am ramas cu o impresie foarte proasta de la personal , curaenie i mai presus mancarea care era infecta nu aveam ce manca in fiecare zi la fel fara diversitate copii nici atat nu aveau ce manca i ne-am intors cu toxinfecie alimentara. Nu mai vreau sa aud de acest hotel.

am cumparat bilete cu vedere la parc ?i am primit la mare. Un mare plus pentru semin?e ?i fructele uscate. ?ezlonguri destule, pacat ca romanii le ?in ocupate cate 12 ore ?i nu merg deloc catre ele.

acest hotel ne-a depasit asteptarile. Camera mare, curata, racoroasa, curatenie facuta zilnic, terasa mare, vedere frontala la mare, adormeam ascultand valurile marii, multiple activitati pentru copii, sezlonguri suficiente pentru toata lumea, mancarea foarte buna si variata (m-am saturat de creveti si medalion de somon), minidisco, spectacole seara. Bauturile foarte bune, inghetata foarte buna de la Nestle.

Nu am multe de reprosat, doar fiti atenti ca parcarea se plateste 10 leva pe zi, bauturile din minibar se platesc, seiful se plateste, deserturile sunt slabute (multe prajituri cu crema pe baza de margarina), iar piscina e un pic cam mica pt capacitatea hotelului, rezultatul fiind ca trebuie sa te feresti sa nu iti sara cate un bezmetic in cap.

Locaie bine poziionata, departe de zgomot, mancare proaspata i bine gatita, variata i potrivita pentru toate gusturile

Corpul cu apartamente este situat in afara complexului, lifturile sunt mai mult defecte sau le foloseam cu emoii sa nu ramanem blocai. apartamentul primit era mic pentru 4 persoane. Practic era o camera cu un pat dublu i o canapea extensibila, in condiiile in care eram 2 aduli i 2 copii (6 i 9 ani). Camera acea un miros puternic de urina. am reclamata acest lucru dar mi a spus ca asta a rezervat agenia. O camera foarte mica. In final, prin bunavoina managerului, am primit o alta camera i totul a fost bine.

Hotelul amplasat pe plaja, foarte comod. Plaja curata, bine intreinuta, activitai pentru copii exista, camerele sunt curaate zilnic. Personal amabil, primitor.

Noi am fost cazai in cladirea anexa, nu a fost foarte comod pentru noi cu copii mici care nu au rabdare sa faca " naveta". Baile au nevoie de renovare, dar curate. Mancarea se repeta zilnic, deserturile lasa de dorit pentru un hotel de 4 stele, toate sunt din comer si ieftine, iar la restaurantele din complex, cel italian i cel bulgaresc mancarea este la fel ca cea oferita la all-in, deci nu a la carte.

anex builduing unde ne au cazat era mult prea departe se hotel , trebuia sa mergi mult pe jos de fiecare data cand voiai in camera , sau uitai ceva sau mergeai la masa sau orice altceva. acest anex builduing era pt personal defapt si s au gandit sa mai faca bani si cu noi nu as mai repeta inainte sa nu stiu exact pozitia. ar trebui specificat ca anex builduing e la 1 km fata de hotel , restaurant , piscina si celalalte activitati

Mancare ok. Bauturi ok. Un plus dozatoarele de suc, apa, cafea si bere care sunt la liber la barul de la piscina, iar cafeaua este la liber si dimineata. Plaja ok. animatorii ok cu programe diferite aproape in fiecare zi. Multe baruri: plaja, hol, jazz, restaurant bulgaresc si italian. am avut camera dubla si am primit apartament.

Hotelul este foarte departe de statiune. Parcarea este cu plata chiar daca este a lor. La celelalte hoteluri din statiune parcarea inca este gratuita. Barul se inchide pentru all inclusive la ora 23. Eu am ajuns la 23.01 si nu au vrut sa ne mai serveasca. Prosoapele din baie erau curate dar vechi.

Extraordinar!!! O vacana minunata i super reuita mulumita personalului din hotel care sunt de nota 10+!!! Mi au placut foarte mult ordinea i disciplina din hotel, toi turitii foarte ok... 60% nemi, 30% rui, polonezi, bulgari, sarbi, englezi, 10% romani. am avut camera cu vedere exclusiv catre mare... alegem mereu aa, dar aici a fost minunat, adormeai pe muzica valurilor i te trezeai la fel... o vedere minunata, o mare infinita i un rasarit de vis!!! Marea este extrem de curata, cristal pot spune, am prins i zile cu furtuna i nu am gasit alge, nisipul foarte fin, pufos daca pot spune aa :)))) te afunzi in el, este curaat cu un aparat in fiecare seara, la fel i piscina aspirata in fiecare dimineaa. totul la linie! Felicitari pt tot ce fac oamenii acolo!!! Curaenie zilnic, schimbat prosoape zilnic, restaurant spaios... niciodata nu am stat la rand pt o masa, la orice ora gaseai chiar daca restaurantul era full, mancare diferita zilnic exceptand cartofii prajii i pastele (apreciez faptul ca mancarea nu a fost condimentata, am avut cu noi i o fetia de 3 ani aa ca a contat mult asta), bufet special pt vegetarieni, prajituri foarte uoare, fructe, cafea, ceai, sucuri, bere, vin, locale dar foarte ok. Lobby bar i bar piscina diferite cocktail-uri, gustari. ezlonguri pe plaja + umbrele suficiente pt toata lumea, gratuite + ezlonguri la piscina. acces gratuit la aquapark. Parcare pazita 10 leva / zi. Sejurul nostru a fost all-inclusive. Vom reveni cu mare drag la acest hotel!!!

Locaie foarte frumoasa i curata .Mancarea buna i diversificata. amplasarea chiar pe plaja,divertisment ,chiar i magazine in interiorul hotelului.

Plaja este foarte aproape de hotel, este curata iar nisipul foarte fin. Intrarea in apa este lina ceea ce este foarte bine inand cont ca am fost cu doi copilai. Camerele sunt curate i spaioase iar curaenia in acestea s-a facut zilnic.

La partea de masa s-ar putea mai mult, mancarea nu este foarte diversificata iar restaurantul este puin cam mic pentru capacitatea hotelului. Din acest motiv existau cozi in timpul servirii meselor.

Hotelul este bine dotat i curat. Mancarea este bine gatita i gaseti ceva pentru fiecare gust. Echipa de animaie ii da silina. am participat la tir cu arcul , darts i tir cu arma cu aer comprimat, mai aveau volei de plaja i polo pentru aduli cat i multe activitai pentru copii, in social cei mai mici

Singura problema ar fi serviciile medicale private din hotel. am fost cazai impreuna cu doua familii cu copii mai mici. Cate un copil de la fiecare familie a avut nevoie de ingrijiri medicale ( alergie, varsaturi) . Unui copil i-a facut doua reprize de ceva antihistaminic prin branula ( doctorita de acolo punea tuturor branule) a costat 2500 de lei, cu toate ca aveau asigurare medicala privata, li s-a spus sa ceara ei decontare . a doua familie a fost taxata cu 2200 de lei pentru doua ture de glucoza ( "copilul e deshidratat dupa 2 varsaturi" , menionez ca nu este bebelu) . Deci atenie la acest aspect. acest feedback este legat de rezervarea sezlongurilor de catre turistii hotelului, se trezeau devreme si ocupau toate sezlongurile, la ora 8.00 aproape nu mai gaseai nimic disponibil, problema era ca veneau, in mare parte undeva pe la pranz la plaja, timp in care nu se bucura nimeni de ele.

Locatia este excelenta pentru familie cu copii: exista piscina mica (0.5m), piscina mare (1.6m), aqua parc, divertisment pentru cei mici in timpul zilei si pentru cei mari spectacole seara. Mancarea este acceptabila si multa :) La noi a fost a doua vacanta acolo si ne vom mai duce.

Camera sa o cereti in partea de gradina departe de scena de spectacole. altfel galagia de la spectacole poate fi pana pe la ora 23.

am fost doua familii cu copii, cu varste cuprinse intre 4 luni i 8 ani. Hotelul este foarte bine amplasat pe plaja, curaenie s-a facut zilnic, prosoapele au fost schimbate zilnic, aternuturile au fost schimbate de doua ori intr-un sejur de 7 nopi, camera de familie foarte mare, terasa cu vedere laterala la mare, parcare pazita, mancare suficient de diversificata i gustoasa, locuri suficiente in incinta restaurantului pentru tot resortul.

#SolLunaBay - Obzor tocmai ne-am intors de de la acest hotel pe care l-am i recomandat in cateva randuri iar acum regret. Va las aici recenzia mea, nu ma intereseaza sa intru in polemici cu nimeni.Cine dorete sa o ia in calcul, bine,cine nu ..drum bun ! 1)Prima impresie : am ajuns inainte de ora 14 doua familii cu 2 copii nerabdatori tare sa inceapa balaceala! Ni s-a comunicat ca nu ne vor da braarile inainte de aceasta ora.toate bune, ne-am pus pe ateptat. Insa am vazut in cateva randuri cum veneau familii de bulgari i erau "servii" pe loc cu braarile. Ne-am gandit ca cine tie..insa cand am vazut ca romani ca i noi sunt pui sa atepte iar bulgarii erau servii imediat, am cerut socoteala.Evident ca deodata nu mai inelegeau limba engleza dupa insistente cum ca nu suntem *rosti au venit cu scuze de genul: "Ei au venit cu avionul,(cine, bulgarii )", " a greit colega ca le-a dat braara", etc.aveau explicaie pentru fiecare caz. Cand am cerut sa vorbim cu un meneger sa ne explice nu de ce i cum,ne-au pus braarile la maini. 2)- Curaenia nu exista in zonele comune !!! Holurile pe care mergeai spre restaurant sau spre spa, fitness etc efectiv miroseau a *iat de mi se intorcea stomacul pe dos.De ce Pai erau bai la tot pasul iar de acolo scoteau turitii pe papuci mizeria pe care o intindeau femeile de serviciu cu in mop tot holul.Nu a mirosit niciodata a solutie de curaat sau a curat. Wc-urile ,evident sub orice critica. 3) Restaurantul , curael iNSa !!! Efectiv era invazie de mute .Bazaiau in voie mancarea. Deci nu o musca ratacita ci roiuri ! 4)Personalul -doar la recepie se vorbea o engleza greoaie i unii " efi" din restaurant. am avut cateva 'reclamatii "in restaurant i nu se implicau absolut deloc sa rezolve sau macar sa incerce sa rezolve. Unul in mod special era foarte arogant i deloc dispus sa ajute.La fel i vreo 3 fete care debarasau , una chiar a refuzat sa ne tearga masa, voia sa mancam peste zoaiele celor care mancase inainte.Motivul Unisem doua masue langa fereastra pt ca sa putem sta 6 persoane.Mesele de 6 sau 8 erau ocupate de 2-3 persoane i asta nu era pt ei o Pb ci ca am unit noi 2 masue langa o fereastra,fara sa deranjam pe nimeni, adica chiar pe nimeni, nu erau puse in drum, nu blocasem accesul la mesele din jur, absolut nimic. 5) Mancarea gustoasa dar puin variata i se repeta zilnic , unelefeluri se "reinterpretau" pt masa urmatoare.Insa mutele cotrobaiau in voie... aa ca ii cam pierea foamea... 6) animaia slaba.Cea mai slaba din punctul meu de vedere din cate hoteluri am fost pana acum. 7) Piscinele ok sa zicem, nu foarte curate daca tii dupa ce sa te uii.Sezlongurile mereu insuficiente i la piscina i la plaja ,iar aici intervine "operaiunea prosopul" .Mesele dintre sezlonguri jegoase, venic "unse cu de toate" ( nu vreau sa ma gandesc cu ce)- le tergeam singuri cu erveele dezinfectante i spirt ( doar e pandemie,nu ) 8) Plaja curata,apa curata, nisip mult i fin. 9)Staiunea..plictisitoare,nu ai unde sa te plimbi.Nu exista alte restaurante , magazine ,etc cum gaseti in Nisipuri sau in Suuny Beach. 10) NU recomand, nu mai revenim aici .

Hotelul are sezlonguri la piscina pentru adulti (1,65m adancime), la piscina pentru copii (0,50m adancime) si pe plaja. Din pacate erau multi romani care se trezeau dimineata la ora 5.30-6.00 si ocupau sezlonguri si pe plaja si la cele 2 piscine. Evident ca nu puteau fi in 3locuri in acelasi timp. Ii vedeai seara ca vin sa stranga prosoapele. Din cauza lor, la ora 7.30-8.00 abia gaseai cate un loc la piscina pt copii

Suita cu 2 camere spatioasa, curata si luminoasa. Climatizarea excelenta (daca esti obisnuit cu acest gen de sisteme. Mancarea buna si destul de variata. trebuie sa intelegi ca este bucatarie bulgareasca si nu cea roma easca. Lifturile super rapide si eficiente. acces rapid la piscine si plaja. Plaja de nisip este excelenta. Pe o mare calma poti inainta si 30-40 m in larg. Iesirea abrupta favorizeaza valuri mai mari la tarm care insa sunt o distractie majora pentru copii. Salvamari activi. Personalul este ok, echipa de animatie si a facut bine treaba atat pentru adulti cat si copiii pentru care se organizeaza foarte multe activitati, de la pictura, creatie, circ etc. aqua parcul este putin retras, dar copiii si adultii se distreaza.Hotelul este mare cu spatii largi, restaurante mari. am gasit loc de parcare chiar in fata hotelului, contra cost bineinteles. Locuri de parcare se gasesc, fie in cea a hotelului fie in paduricea de langa

Chiar daca rezervarea era din start Park/ Seaview, la hotel pentru Seaview am mai scos din buzunar vreo 140 Leva. Piscina pentru adulti este mare si prea adanca. Se putea imparti in 2 zone din care una sa fie mai putin adanca. apa este putin cam rece, si cu umbra dupa masa. Cateva panouri solare cred ca rezolvau 2-3 grade in plus. Un alt mare minus insa il reprezinta (cu parere de rau) factorul uman, preponderent cel de la nord de Dunare. Nu a fost un aspect generalizat, dar a fost destul ca 2-3 grupuri sa apara pe plaja, ca in 5 minute toata plaja stia. La fel la restaurant, bar etc. a doua zi ne am trezit ca la ora 09 abia am gasit sezlong si umbreluta. In a treia zi la 06:10 primele 3 randuri din apropierea plajei aveau deja prosoapele pe ele. si vorbim de 50-60 de locuri

- cazarea se face incepand cu ora 14. iar prima masa servita este cina. Noi am ajuns in jur de 11:30 si pt a putea beneficia de facilitatiile hotelului a trebuit sa platim o taxa de 50E/100 Leva pt "early check in"; - coada in permanenta la mancare si lipsa totala de diversitate; - sezlonguri mult prea putine pt capacitatea hotelului si vechea obisnuinta a romanului, sa "rezerve" de la ora 7 dimineata si sa apara la plaja la ora 12; - hotelul fiind amplasat pe plaja, dupa amiaza face umbra in zona piscinei si a sezlongurilor, asta in cazul in care cauti soarele :) - parcarea 10leva/zi

am fost la acest hotel si acum 3 ani. Serviciile sunt la fel de calitative; poate un pic reduse din punct de vedere al divertismentului si serviciilor de mancare, posibil si in contextul pandemiei. Curatenia si efortul personalului de a respecta regulile impuse ( poarta manusi, masti, chiar daca nu mereu regulamentar, se dezinfecteaza zilnic sezlongurile, se dezinfecteaza mesele si se schimba fetele de masa dupa clienti)

Nu impun aceste reguli si turistilor, 80% dintre ei umbland fara masca si lipsiti de orice grija a distantarii. acces dificil la plaja/piscina, printr-un coridor lung, se puteau gasi alte solutii... Mancarea e modesta pentru 4*, se formeaza cozi destul de lungi si la gratar, de ex, si sa vezi ca ti se pune in farfurie o bucatita putin mai mare decat o bomboana Ferrero Rocher era cel putin hilar.

1. Locatia rezervata si achitata din februarie - aprtament hotel -era inchisa (nu a fost deschisa in acest an!) lucru aflat in momentul in care am ajuns la cazare. amuzant este ca atunci cand am intrebat de amanarea excurisie cu un an (din cauza pandemiei) mi s-a raspuns ca nu este posibil. Din cate stiu trimiterea unui turist catre o locatie care nu functioneaza intra sub incidenta legii penale romanesti! 2. am primit o camera simpla in hotelul vechi, fara alte beneficii sau despagubiri. 3. Patul suplimentar a fost de proasta calitate! 3. Parcarea platita a fost posibila unde a fost un loc liber, pt. 2 zile chiar in boscheti din fata hotelului. 4. Mancarea mult mai putin diversificata fata de anii trecuti. 5. Personalul de servire purta masca si manusi, aveau ecrane de protectie, serveau mancarea in farfurie dar painea, sosurile si supele se serveau direct de catre clientii hotelului,fara masuri de protectie adecvate!

amplasarea hotelului pe plaja face toti banii.Camera foarte mare cu un balcon pe masura, curatenia fara cusur, mancarea pentru toate gusturile foarte diversificata, animatorii mereu cu copii dupa ei, in restaurant se asezau la masa cu familiile cu copii si socializau, amabilitatea personalului(receptie, restaurant, supraveghetori, salvamari). Perii pentru a indeparta nisipul de pe picioare sau dusuri la intrarea pe pavajul hotelului.

totul a fost peste ateptari. am ales acest resort urmare a review-urilor de pe acest site si a fost alegerea perfecta. inca de la inceput am fost surprins de faptul ca dei am comandat o camera family 2+2, am primit apartament cu living si doua camere. Prietenii ce ne-au insoit au avut o comanda asemanatoare si au avut parte de un maisonette ( posibil valabil la 2+1). Privind celelalte aspecte placute pot meniona: parcare acoperita si pazita, acces limitat cu bariera( la cladirea noua cu camere family, apartamente, etc.); hotel pe plaja, nisip curat, sezlonguri si umbrele incluse, intrarea lina in apa; mancare cu gust si suficient de diversificata, bauturi locale -acceptabile; personal foarte amabil; aquapark ok; echipa de animatori destul de buna; totul perfect. Nu sunt un pretenios din fire si nici nu-mi place sa caut nod in papura fapt pentru care nu am reprouri la serviciile de care am beneficiat. Foarte aproape de hotel, la 2,5 km catre sud, se afla oraul Obzor, foarte placut si linistit, perfect pentru o plimbare cu copiii, seara. Ca si evaluare am sa dau nota maxima, raportandu-ma la serviciile acestui resort, fara a compara cu alte recorduri sau locaii.

Hotelul este situat chiar langa plaja, sezlonguri si umbrela incluse in pret. aquapark-ul este dotat cu cateva tobogane pentru adulti si zona pentru copii. Echipa de animatie foarte activa, atat pentru adulti cat si pentru copii.

Mancarea a fost cel mai mare minus al sejurului: foarte putin diversificata. Micul dejun mereu la fel, pentru copii optiuni foarte limitate. Desigur, parerea este subiectiv, depinde de pretentiile fiecaruia dar eu fac comparatie cu meniul altui hotel, din aceeasi statiune, de aceeasi categorie, 4*, unde am fost doi ani la rand. Curatenia in camera a lasat de dorit. Personalul vorbeste greu engleza, cameristele deloc.

Hotel amplasat pe plaja,mancare foarte buna,curatenie in fiecare zi se face in camera,lenjeria se schimba la 4 zile,prosoapele cand doreti sa ti le schimbe le lasi in cada.Mancarea foarte diversificata.Merg la acest hotel in fiecare an din 2012(chiar i de 2 ori pe an),Iar in comparatie cu alte hoteluri de pe litoralul bulgaresc nu am ce sa obiectez. Cunoscand foarte bine hotelul i personalul,stiu la ce bar face cafeaua(expresso) foarte buna i cocktailul. Daca dorii sa bei un ezpresso bun , mergei in cladirea mica,de langa Hotel,unde sunt situate apartamentele,iar la bar acolo face fffff bun expresso scurt i cocktail. inand cont ca merg sa 3-4 ori pe an la mare,din toate hotelurile probate pe litoralul bulgaresc,pot zice ca acest hotel este cel mai ok.(in comparaie cu Riu Helios Paradise,Evrika,Melia Grand Hermitaje,Madara,astera.......etc.Recomand cu mare drag acest hotel.Dovada face i preul care de obicei nu este prea mic in comparaie cu alte hoteluri.apropo daca dorii prosoape pt plaja lasai o garanie la recepie de 10/prosop iar la predarea camerei vi se v-or returna.Parcarea se platete 10 leva pe zi-dar tii ca ai masina in sigurana. Nu poti pleca cu masina din parcare pana nu dovedeti ca ai facut plata.

Excelent...diversificarea serviciilor pentru clienti cu o admosfera si implicare care m-a impresionat. toate activitatile (tir, tras cu arcul, darts, volei, gimnastica aerobica, zumba, yoga, pictura, jocuri interactive,..) sunt pentru toate varstele si cu ajutorul personalului tanar si vorbitor de mai multe limbi straine stiu sa-ti creeze buna dispozitie, sa fIi implicat si multumit de timpul petrecut alaturi de ei.

am nimerit camera cu vedere la mare pe o laterala a hotelului, in fata fiind un hotel in constructie...zgomot mult de picamar, tractor cu senile, ciocanit si bubuit...noroc ca termopanul anihila zgomotele ptr odihna de dupaamiaza dar in balcon nu puteai sa savurezi linistea marii sau relaxarea bine cautata.

1. Sezlongurile cu umbrela, atat pe plaja cat si la piscine erau'' rezervate cu prosoape'' inca de la 6 dimineata, asa ca singura optiune este sa platesti 21 Leva(2sezlonguri+umbrela) 2. Locul de joaca pentru copii a fost desfiintat in totalitate din data de 20/07, fara o alta posibilitate de a oferii copiilor distractie in aer liber(leagane, tobogane, etc) 3. Pentru siguranta masinii se plateste 10 Leva/zi parcare pazita. Optiunea 2 , in boscheti -gratis !

Ce pot spune despre hotel, ca i in 2016 totul este la superlativ i anume: 1. Masa foarte variata nu ai cum sa nu gaseti ceva de mancare oricat de pretenios ai fi, aici ma refer in special la copii; 2. Restaurantul principal foarte mare, locuri suficiente, extrem de curat (in timpul meselor managerul general se plimba prin restaurant astfel incat toata lumea zbarnaia); 3. Curaenia in tot hotelul este absolut remarcabila, ex. daca cineva varsa suc pe jos imediat aparea cineva i curaa locul, i am vazut multe astfel de momente; 4. Camere mari, mobilier impecabil, curaenie zilnica da curaenie nu bataie de joc, dupa 3 nopi se schimba lenjeria, mie in 8 nopi mi s-a schimbat de 2 ori; 5. am fost cazat la etajul 6, dar hotelul are multe lifturi i nu era o problema accesul la camera sau la plaja; 6. Faa de 2016 am vazut o imbunataire semnificativa la capitolul animaie; 7. La piscina i pe plaja ezlonguri suficiente; 8. Piscinele erau intreinute permanent, zilnic am vazut cum se faceau analize ale apei;

Cateva aspecte de semnalat: - prosoapele nu au fost schimbate - Internetul wi-fi funciona parial, cu multe intreruperi, mai ales in zona lobby-ului, unde ar fi trebuit sa fie cel mai bun semnal - mancarea era buna, dar putea fi mai variata

Numai cuvinte de lauda. La Sol Luna Bay bulgarii s-au intrecut pe ei. Cazare - la sud de hotelul mare exista o cladire nu la fel de impunatoare, unde ne-am cazat noi. acolo am avut surpriza sa primim, pentru 2 adulti cu 2 copii un apartament duplex de am ramas masca toti. Camera de jos foarte mare (de fapt un living), cu vedere spre parc, camera de sus cu vedere spre mare si terasa. Fiecare camera avea baia ei. Mobilierul din lemn masiv, baile impecabile, totul nou (august 2016), conditii de 5 stele. Masa: Nota 9 din 10. Chestii care mi-au atras atentia - o gama larga de uleiuri de masline si oteturi (din diverse retete), prajituri raw - vegane, somon pe plita (medalion). O grija deosebita de a realimenta cu mancare si o organizare ce nu permitea formarea de cozi la mancare. Plaja foarte curata si acces gratuit la aquaparc si la sezlonguri/umbrelute.

Parcarea se plateste - 10 leva /noapte. Zona cu sezlonguri se ocupa destul de repede, daca ajungeai dupa ora 10 cu greau mai gaseai un loc. In schimb, exista o pay zone unde sezlongurile se inchiriau pentru 6 leva/persoana.

am avut parte de un sejur placut per total, dar cu mici neplaceri pe ici pe colo

Galagie in timpul zilei si a dupamesei pe holurile hotelului, usile nu izoleaza de loc galagia din holuri. Seiful din camera este contra cost, absurd. Cu o noapte inainte de plecare au incuiat minibarul, sa nu cumva sa il golim si sa fugim... Plapumele nu sunt imbracate in cearseaf, doar puse peste un cearseaf. Pentru un studio 2+2 ma asteptam la mai mult spatiu. am primit o camera dubla cu o canapea extensibila. abia ne strecuram printre ele. taxa de parcare este de 10leva/zi, consider ca nu este normal... Nu voi revenii si nu prea recomand.

Noi am ajuns la 14.30 si am fost cazati in corpul nou fara probleme desi platisem studio land view am primit unul sea view ok , mare.Plaja este in fata resortului cu balarii, catei maidanezi si chistoace, pahare pe care scuze dar "domnii" nemti si rusi le "omiteau" a le duce la cos.Restaurantul a fost ok , nu poti spune ca mori de foame,dimineata erau cam aceleasi feluri: clatite, oua toata gama, mezeluri si branzeturi dar cam ieftine, clatite si gogosi , fructe, sucuri , ma rog de toate ce ai putea manca dimineata,. La pranz erau tot timpul 2 feluri de supe, bune iar in fiecare zi felurile principale au fost diferite:somon , merluciu, gratare, etc. pizza si pastele au fost nelipsite si destul de ok. La prajituri insa , eu care gatesc pot spune ca erau din cele industriale, nu au fost pe placul meu, dar am vazut ca multi mancau. Inghetata la discretie, inclusiv la pool bar, tot timpul aveai ceva ce puteai manca .aqua park -ul a fost un plus pentru petrecerea timpului, fain pentru copii dar si pentru noi.La toate barurile barmanii erau amabili.

Curatenia in camera a fost un mare minus pentru ca daca in prima zi am gasit mocheta destul de patata in camera si ate pe jos, nisip prin dulap, am trecut cu vederea pentru ca primisem camera cu sea view, dar in zilele care au urmat curatenia s-a facut doar pe la orele 3pm cand copiii dormeau si se rezuma la inlocuitul prosoapelor, spalat chiveta si sters pe jos , dar destul de pe deasupra, lenjeria in 8 zile a fost schimbata foarte ciudat: intr-o zi au schimbat fetele de perna la copii si cearsafurile de pe pat, dar pe cele de invelit nu, in alta zi au schimbat la noi in dormitor pernele si cearsafurile de pat, iar femeile de servici miroseau a transpiratie de nu prea iti venea sa le lasi sa-ti atinga lucrurile. trecand peste curatenie, programele de animatie au fost foarte slabe, serile erau plictsitoare pentru ca animatorii erau slab pregatiti. O singura seara a fost beach party iar oamenii au putut dansa , in schimb programe neinteresante, animatorii nu stiau a mima nici replicile pe care le aveau iar de tradus in limba romana in conditiile in care multi turisti erau romani nici vorba, doar nemteste, rusa ,bulgareste si poloneza iar asta m-a deranjat foarte tare ca de fapt noi le sustinem turismul si cred ca eram cei mai civilizati de acolo iar romancele noastre cele mai faine , copiii nostri nu se manifestau cum am vazut o gramada de britanici isterici si tot noi suntem cei aratati cu degetul, dar asta tine cred de altceva decat de hotelul in sine

Ne-am simtit bine. Hotelul nou unde am fost cazati este la aprox 100m de hotelului "mama" ,dar acest lucru a fost unul pozitiv pt noi pt ca suntem familie cu copii mici si am fost mai departe de zgomotul si forfota din hotelul principal. Camera noastra a fost spatioasa si aerisita. Personalul f atent si dragut,mereu cu zambetul pe fata. Pt copiii nostri toboganele acvatice au fost o atactie si un motiv de joaca excelent

Un pic cam multe balarii in preajma hotelului nou. Plaja din fata hotelului nou nu este deloc amenajata,deci plaja se poate face doar in fata hotelului "mama ..si chiar si aici numarul de ezlonguri este insuficient.

Mancarea este exceptionala, atat ca varietate, cat ca si calitate si disponibilitate. Echipa de animatori este minunata, nu stiu cum reusesc sa fie atat de activi de dimineata pana seara, ba la clubul de copii, ba la activitati cu adultii, ba la spectacole diferite in fiecare seara. Camerele sunt ok, cu conditia sa nu fie la parter.

Cand am sosit, am trebuit sa asteptam timp de o ora si jumatate pentru ca nu era gata camera. Mentionez ca venisem la timp, check in-ul se face la 2, dar noi am primit camera abia la 3.30. Fara nici o scuza, ba chiar mai mult, cand i-am rugat sa ne lase in ultima zi inca o ora, a trebuit sa ne cam certam cu ei si sa le amintim de prima figura. Pentru un hotel de 4 stele, e cam dezamagitor. Camera primita initial era la parter si absolut ingrozitoare, semana cu un vagon de tren, era prost mobilata, fara plasa de tantari la usa si a doua zi am gasit paianjeni pe tavan. In plus, tot timpul treceau oameni prin fata usii, in drum spre restaurant, ceea ce insemna zgomot teribil. asadar, am cerut sa fie schimbata, ceea ce s-a intamplat, din fericire, altfel cred ca ar fi iesit un sejur destul de neplacut. a doua camera era la etajul doi, ok, desi zgomotul continua sa fie auzit, de data aceasta mai mult de la menajere care simteau nevoia sa vina sa faca curat la ora 3, cand toata lumea cu copii are o mare problema cu zgomotul... iar in penultima zi menajera a intrat fara menajamente in camera ca sa verifice minibarul la ora 9 dimineata. Yey. Una peste alta, pentru un hotel de 4 stele, mai au de lucru.

Camere mari, aer conditionat, plaja mare, parcare acoperita (doar la cladirea noua) si pazita.

in 8 zile camera nu a fost aspirata. cateva feluri de mancare, toate gatite cu sosuri (neindicat pt copii mici). putine sortimente de fructe, cafeaua slaba (spre apa chioara). omleta de dimineata avea din loc in loc culoarea verde. din a 3a zi au inceput probleme cu stomacul. 5 din 6 adulti deranjati, 2 din 3 copii cu stari de voma si deranjati la stomac. Eu, in ultima zi am ajuns la medicul hotelului dupa 4 ore de vomat incontinuu. nu au vrut sa cheme salvarea, iar medicul hotelului nu accepta asigurare (pentru un consult copil a cerut 55 euro). eu am insistat cu salvarea si, dupa ce m-au tinut la receptie cam o jumatate de ora, a acceptat medicul sa ma trateze in baza asigurarii (medicul mirosea a bautura).

totul foarte OK vizavi de hotel, mancare, personal, curatenie etc. Unul dintre cele mai bune hoteluri de pe litoralul bulgaresc. Precizez ca am fost cazati in cladirea noua a hotelului care este separat de hotelul mare dar asta chiar nu e un dezavantaj, dimpotriva.

New Building in care erau cazati romanii este un bloc comunist cu 3 scari, mergi prin parcare sa ajungi la scare ta. Era la ceva distanta fata de facilitatile hotelului, trebuie sa treci peste un pod plutitor. E foarte greu de gasit, in drumul principal exista indicator pentru cladirea veche a hotelului. ca sa ajungi la new building trebuie sa mergi cateva sute de metri mai departe, sa intri la ghici pe un alt drum secundar care arata oribil, plin de buruieni. Cu cativa metri in fata hotelului drumul nu mai este asfaltat si sunt numai buruieni, privelistea este groaznica. Nu merita sa platesti acelasi pret ca in cealata cladire, new building nu are nici pe departe 4 stele.

am o impresie foarte buna despre camera din corpul separat de hotel in care am stat (este la 50 m de Hotel si este separat de un rau peste care trece peste un pod ). aceasta camera este foarte mare pentru o camera de Hotel in cate pot sta lejer o familie cu 4 copii(avea suplimentar in camera o canapea si 2 fotolii extensibile. a fost foarte apreciat aqua Parcul de catre copii.
