Location: South Beach hotel is located 50 meters from the southern beach of Tsarevo to Nestinarka beach and is situated on a total area of 7000 sq.m. It borders on the old town - Vasiliko neighborhood. By car, you can reach the hotel by passing the exit to the town of Tsarevo and continue along the road to Ahtopol. About 2 km. there is a driveway to the left for camping Nestinarka, to which is South Beach Hotel.
Beach: Sandy, 50 meters away from the hotel. The sea floor is flat, with smooth access.
Accommodation: The hotel consists of three buildings: Block 1, 2 and 3, with 120 rooms - double rooms, family rooms, one-bedroom, two-bedroom apartments and studios. Some apartments have sea and pool views. An elevator is available to guests in each block.

1-BR APP 2+2/3+1: Approximate area of 60 sq.m. Consists of one bedroom with 2 regular beds and a living room with 2 extra beds. There are also air conditioning, telephone, cable TV, private bathroom and balcony. Maximum occupancy for 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults and 1 child.
FAMILY SUITE 2+2/3+1: Approximate area of 70 sq.m. It consists of 2 bedrooms, two bathrooms and 1 bathroom. These apartments do NOT have a living room and a kitchenette. Maximum occupancy for 4 adults.
2-BR APP 4+3/5+1: Approximate area of 120 sq.m. It has two bedrooms, a living room and a kitchen. There are 4 regular beds and 3 extra beds. There are telephone, cable TV, air conditioning, private bathroom and two terraces. Maximum occupancy of 4 adults and 3 children or 5 adults and 1 child.
*Babies do not enter the maximum capacity of the premises. Accommodation of up to 1 additional baby over the maximum occupancy is allowed.

Baby cot is provided free of charge and with prior reservation.
The hotel accepts pets up to 5 kg with hygienic habits for an additional fee of 10 BGN per day per animal and additional confirmation from the hotel.

The hotel has two restaurants - one main restaurant with a covered terrace located in block A, a summer restaurant with an outdoor terrace by the large pool; lobby bar in block C and pool bar.
