and extra charge 50 leva per day per room.
The hotel does not have adapted rooms for people with disabilities.
