Location: Sunrise Gardens is a new three stars hotel complex, located about 1.5 km form the city center of Aheloy and 300 m from the beach (rocky), not far away from camping Aheloy. The Aheloy River flows into the Black Sea at a distance of 400 m from Sunrise Gardens. There are 22 km to Burgas, the fourth biggest city of Bulgaria, 18 km to the Burgas airport, 8 km to Sunny beach and 10 km to the ancient town of Nessebar.
Accommodation: The hotel complex consists of two buildings, each of them with 6 floors and 6 to 10 elevators, named Lotus and Magnolia, with one reception in-between. Sunrise Garden offers accommodation in studios, one and two bedroom apartments. The total number of units is 540.
Studio 2+1: up to 35 sq m with one double bed, a bathroom with shower, TV, individually regulated AC, WiFi, telephone, safe deposit box (chargeable), mini fridge, kettle and cups, balcony. Minimum occupancy: 1 person, maximum occupancy: 2 adults + 1 child.
Studio 2+0 promo: up to 30 sq m with one double bed and one sofa bed, bathroom with shower, TV, individually regulated AC, WiFi, telephone, safe deposit box (chargeable), mini fridge, kettle and cups, balcony. Minimum occupancy: 1 person, maximum occupancy: 2 adults.
One bedroom apartment 2+1: up to 40 sq m, consisting of one bedroom with double bed, living room with sofa bed and one bathroom with shower. The TV and the individually regulated AC are situated in the living room. The apartment offers also WiFi, telephone, safe deposit box (chargeable), mini fridge, kettle and cups, and has a balcony. Maximum occupancy: 3 adults.
Two bedroom apartment 2+3/3+2: up to 65 sq m, consisting of two bedrooms (one with double bed and one with two single beds), living room with sofa bed and two bathrooms with shower. The TV and the individually regulated AC are situated in the living room. The apartment offers also WiFi, telephone, safe deposit box (chargeable), mini fridge, kettle and cups, and has a balcony. Maximum occupancy: 4 adults + 1 child.
Two bedroom apartment 3+1 promo: up to 55 sq m, consisting of two bedrooms (one with double bed and one with one single beds), living room with sofa bed and one bathroom with shower. The TV and the individually regulated AC are situated in the living room. The apartment offers also WiFi, telephone, safe deposit box (chargeable), mini fridge, kettle and cups, and has a balcony. Maximum occupancy: 3 adults + 1 child.

About the hotel: The hotel complex consists of two buildings, each of them with 6 floors and 6 to 10 elevators, named Lotus and Magnolia, with one reception in-between. The hotel offers one to two buffet restaurants (which are opening and closing in accordance of the occupancy) , snack bar, lobby bar. There are one to two outdoor pools (which are opening and closing depending of the resort occupancy), pool bar and a kiddy club (4-12 years) with playground. For the guest’s comfort a towel service against deposit, massages, underground parking against charge, bike and car rental.
Sport and entertainments: Entertainment for children and adults 6 times per week:

For adults: table tennis, water polo, aqua gym, boccia, darts, aerobics, stretching, evening entertainment till 22.00 o’clock;

Breakfast (07.00 – 10.00 h.), lunch (12.00 – 14.00 h.) and dinner (18.00 – 21.00 h.) on buffet in one to two buffet restaurants (opening and closing in accordance of the resort occupancy).
Ice cream at the pool bar from 10.00 till 17:00 h.
Donuts and hot dog at the snack bar from 15.00 till 17:00 h.
Draught beer, draught wine and soft drinks for lunch and dinner.
