Location: Prestige City Hotel is situated in the quiet western part of the Sunny Beach resort, 450 meters from the Cacao Beach, 250 meters from the main road of the resort, 1.5 km away from the center of the Sunny Beach and about 3 km from the Old Town of Nessebar.
Accommodation: The hotel building is modern, with two elevators and a pleasant lounge. The hotel`s exterior is renovated in 2019/ 2020 – facade coloring, refreshed garden and areas around the pool, full renovation of public areas. The hotel offers one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments with fully equipped kitchenettes and pleasant, sunny terraces overlooking the pool or the garden.

APARTMENT 2+2/2+2/3+1: Approximate area 56 – 70 m2. They consist of a bedroom with twin beds or a king size bed, wardrobe, mirror, chest of drawers, bedside tables, equipped kitchen with fridge, 2 hotplates, extractor hood, table and chairs, living room with tan extra bed which is 1 double sofa bed suitable for young people, coffee table, TV cabinet and TV set with cable television, section or showcase, air conditioner, fully equipped bathroom with shower curtain or bathtub, terrace with plastic furniture. The maximum occupancy is or 4 adults.
APP 3+1 SUPERIOR: The same as the one-bedroom apartment, the difference is that the superior apartment has 4 regular beds.
APARTMENT 4+2/5+1: Approximate area 80 - 90 m2. They consist of fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, 2 hotplates, extractor hood, table with chairs, living room with coffee table, TV cabinet and TV set with cable television, section or showcase, air conditioning in the living room, 2 bedrooms (one bedroom has two single beds and in the other a bedroom, each one also has wardrobe, mirror, chest of drawers, bedside tables), the extra bed is 1 double sofa bed suitable for young people, fully equipped bathroom with shower and shower curtain, one or two terraces with plastic furniture. The maximum occupancy is for 6 adults.

Baby cot is provided for a fee of 3 BGN per day and upon prior request.
The hotel does not have adapted rooms for disabled.
Pets are not allowed.
About the hotel: The complex has a restaurant with a covered area and an outdoor terrace, barbeque by the pool, outdoor swimming pool: for adults and children, pool bar, children's playground, reception, two lifts, internet access in the lobby, parking.
