Location: The hotel is located in the center of Obzor, just 50 meters from the beach.
Beach: Sandy, 50 meters away from the hotel - in front of the Paraiso Hotel. The sea floor is flat, with smooth access. The beach is sloping and sandy, access to it is with steps. Enjoy the most beautiful and clean beach on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast,
winner of the Blue Flag award.
Accommodation: There are comfortably furnished studios and apartments with 36 beds. The building is of 5 floors and there is one elevator.
STUDIO 2+1: Approximate area of 34 sq.m. The studios are comfortably furnished with a double bed, a sofa bed (110/190), equipped kitchenette (fridge, stove, absorber, sink and kettle for hot water), cable TV, free Wi-Fi internet, air conditioning, telephone,
balcony. Maximum occupancy for 2 adults and 1 child.
1-BR APP 2+2: Approximate area of 50 sq.m. The apartment consists of a separate bedroom with a double bed, a living room (both premises are divided by a door) with 2 sofa beds 120/190 and 160/190, equipped kitchenette (fridge, stove, absorber, sink and
kettle for hot water), cable TV, free Wi-Fi internet, air conditioning, telephone, balcony. Some of the apartments have a side sea view through the houses in front of the hotel, and the other part has a city view (subject to availability). Maximum occupancy
for 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults and 1 child.
* Babies are NOT included in the maximum room capacity. Up to 1 (one) additional baby is allowed above the maximum occupancy.
A baby cot is available free of charge upon prior reservation.
