Location: Villas Ropotamo are located 250 meters from the sea and within walking distance of the center of the holiday village, overlooking an indoor, natural park suitable for nature walks. The distance to Burgas Airport is 60 km and to Primorsko - 2 km.
Beach: Sandy, 250 meters away from the complex. The seafloor is smooth and perfectly suitable for children. The beach is guarded by a water rescue service from 08:00 to 18:00 h.
Accommodation: There are 51 villas Ropotamo**, 3 apartments Ropotamo***, 20 maisonettes Ropotamo*** and 3 villas Lotus***. Comfortably furnished, within walking distance from the beach, but also among the centuries-old oak forests of Strandzha Mountain, they are more than an attractive opportunity to give yourself an unforgettable summer experience.

BUNGALOW 2+2 ROPOTAMO: Approximate area of 25 m2. Double bed, single bed and pullout armchair. One-roomed and air-conditioned, comfortable furniture, fitted kitchenette with electric kettle, refrigerator, hot plates, aspiration, cookware and kitchen sink. All rooms have a bathroom and toilet, LED TV with cable TW, free Wi-Fi and telephone. Large veranda with panoramic views of ancient trees, equipped with light furniture. Maximum occupancy of 3 adults and 1 child or 2 adults and 2 children.
2-BR APP 4+2 ROPOTAMO: Approximate area 50 m2. Comfortable and air-conditioned, each apartment consists of two separate bedrooms + single bed, a living room with a sofa bed and a shared kitchen dining area, equipped with an electric kettle, a fridge, hot plates, aspiration, cookware and a kitchen sink. Each bedroom has a private bathroom and toilet, LED TV with cable TV, free Wi-Fi and telephone, large veranda with furniture. Maximum occupancy is 4 adults and 2 children or 5 adults and 1 child.
MAISONETTE 3+3 ROPOTAMO: Approximate area of 40 m2. A Part of the villas is located around a small private swimming pool where are no lifeguards present. The other villas are located in the immediate vicinity. The first level of Villa Ropotamo Maisonette has a wide bedroom, comfortable sofa bed and kitchenette, equipped with electric kettle, refrigerator, hot plates, aspiration, cookware and air conditioning and TV. On the intermediate level is located a spacious bathroom with toilet. The second level is furnished with two single beds and an extendable armchair and air conditioning, no TV. There is a large veranda with furniture. Maximum occupancy for 3 adults and 2 children.
VILLA 6+3 LOTUS: The Villas Lotos consists of three air-conditioned bedrooms, two of them are located in the main building with shared living room, and the third bedroom is located in the courtyard of the main building. Each of the three bedrooms has a comfortable double bed, comfortable couch on that a 12-year-old child can sleep, 2 bedside tables, desk with mirror, refrigerator, LED TV, telephone, air condition, bathroom with bathtub and hairdryer. In order to satisfy all the needs of guests, each bedroom has a door to the courtyard and two of them - an intermediate door to the living room.The spacious living room is equipped with kitchenette, dinning arrea with large table and comfortable chairs and cozy sitting area. The kitchenette is equipped with electric kettle, fridge, hob, aspiration, cookware and accessories and sink. The comfortable seating area in the living room has an LED TV, air conditioning, sofas with table. Each villa has its own small yard. Maximum occupancy is 6 adults and 3 children.

Baby cot is provided free of charge, upon prior request.
Pets with built-up habits are allowed for a fee of 22 BGN – 11.25 euro per day with prior confirmation from the hotel. The complex has a separate dog park.
There are no suitable facilities for accommodating disabled people.
About the complex: The Ropotamo hall is available to guests - an air-conditioned hall on one level with a covered part and open terraces with a view of the sea, the park and the stage, with a capacity of 550 seats. A rich buffet, ecological products, a large show cooking selection and a charcoal barbecue are available. The complex also offers two lifeguard-guarded swimming pools (from 08:00 to 18:00) located next to the main restaurant, free sun beds by the pools and free Wi-Fi internet in the area.
Sports and SPA: Pools are under the supervision of the lifeguards daily from 08:00 AM to 06:00 PM. Three championship tennis courts, a football field, basketball and volleyball courts, adult and children's tennis tables, rental bikes, six-day animation and a rich evening program in the pool area and on the multifunctional playground, playground, beach volleyball, football and other sports activities. SPA center located in the hotel Magnolias, it offers massages, water treatments, Jacuzzi, sauna, steam bath, fitness, beauty services and other SPA treatments.
