Summer Thermal Aquapark: Six pools will provide unforgettable emotions for everyone - a children's pool with two water slides (for children up to 10 years old), a VIP pool with tents for relaxation, a semi-Olympic pool, a baby pool, a hydromassage pool and an attraction pool with two slides. The pools vary in depth and size.
The thermal water park is open during the summer, with opening and closing dates varying from around mid-June to around mid-September.
The water park features:
- Prater children's pool - depth of 35 cm, for children up to 10 years old
- an attraction pool with two slides, water cannons and a bridge - depth of 1.50 m and irregular shape
- VIP pool - depth of 1.55 m, surrounded by greenery. It is located in close proximity to the Modar garden restaurant
- Semi-Olympic pool - depth from 1.70 m to 1.90 m
- Baby pool - depth of 25 cm
- Hydromassage pool - depth of 1.25 m, designed for relaxation
What distinguishes the Thermal Aquapark from other amusement attractions in the country is the healing power of the Beden mineral water. The temperature of the pools varies between 26°C and 32°C.
Accommodation: The building has 4 floors, served by 2 elevators. The hotel offers accommodation in 58 stylishly furnished double rooms and 3 spacious apartments. The rooms and apartments in the hotel are air-conditioned, with individual temperature control. Double rooms with connecting doors are available.

The accommodation in DBL room may vary upon the current availability in the hotel till 20.12.2025.
Double economy room: Approximate area of 24 m2. The room has one double bed or two single beds and an extendable sofa bed. For the convenience of guests, there is air conditioning, TV, WiFi, telephone, minibar, electric kettle, safe, bathroom with a shower, hairdryer and toiletries. The rooms do not have a balcony!
Maximum occupancy is 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults.
Double room Classic: Approximate area of 24 m2. The room has one double bed or two single beds and an extendable sofa bed. For the convenience of guests, there is air conditioning, TV, WiFi, telephone, minibar, electric kettle, safe, bathroom with shower, hairdryer and toiletries and a balcony with a wonderful view of the water park or the mountains.
Maximum occupancy is 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults.
Double deluxe room: Approximate area of 24 m2. The rooms are modern and stylishly furnished and each has a veranda with direct access to the water park pools and the Modar restaurant. The room has one double bed or two single beds and an extendable armchair. For the convenience of guests, there is air conditioning, TV, WiFi, telephone, minibar, electric kettle, safe, bathroom with a shower, hairdryer and toiletries.
Maximum occupancy is 2 adults and 1 child or 3 adults.
Apartment: Approximate area of 40 m2. The apartments are stylishly furnished and have a spacious terrace overlooking the Rhodope Mountains. They consist of a bedroom (one double or two single beds) and a living room, separated by a door. For the convenience of guests, there is a comfortable seating area, air conditioning, TV, WiFi, telephone, minibar, electric kettle, capsule coffee machine, safe, bathroom with shower, hairdryer and toiletries.
Maximum occupancy is 4 adults.
It is allowed to accommodate one baby till 1.99 y.o. over the maximum occupancy of the room types.

Baby cot is provided free of charge upon prior request.
Pets weighing up to 5 kg are allowed in the hotel for an additional fee of BGN 30 (EUR 15.34) per day.

About the hotel: The stylish and modern Modar garden restaurant (located in a separate building and not connected by a heated passageway) has 170 seats in winter and twice as many in summer. There are gazebos where you can prepare your own food. Restaurant 3N is the place where you can enjoy a nutritious breakfast every morning. The Persena pool bar is the place where you can enjoy a good mood and fresh cocktails in the summer. At Bar Z, you can cool off with a drink or enjoy a cup of hot coffee. The hotel has a technically equipped, adaptable conference room (up to 60 seats, cinema style) and a BBQ area.
Sports and SPA: Indoor mineral pool 33°C, indoor mineral children's pool 34°C, aquatonic pool, outdoor and indoor jacuzzi with mineral water, sauna, steam bath, salt relaxation area with heated bench, fitness center.
