Location
Situated on a secondary quite street, just 50 meters away from the main boulevard of Knyaz Boris I, our rental apartments have a quiet street city view, with both shady and sunny rooms during any part of the day.
Kitchen and dining
The open-plan kitchens are fully equipped and clean – ready for you to start preparing your family meals or afternoon sandwich. You can count on a fridge, an oven, ceramic plates, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and kettle. All utensils and appliances are available
to be used.
Just besides the kitchen a dinning table for 4 (for the one bedroom apartments) and for 6 (for the two bedroom apartments) is displaced. Next to it – a cosy extendable sofa and TV corner.
Bathrooms
All bathrooms in our flats to let are new and very clean. There is not a bath tub, but the shower cabins are spacy and comfortable. Towels are available for you and a hair dryer.
Storage
The floor plan of the one- and two-bedroom apartments is suitable even if the full capacity of the property is used.
In one-bedroom apartments the open plan kitchen, dinning and sitting areas are connected to the bedroom through a spacious corridor, where 2 cabinets are at your disposal. In one of them are „hidden“ the electric heater and the washing machine. The rest of
them may be used for clothes and all kind of baggage that you are bringing with you.
Safe deposit box
An electronic safe deposit box (laptops safe) is at your disposal.
Bedrooms
The bedrooms are in calm and sunny colours, with a view to the inner courtyard. In spring and summer time you will enjoy the green colours of the trees around.
A drawer and night stands may be used at any time for your comfort.
Amenties: free internet access, towels, washing machine, lift with direct underground garage access and many more.
You’ll have everything for short and long stays, for business and entertainment.
