Locaia pe plaj, poi iei din hotel la plaj cu buturile (calitate relativ bun), sezloguri la piscin suficiente, plaja curat, cu nisip fin, nu au sezloguri pe plaj (Pe noi nu ne-a deranjat) am cumprat o umbrel de la magazinul din incinta hotelului, prosoape de plaj am primit de la hotel), intrarea in mare lina, curenie in spaiile comune, personal drgu, camera mare, aer conditionat functional, fierbtor, pliculee de ceai, cafea , prosoape curate, patul confortabil. Mancare nu prea diversificat, dar nu mureai de foame. in fiecare zi 2 feluri de sup/ciorb, un fel de pete/ fructe de mare, restul...pentru iubitorii de fast food, locaia perfect

Pentru inceput, am cerut camere cu vedere la mare, am primit cu vedere ctre 2 terenuri de sport in aer liber ( adic vedere parial la mare),curenia in camer superficial ( nisip in cabina de du / camer, urme de urin sub colacul de WC, chiuveta cu ceva negru ( probabil scrum de igar), oglinda stropit, in dulap praf. La mancare prea mult fast food

au taiat din beneficiile obisnuite pentru a ti le oferi sub forma de serviciu premium pentru care mai platesti circa 28 euro pe zi . au scazut calitatea la cafea , au redus din diversitatea mancarii , si nu mai ofera apa la receptie , doar contra cost si nu mai ofera produse de igena zilnic in sticlute mici , iti umplu dozatoarele de sapun din baie . Curenie la superlativ: zilnic curenie in camera, aranjat paturi, schimbat prosoape, igienizare baie, la 2 zile schimbat lenjeria. Camera dubla superior: spatioasa, pat matrimonial confortabil, canapea incptoare pentru 2 copii. Climatizarea foarte bun in tot hotelul, aer condiionat in camera. Mancare diversificata tip bufet suedez (mancare gtit, gratare, salate, legume proaspete, fructe, prjituri, bautur la discreie (bere, vin, sucuri la dozator), ingheat, cafea, ceai, burger, pizza. Piscina pentru copii cu 2 tobogane adecvate varstei, piscina pentru aduli, salvamari in zona, sezlonguri (toate zonele foarte curate). Piscina interioara-zona de copii i aduli. Personal amabil, promptitudine la orice solicitare, check in inainte de ora 15 (am ajuns in jurul orei 12, camera era gata). Raport calitate/pre super avantajos.

DIn pacate doar de curatenia din camera care era acceptabila, dar nici aceea nu prea. De exemplu noptierele erau pline de praf, nu au fost sterse cu saptamanile (probabil)

In primul rand mancarea, a fost oribila, practic nu aveai ce sa mananci inafara de salata si cartofi prajiti. absolut toata mancarea era fast food, o mancare gatita prindeai foarte rar dar si atunci tot hotelul era la coada si daca mai apucai sa mai prinzi ceva. Si pastele veneau prefierte, le puneau intr-o tigaie cu apa sa le incalzeasca si apoi le punea in in vasul de unde ne luam mancarea cu tot cu apa. In farfulie le luam cu o ustensila de salata sa le strecori de apa, oribil. - Cafea dor de la aparat, din aia de 2 lei - aPa, nu exista decat la dozator, care cateodata era defect (nici nu stiu cat de filtrata era, avea un gust ciudat). am mai fost la multe hoteluri cu all inclusive, dar nu am avut niciodata prob asta sa nu ai apa. Practic imi cumparat apa de baut. - Laptele era defapt apa cu putin lapte, si lapte cumparam, nu aveam ce sa ii dau de mancare copilului care avea 1 an si 9 luni. - Sezlonguri pe plaja nu exista (dar asta stiam de la inceput). Mergi la vecini si platesti - Hotelul are o parcare oarecum amenajata si cateva locuri de parcare pe langa hotel dar pentru care platesti, si nu ieftin (zic eu). am dat aprox 60 Euro pentru 7 nopti. O experienta neplacuta, nu as mai merge nici gratis

- ajuns la receptie am aflat ca parcarea la hotel costa 15 leva/zi - hotelul nu are plaja proprie la mare. Exista in fata hotelului o plaja libera fara umbrele si sezlonguri. Este singurul hotel pe care l-am intalnit pana acum in Bulgaria fara plaja proprie - la all inclusive nu se mai alimenteaza frigiderul cu nimic. Nici chiar la sosire. Macar apa sa fi gasit - la etajul 7 pe capat de tronson aerul conditionat nu raceste deloc. De la receptie s-a spus ca este tot ce se poate face in acea camera, motiv pentru care s-a solicitat schimbarea camerei

Foarte frumoasa camera de la etajul 7, partea dinspre mare (7113), racoroasa. Plaja foarte aproape...practic se iese direct pe plaja de la piscina.

In Camera 4115 (latura din fata piscinei si a marii) aerul conditionat/clima nu facea fata...nu stiu daca nu functiona perfect sau era maxim din ce putea face... Muzica foarte incet...aproape ca nu o auzeai si atmosfera de la piscina era plictisitoare... S ar putea face ceva in aceasta privinta... alte jocuriii...alti tineri ...muzica m ai tare... Sucurile pentru copii nu foarte ok. Cam dulci... si asta spusa de un copil de 13 ani nu de mine ca mama... Mai ales cocktail-urile... Prea putine sezlonguri comparativ cu numarul de turisti cazati. Multi angajati nu cunosc aproape deloc engleza. Consider ca ar trebui un minim de engleza sa cunoasca angajatii de la masa...

am avut 2 rezervari, una pt o noapte i inca una pt 6 nopti. Dupa prima noapte, fara sa ne anune, sa ne zica nimic, au blocat cardul de acces in camera, in condiiile in care noi aveam continuitate i discutasem cu personalul din ziua anterioara de la recepie ca nu vrem sa schimbam camera. am fost impreuna cu inca o familie i solicitasem camerele apropiate, in schimb le-am primit fix in camerele opsue ale hotelului. Nu cred ca voi mai reveni la Helios Bay anul viitor. in camera mirosea a caine ud (probabil mocheta din camera fusese uda la un moment dat i a ramas mirosul in ea). in baie articolele de inox prezentau urme de rugina avansate. in piscina exterioara (cea mare) i eu i fetita ne-am taiat in bucaile de gresie lipsa de pe fundul piscinei. Iar in piscina interioara nu au scos nisipul de pe fundul piscinei in nici una din zile.

totul a fost minunat: curatenie, amplasarea hotelului fix pe plaja, din camera aveam o priveliste de vis, mancare diversificata(am stat 7 zile si am avut ce sa mancam atat noi cat si copiii), nu am avut probleme digestive. 2 seri am mers la cele doua retaurante: asiatic si spaniol, totul f ok si acolo! animatorii tineri si implicati, tot timpul zambareti, cei de la receptie f draguti...cu siguranta vom mai reveni aici!

La capitotul ciorbite nu au excelat, insa am gasit sa ii dau 2 zile celui mic, in restul de 5 am sarit peste ciorbita...

Camerele sunt foarte curate, se facea curatenie zilnic. toate au vedere la mare, este liniste. Mancarea este buna, variata, sucurile sunt exceptionale . Echipa de animatori este neobosita, toata ziua faceau cate ceva, de la aquagym, la dansuri, jocuri pentru copii. Mi-a placut mult, clar voi reveni!

Nu poate fi considerata o impresie negativa, doar un mic minus - plaja din fata hotelului este administrata de catre Hotelul Casablanca si, nu se pot lua sezlonguri decat dupa ora 12. Domnul care administreaza plaja este groaznic, nu stie engleza, nu are pic de bun simt. Intr-o zi nu a vrut sa accepte 1 euro deoarece nu-l primeste la banca si, pentru asta nu mi-a dat cele 2 sezlonguri cu umbrela ( 12 leva= 6 euro). tot ca o informare, parcarea se plateste 10 leva/zi

Camera a fost foarte curata si curatata regulat. S-au respectat toate regulile COVID, Mancarea de nota 10 (suficient de variata sa mancam diferit in fiecare zi, daca am fi vrut :) ), gatita direct la locatie, la vedere. Plus fructe si duciuri la fiecare masa. Plaja curata si frumoasa, accesibila direct de la piscina, loc suficient pentru cine nu doreste sa inchirieze sezlonguri (4 leva / sezlong + 4 leva / umbrela). Personalul amabil si saritor la nevoie (chiar oferta apa plata la cerere gratuit in sticle de 2 litri). Intrarea in apa este un pic cam brusca pentru gustul meu, dar curata si calda.

Nu este chiar negativa, mai mult o recomandare. Cine doreste sa fie liber, poate parca pe strada. Se poate si in parcarea hotelului (10 leva / zi), iar locul este rezervat (asta daca nu se trezeste vreun personaj "important" sa dea conul la o parte sa parcheze el acolo, desi nu a platit - situatie remediata rapid de managementul hotelului). Recomandarea este instalarea unui sistem de supraveghere pentru parcare si eventual chiar si a unui paznic.

Hotel curat situat la malul marii . Personal foarte amabil Mancare pe gustul tuturor . Piscina curata . Recomand acest hotel cu incredere.

Nu sunt . tot am citit ca nu exista loc de parcare . Intradevar hotelul nu are parcare proprie dar se poate parca in fata hotelului sau pe strazi laterale fara cost suplimentar, adica e rezolvabil. Hotelul nu are plaja proprie dar sunt sezlonguri suficiente care se platesc separat , dar pretul e OK.

am fost in concediu 7 nopi la acest hotel din 19-26.08.2020. In urma comentariilor citite am plecat puin indoita dar cand am ajuns acolo am fost placut impresionai de faptul ca intrarea se face la ora 14:00 iar noi am ajuns la 08:00 i am primit braari i ne- au invitat sa luam micul dejun ( dei intrarea se face cu pranzul ), la 11:00 am primit camera mare, spaioasa ( noi fiind 4 persoane ) i foarte curata cu vedere la mare ( nu am cerut ). Paturi mari confortabile cu lenjerie curata . Curaenia s- a facut zilnic i s- au schimbat prosoapele in fiecare zi iar lenjeria de 2 ori in 7 zile. Baia mare curata . Poziia hotelului langa plaja , piscine mari ( atat pentru adulti cat i pentru copii cu tobogane ), activitai pentru toata lumea i animatori dragui care ii fac treaba. Mancare diversificata pentru toate gusturile ( doar cei foarte fiosi nu au ce manca ),intre mese gustarele bine venite. Nu tiu de ce spun unii ca nu merge internetul, la acest hotel merge excelent oriunde te- ai afla.Noi am fost foarte multumii i vom reveni .

Locaie foarte frumoasa, amplasat pe plaja, camere foarte curate, paturi imense, mancare gustoasa, mereu proaspata, personal calificat, cu bun sim. au cocktail-uri gata preparate, in sticle, deci timpul de ateptare la bar este mic.

Cred ca plaja nu este a lor, un ezlong costa 7 leva, iar daca vrei i umbrela, trebuie sa mai scoi 7 leva din buzunar. Nu au parcare special amenajata, am parcat pe strada din faa hotelului. Nu exista semne care sa te direcioneze catre hotel.

Un hotel foarte frumos, camera dubla superioara spaioasa , mancare multa i diversificata, animatorii foarte bine pregatii haioi i prietenoi. Curaenia se face in fiecare zi i se schimba prosoapele. Cele 2 restaurante tematice la care poi sa faci rezervare sunt foarte bune. Privelitea este superba.

Nu exista parcare i trebuie sa parchezi pe strada . Cameristele nu pun in camere destule sticlue cu gel de dus i sampon- noi ne-am cumparat din Nessebar. Cele 4 lifturi nu sunt suficiente+ in perioada cat am stat noi unul s-a stricat i nu a fost reparat.

Hotelul este perfect amplasat pe plaja, serviciile si personalul sunt foarte bune. Personalul este foarte saritor si gata mereu sa te ajute cu zambetul pe buze astfel incat sa iti faca concediul minunat. Echipa de animatie foarte implicata. Mancarea este diversa in cele mai multe zile, cu exceptia micului dejun si a gustarilor. Per total am fost multumiti.

Piscina exterioara este neincalzita si la final de sezon conteaza. Bauturile alcoolice sunt slab calitative.

Rooms were big enough and very confortable. Bathrooms were very big and quite with everything needed. Swimmimg pool at the hotel was ok, and also the one for the children. Maybe the water was a little to cold. From the swimmimg pool direct acces to the beach.

the beach was not a private one, so of course chairs were not included, but the good part was that it was not crowded at all in full season. Drinks at all inclusive were not the best ones but you coud choose from a wide variaty. animation was trying but I was not immpressed. In 7 nights maybe 3 were interesting.

Hotelul este superb, amplasarea bine aleasa, camerele mari aerisite, curaenie, prosoape schimbate zilnic, mancarea buna, variata si de calitate, bauturile la fel. ezlonguri la piscina suficiente, prosoapele de la piscina se schimba de cate ori vrei. Seara spectacole, ziua pe plaja animaie. a fost un sejur de vis.

Singurul inconvenient este plaja cu ezlongurile si umbrelele, care pana anul trecut erau gratis, iar de anul asta sunt contra cost (18 leva 2 ezlonguri si o umbrela).

Un bar pe plaja ar fi fost benefic, dar lipsa acestuia nu ne-a impiedicat sa ne simtim bine.
