In ceea ce priveste cazarea, curatenie, personal si masa, totul bine.

La capitolul plaja si locurile de sezlong , nu e in regula deloc. Este o plaja privata la care au acces si turistii care platesc aLL INCLUSIV , iar daca parasesti sezlongul sa mergi la masa, cca 1 h , toate lucrurile de pe sezlong iti sunt ridicate de adminostratorul acelei portiuni de plaja si duse pe o masa, cu riscul de a nu le mai gasi deloc. acest lucru se incadreaza la furt. asa ceca este inadmisibil. am transmis celor de la receptia hotelului si situatoa nu s-a remediat ,desi au zis ca vor avea o discutie cu netrebnicul de la plaja. Imi pare rau ca mi s a stricat aceasta vacanta de persoane care nu si merita nici macar statutul de OM !

Un hotel modern, micut perfect pt familii cu copii dar nu numai. Este perfect pt liniste si relaxare. Curatenia este mentinuta impecabil atat in camere cat si in restul hotelului (restaurant, toalete, etc). Mancarea gustoasa, suficienta, dulciuri si fructe la fel. Plaja este in imediata apropiere a hotelului, se merge pe o alee de lemn direct pe plaja (1-2 min), plaja cu nisip fin si intrare lina in mare.

Singurul lucru care ar fi lipsit este faptul ca la restaurantul de pe plaja (apartine tot de hotel) nu servesc pachetul all inclusiv, nici macar apa/suc...daca ti se face sete trebuie sa mergi la barul din restaurant.

Probleme mari cu sezlongurile la plaja si la piscins. La piscina foarte putine(insuficiente). La plaja se practica metoda prosopul.Deja la ora 7.30 nu preea mai gaseai sezlong pe care sa nu fie pus un proop . Deja dupa ora 8 nu mai gaseai sezlong liber.

Atmosfera placuta in hotel, in restaurant, plaja foarte aproape, parcare gratuita. S-a permis accesul in zona spa la hotelul Aquamarine.

Am ales sa platim la sosire pranzul, dar foarte scump raportat la verietatea restransa a felurilor de mancare( 186 leva/4 persoane), mai ales ca era final de program si am primit niste resturi.

- Ne-a placut totul - Mancarea foarte buna, curatenie, amabilitate, armosfera plcut , relaxata - Camerele foarte frumoase, totul placut, curat, ingrijit - Nisip fin, plaja curat, apa putin adanca o poriune bun - Nu as merge la un alt all inclusive, am gasit tot ce ne trebuie - am fost cu sotia si cele doua fete adolescente, aceeasi impresie si ele -

- Se 'rezerva' in continuare locuri pe sezlong cu prosopul (in primele randuri, bineinteles). Dimineata la ora 7.30-8 deja primele 3 randuri sunt blocate de prosoape, iar proprietarii sunt toti la somn sau la masa. Este interzis acest lucru, dar nu se iau masuri. - Umbrelele sunt prea mici si am tot mutat sezlongul dupa umbra (aprox de 6 ori pe zi). - Se permite fumatul pe terasa restaurantului in timpul orelor de masa.

Pot sa spun ca pe ansamblu plaja era curata i intretinuta

Ce nu ne a placut in sejurul acesta la acest hotel a fost faptul ca in camere nu aveai nimic de baut. Macar o apa daca puneau in frigider era ok dar nu in schimb era un dozator cu racitor pe holul hotelului de unde puteai sa iei apa. In ultimele zile ne am confruntat cu ceva probleme digestive i din cate am vazut i am vorbit nu eram singurii din hotel care am avut probleme. Conducerea hotelului ne a explicat ca de vina ar fi un virus care este transmisibil i nu este vina lor....ce nu ne a placut iarai a fost faptul ca la plaja nu exista un bar de unde ai fi putut sa ii iei o apa de exemplu in schimb exista un restaurant cu plata cu preturile aferente....De-asemenea o impresie negativa ne a lasat o zona din jurul hotelului i a plajelor care era plina de vegetaie neingrijita i multe mizerii...

am fost cazat i.preuna cu sotia si fica de 4 ani in perioada 21-26.08.2023 la hotelul Sunny Castle, si am fost extrem de multumiti de sedere. Camera mare deluxe cu vedere la mare, spere piscina, foarte spatioasa, pat de 1.8 x 2 m, canapea extensibila de doua persoane, mobilier de foarte buna calitate din lemn masiv, baia foarte curata si foarte mare, curatenie foarte buna, camera era curtata si se inlocuiau prosoapele zilnic co nform procedurilor hotelului. Mancarea variata, bine gatita, variata si destula. Personalul de nota 10! super ospitalierie, modesti si naturali, felicitari echipei si sefului de sala. Piscina curata, plaja aproape la cca 50 m.

De reparat hardyl din inox ce delimiteaza piscina mare de cea de copii, lipsec cateva bare, si de reparat putin echipamentele de la locul de joaca, vin multe familii si este pacat .

Hotelul vecin, aquamarin, nu are plaja proprie, aa incat, turitii cazai acolo, vin pe plaja de la Sunny Castle, motiv pentru care ies discuii intre turiti i se rezerva ezlongurile punandu-se prosoape pe ele. administratorul plajei spune ca nu are o problema cu aspectul asta, aa ca...

Mancarea gustoasa,dar nu este diversificata,daca aveti copii pretentiosi nu prea au ce manca,apa in piscina rece,locul de joaca pentru copii nu e foarte stabil montat,si cel mai dezamagiti am fost de animatie,de fapt nu exista,abia daca puneau o boxa la pranz,plus in primele 3 seri am petrecut sus la sky bar dupa l au inchis si nu au mai dat drumul,nu am inteles de ce,plaja neingrijita!

Mancare foarte buna, diversificata. Hotelul foarte frumos la 3 minute de mers pe jos de plaja lor (plaja lor nu este chiar in dreptul hotelului) intrare lina in mare, apa foarte curata iar la primele ore ale dimineii daca intrai in apa vedeai peti, meduze, etc.

Neaparat la cazare verificai paturile noi nu am facut-o i am luat plasa, la patul mare saltelele erau vechi i aveau forma persoanelor care au dormit acolo de exemplu stanga dreapta erau ca nite gropi formate in ea i pe mijloc foarte tare, perne foarte mari i foarte tari de nu se putea dormi pe ele i la canapeaua extensibila se simeau fiarele prin saltea i nu puteai dormi pe el.

Hotelul este foarte frumos si curat, zona linistita. Ospitalieri si empatici pentru ca din cauza unui deces in familie am intarziat cu o zi iar ei au fost draguti si la solicitarea noastra ne-am prelungit sederea cu o zi.

Extrem de multa galagie in hotel, singurul interval de liniste era intre 12 noaptea si 6 dimineata. Usi trintite incontinuu, turisti necivilizati, foarte multi copii mici, extrem de galagiosi. Femeile de serviciu faceau extrem de multa galagie pina dupa amiaza tirziu. Niciun afis care sa solicite linistea in anumite intervale.

Curatenie, liniste, hotel frumos, personal ok, foarte aproape de plaja, piscina ok.

- mancare nu foarte diversificata(aceleasi trei garnituri in fiecare zi la pranz si seara, 2-3, maxim 4 feluri de mancare de obicei gatita/prajita/cu sosuri) - inca un minus pentru faptul ca la ora 9 se inchide tot(si aici ma refer inclusiv la dozatoarele de suc/cafea) si nu mai poti face absolut nimic. Pentru mine a fost ok, pt ca am fost cu un copil mic, dar atunci cand coboram pe terasa sa citesc o carte, trebuia sa imi aduc sucul/ceaiul meu dupa ora 21. am vazut pe cineva care a cerut de la bar 3 beri(era cu inca 2 prieteni la masa) la ora 21.15 si nu a primit decat una, iar pe celelalte doua a fost nevoit sa le plateasca. Multe grupuri de prienteni se duceau in statiune si cumparau de la supermarket pentru a putea sta pana mai tarziu pe terasa

Hotelul este curat , se face zilnic curaenie in camere , amplasat aproape de plaja, plaja este lata cu nisip fin , personal amabil cu zambetul pe buze... Internet wi-fi bun chiar i in camere . Linistit.Intrare lina in mare .

all inclusiv - nu e chiar all inclusive , la barul din sala de mese exista cafea buna insa e contra cost , cea inclusain pachet e slaba i fara gust , sucurile sunt la dozator de slaba calitate , apa i concentrat .Exista suc, apa, bauturi imbuteliate insa...conta- cost . au amenajat o terasa dragua deasupra hotelului insa, surpriza... totul e contra-cost :D Mancarea este buna, proaspata, gustoasa mai ales cele gatite de ei , tradiionale insa cu diversificarea stau ffff prost . In fiecare dimineaa meniul era aceleai, la pranz i seara diversificau insa f puin. De la 16-17 aduceau pizza i pepene rou, se facea coada i riscai sa ramai fara... 80% din cei cazai erau romani insa asta nu e neaparat negativ . Foarte multe familii cu copii mici. Locul de joaca dragu insa mult prea mic . Piscina hotelului curata , mica , sezlonguri gratuite . Intrarea in mare este lina, nisipul fin, exista cateva sezlonguri pe plaja gratuite, noi am prins libere in fiecare zi . terenurile invecinate sunt neingrijite, cu iarba f mare. E liniste , e izolat , e plictiseala , animaie a fost intr.o singura seara . Per ansamblu nu e nimic grav care sa iti strice concediul insa nu e waw iar preul platit , consider ca e prea mare .

Hotelul Sunny Castle **** se afla in satul de vacanta Kranevo, situat intre albena si Nisipurile de aur, la 25 km de Varna. Este amplasat pe malul Marii Negre, la cca 100 m de plaja, cu vedere directa la mare (fara alte constructii interpuse). Hotelul este f nou, a fost deschis in 2016; personal, am locuit intr-o camera dubla cu balcon si cu fata la mare. Camera a fost superba, mobilata cu mult bun gust, cu mobilier de culoare alba, cu parchet, etc. O baie f moderna, cu cabina de dus f generoasa cu pereti de sticla, etc. toata incinta hotelului arata ca si cum ai intra intr-un hotel proaspat deschis pt turisti, coridoarele, scarile, holurile, etc, arata impecabil. In ce priveste serviciile, sunt fara repros, in camera se face curat zilnic, se schimba asternuturile si prosoapele, se ridica gunoiul, se spala zilnic parchetul, etc. totul straluceste de curatenie si ordine, tot personalul iti zambeste, este incredibil, dar adevarat !!! In ce priveste masa, am beneficiat de mancare extrem de variata si ff bine gatita, in afara de micul dejun, f variat, la dejun si cina exista zilnic numeroase feluri de salate, 2 feluri de supe/ciorbe, 5-6 feluri principale, 3-4 tipuri de garnituri, fructe, prajituri, torturi, patiserie, etc. apoi, permanent, bere, coca, fanta , sprite, schweps, la dozator, inghetata vrac. Si bineinteles, toate bauturile de la bar, la cina. Servirea la masa se face in sistem bufet suedez, personalul numai debaraseaza, insa raspunde si la solicitarile aparute. Personalul din restaurant este extrem de atent cu clientii hotelului si cu copii, incepand cu sefii de sala care supravegheaza permanent totul, apoi bucatareasa sefa, ce face frecvente vizite pentru completarea felurilor epuizate, 4-5 fete care debaraseaza. totul functioneaza intr-un sistem f disciplinat si cu un respect bine controlat pt clienti. am intalnit (sejur 18-24 iunie) f multi romani aici, dar f bine reprezentati sunt rusii si bulgarii, insa personalul nu face diferenta. Solicitarile noastre au fost adresate in engleza, incepand cu receptia si apoi cu personalul, inclusiv cu camersitele, ne-am inteles multumitor. Plaja are o zona rezervata a hotelului, o zona cu umbrele de stuf, ca la Mamaia, sezlonguri si masute de pvc pt fiecare locatie. Contra 2 leva/zi se pot inchiria saltele pt sezlong. toata zona rezervata pt hotel pe plaja este supravegheata permanent de 1 persoana, care incaseaza si taxa pt saltele. Cand este nevoie de parasit temporar locatia proprie, se pot lasa fara probleme diverse obiecte personale de plaja genti, prosoape, palarii, produse cosmetice, etc. La revenire, mai gtarziu, locul propriu se regaseste asa cum a fost lasat, inclusiv obiectele personale. Locatia de plaja si baie apartinand hotelului este inspectata zilnic de catre un responsabil de la hotel, pe care l-am observat si la bucatarie. Exista si piscina, pe latura dinspre mare a hotelului, apa are 1,5 m si zona pt copii, arata superb. Scriu aceste impresii, nu pt a face reclama proprietarilor hotelului (se pare ca sunt rusi), ci din dorinta sincera de a ajuta pe compatriotii mei sa beneficieze de conditii excelente in sejurul pe care si-l doresc cat mai reusit si relaxant la mare, la preturi ceva mai mici decat in tara, unde consider ca suma cheltuita in acest hotel de 4 stele corespunde numai cazarii, fara mesele principale. Experienta pe care am trait-o la acest hotel bulgaresc reprezinta o f buna lectie de turism din partea proprietarilor si personalului care muncesc cu seriozitate in acest hotel. Sper sa-si pastreze atitudinea odata cu trecerea timpului, sezoanelor. Iar Dvs sa impatasiti frumoasa noastra experienta !!
